Got my dental cleaning done by Lindsey who was wonderful. Very professional and efficient in her work and very knowledgeable as well. Dr. Gagi was also great in explaining the problems with my teeth and how I can get them fixed effectively. Overall a great experience!

I have been here twice now, my first time was good. Everyone was super nice and it was clean and quick. I just went back for another cleaning and I had Audra, she was super nice and patient! She was knowledgeable and very personable! I really suggest her if you have a fear of going to the dentist or have sensitivity or a strong gag reflex!

Our family have been using Redwood Dental for over 10 years. Dr.Jack and his team have been the best, from basic teeth cleaning, fillings, caps, and removal of wisdom teeth, the process has always been pain free relaxing and professional. All staff very friendly and treat you with respect and always make sure you are doing ok during procedures. Thank you team Redwood! 10 stars in our book.

This place is poorly managed. I booked an appointment on 11/2 afternoon for 11/23 at 9am, but when I arrived there, I was told there is no info in system. It was very surprising because I made 5 phone calls on 11/2 to book this appointment, and my specialist even sent them my X-ray on the same day. I should know this place is not professional when I called on 11/2 morning to book an appointment, and the person who answered the call said she requests a reference. My specialist was surprised and called them, then told me they need the X-ray report. So it was multiple calls back and forth, and I re-arranged the vacation plan around holiday for this appointment before Thanksgiving, then they didn't put it into system. The girl at front desk was very nice and offered to book another appointment, but I was so disappointed and decided to find a general dentist at other place.

My dental hygienist was Weam and she did an amazing job—I felt literally no pain during my cleaning and she made the entire experience very enjoyable. Overall, you feel very welcome here and the staff have been very accommodating and helpful. ?

Me experience here is getting better with every visit (almost three years in). Over my life I've had generally really good hygienist and I'm pleased to report that my current professional has raised that bar. I especially appreciate her "play by play" commentary as she is going about her routine... I feel she has my short and long term best interest in mind. Me experience with the Doc has been more than satisfactory too.

I took my 3 year old daughter here for her 1st dentist appointment. Weam, the dental hygienist, was so good with her. She made my child feel safe. The whole experience, including seeing Dr. Gagi, was wonderful.

From the receptionists to the doctors, the entire staff is genuinely dedicated to making my experience as pleasant as possible. They are professional, courteous, and caring. I actually look forward to my dental hygiene appointments with Weam!

I can't say enough about Redwood Dental in Troy, Mi. My dental hygienist Wema is soooo sweet and professional. She had my teeth looking so super white (without any whitening treatments) and clean for my bi-annual cleaning. She's also excellent with kids. I have no problem getting my kids to the dentist when they know they are going to see Weam. 2 Thumbs up!!!!

I was nervous to start going to the dentist, but everyone at Redwood Dental Troy made me feel comfortable and welcome. Dental Assistant Manal, Dr. Jack and everyone at this location are all so kind. They always answer all of my questions and walk me through every process to calm my nerves. I am no longer nervous to go in for my appointments and feel happy walking in. My sister saw this and is now a patient here as well. If you're looking for a dentist, this is the location to come to!

I had a really good experience as a new patient. Everybody was really nice and welcoming including the front desk. The assistant, Farah, was really sweet and kind. Dr. Jack was very nice. And lastly, Angela (hygienist) was amazing, I can tell that she was doing her job from her heart. She was very informative, I would definitely recommend going by Angela.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Jack and Dr. Arbab. Their assistants Leslie and Manal are so personable, pleasant, and professional; direct reflection of the dentists. They were all very helpful and made my experience amazing. I was dreading my appointment, knowing that I needed a lot of dental work done but they all made me feel very comfortable and knowledgeable about next steps. I would recommend them to anyone who is not already a patient at the Troy location!

My experience at redwood dental has been first class from the beginning! My hygienist Weam always goes above and beyond to make each visit as comfortable and possible. A top notch organization throughout!

This is the third time I have changed a dental office due to geographic relocation. Redwood Dental Troy was highly recommended to me by my spouse as it was her childhood dentist office. Upon arrival, Redwood Dental executed a very thorough intake process, including COVID-19 protocols, that I had not experienced before. In addition, the total number of x-rays taken during my initial consultation to ensure a complete borderline assessment was excessive (which is a good thing in my opinion). The initial examination was accomplished on schedule and within the appointment timeframe. I have continued to receive prompt dental care while I attend semi annual cleaning, Invisalign treatment, and other appointments as needed. My dental care representative, Manal, has been particularly affable. When I schedule follow up appointments, I receive prompt calendar appointments via email for my calendar. Overall, this is as close to the modern dentist experience I could have hoped for in the metropolitan Detroit Area. I highly recommend considering this office if you want above average dental care.

I have come to this location for many years, Dr. Pride is wonderful, she explains everything and give you options for your treatment. Dr Jack is also very nice, I saw him during the pandemic, when everything was close. All the staff are very friendly too. Highly recommend this dental office

I've always had a great experience with Redwood Dental for the past 2 years I've been with them. My hygienist Weam has always done an excellent job cleaning my teeth, and she gives the best tips for maintaining dental health. And in general she's a wonderful person to become acquaintanted with! Had a 9am appointment. Showed up 5 minutes early. Was then told "we don't have an opening for you, you have to come back". What the heck? Is this how you do business? She then said "we called you this morning". I showed her my phone records. No. You did not. That's a lie. No effort to make up for it. No apologizing. Now I have to take off work twice. NOT HAPPY.

Just finished paying out of pocket for a different dentist to fix the tooth that I had already had worked on at redwood dental. The experience was terrible. The dental assistant on my last visit was rude, clearly subbing in and awaiting the end of her shift. The office is unorganized and staff could not find half of the tools or proper cement for my final crown. Not to mention having to constantly sit up for staff to walk behind you in the tight rooms. I originally drove an hour to this location due to all these amazing reviews, only to be informed halfway through my appointment that the dentist I had been scheduled with was new to the practice. None of these reviews reflect him or his work. The tooth has continued to irritate me many months later. After recently seeing a new dentist to fix that same tooth, in addition to it requiring a root canal-they informed me cement was left all over the outside of my crown and had been rubbing on my gums, inflaming them. Oy! I will never go back.

Very friendly and supportive staff. Compare to my previous dentist, Redwood is much better.. definitely I recommend if anybody looking for a decent Dentist with good service. Best part is service is on time and no waiting time. Only concern is getting follow-up appointments mainly if you are looking one outside of regular working hours.
