Dr. Justin Alfred was super friendly and nice; and extremely thorough during my visit. He answered all my questions and put me at ease with things I was concerned about being a first time mom. It felt like he’d been seeing me for years instead of for the first time. I’m only 8 weeks along in my pregnancy, but looking forward to my next visit in a month with him! Such a wonderful feeling to have about a doctor. All the nurses were also super friendly. Such a a professional and friendly environment.

Dr Aldred and staff are amazing!! Down to earth and genuinely care!!! I love my obgyn and I have never been able to say that in the past about any of my drs!

Best OB-GYN office in general and Dr. Aldred is so compassionate! The staff is very respectful and personable from the front desk, intake staff, to the mammogram, and friendly words as you exit. Everything you will do during your examination is fully explained. There is ample time for you to talk about yourself and ask questions. You are not rushed through any aspect of the process. You will be valued and very comfortable here!

Dr. Aldred is a great! . He's always made my husband and I feel at ease and very comfortable. I've never questioned if I was receiving the best care and trust his opinions. He delivered my first baby without any complications. Due to location convenience, my husband and I used another OB for the delivery with our second and although it wasn't a bad experience, I never really felt the level of comfort I did with Dr. Aldred. Needless to say for baby number 3 we made the decision to drive a little further to be back under Dr. Aldred's care.

Melissa took her time and really explained things to me. Awesome people!

Dr. Adcock is a wonderful doctor. He is thorough, kind and attentive.

Dr. Adcock has been my everything from my 21 year old now and my 17 year old whom he delivered. He has been almost like my Primary Care doctor. Due to my high rate of multiple cancers starting from the breast, stomach, colon, spleen, basal cell, lung and lymphoma that my mother went through...he insisted I be Brac 1 & 2 tested. It came back positive. Thanks to him, I had my hysterectomy and was able to have bi-lateral breast mastectomies with reconstruction done. Also, my first colonoscopy done in 2011 at Dr. Adcock's request proved I had pre- cancerous adenomas which were removed. He is my doctor forever, his faith in the Lord is evident in his demeanor. Again, I will do nowhere else. I see him for Gyn issues, hormone replacement issues & bladder in conjunction with Dr. Parnell...also my fave.

Dr. McKenzie is excellent in his field of medicine. He attends to his patients with care and expertise. He explains what is happening medically in a way that is understandable. He takes time to listen and empathize to symptoms while working on a treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr. McKenzie at OBGYN South.

If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would. Dr. Taylor is hands down the best OB/GYN in the history of the world. She is personable yet professional and I always always always feel so cared for, supported and safe in her hands. I love the Christian focus of the practice and every nurse, lab tech, office administrator, ultrasound tech is wonderful.

OB-GYN South has been such an incredible blessing to me and my family. I’m so thankful for Dr. McKenzie and the wonderful nurses and staff. There is always a friendly, laid-back atmosphere, and I always feel like they’re glad to see me and that they truly care about me and my health. 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Adcock is one of finest upstanding doctors that I know and will ever know. Very compassionate and considerate to every thing that you tell him. I went through a very rough time with health issues in my life. I was even told that what I have that it was in my head and that I was crazy. Dr. Adcock assured me that I was not crazy and that what I had is a real disease.Very grateful for him more than he will ever know. Also, a shout out to his excellent nurse in the Alabaster office.

Dr. Julie Taylor is my all time favorite doctor. She's so personable and even after seeing her a year apart each time she remembers things about my life like school, work, even dating haha. She does her best to make you feel comfortable and valued, not like you're just a patient to hurry in and hurry out. She's one of my favorite people and it's a blessing to know her. I've been seeing her ever since I was 20-21 yo when she was at St. Vincent's East. I'm 29 now and I'd recommend her to anyone.

I have been a patient at Ob-Gyn South for 22 years! They are the most caring and compassionate group of doctors! I have received wonderful care from Dr. Radbill, Dr. Adcock, and Dr. McKenzie.

Dr. McKenzie is by far the best doctor. He’s so courteous and always takes the extra time to be certain you understand and are comfortable. He delivered one of my babies and has taken great care of me for the last 14 years. He is compassionate and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him and his staff.

OB-GYN South and Dr. McKenzie have been wonderful! They are always easy to work with and fully explain everything to me and any questions I may have. I came to Dr. McKenzie with a concern and he has been proactive with my concern and always takes the time to explain things fully to me. From the front desk staff to the nurses they are all wonderful and very caring.

Got a quick appt, the staff seems nice and they get you in and out. Dr. Aldred is very kind and easy to talk to. I am happy to have them during this new baby journey!

Dr Mckenzie is fantastic. He really listens and cares for each of his patients. The staff there is always friendly and professional.

We just went and had our early gender reveal scan there this is our second time at the brookwood location and everyone is so friendly the ultrasound tech and the lady at the desk was super awesome

Dr Adcock is awesome! He is so kind, explains everything and takes his time with you. I have been seeing him and his staff for many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Mac (William McKenzie, Jr.) is the BEST OBGYN ever!! I have been a patient over 20yrs!! Some women/men may feel uncomfortable with a male OBGYN but I beg to differ!! He has GREAT bedside manner!! He is VERY caring and compassionate!! He is ALWAYS concerned about my well-being!! He makes me feel comfortable and at ease!! He has a sense of humor!! Dr. Mac knows his stuff!! My mom and sister go to him as well!! He has delivered ALL of my kids!! The atmosphere is calm and the staff is pleasant!! I don’t know what I will do if/when he retires!! We LOVE you Dr. Mac!!!

Dr. Batson is very sweet and a good listener. Very thankful for the time she gave me. All the staff and nurses were respectful and capable. Good experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Radbill’s for over 30 years. He and his staff are very welcoming and efficient. My exam, with pap smear, mammogram and DEXA scan were completed with an hour, without any feeling of being rushed. Dr. Radbill and the staff made sure that any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction.

I have used Dr. McKenzie with both of my pregnancies and we have always loved him and his staff! He makes pregnancy a breeze.

Love the Doctor - after waiting in a small dusty room for over an hour - eyes full of tears due to anxiety. The check in Nurse was awful! She didn't seem to listen to anything I was saying. I felt like she was reading someone else's chart - it was someone else's list of medications; and I didn't have any of the complaints she was reading to me. After all that - she seemed very annoyed that I was just there for a consult. I'm starting to think they didn't have my chart at all. Tonight I sat in the line at the pharmacy for 45 min. only to find out they sent it to another pharmacy across town that I've never used. I'm praying my test got scheduled correctly... 'cause it seemed to be the scheduler's first day. Everyone has bad days - it's just you don't want that type of service at the doctor's office.

She was so friendly and listened to all of my concerns and addressed them without issue! I love all the staff and doctors at this office and would absolutely recommend them to everyone that needs them!
