Dr. Lovell and his staff was absolutely wonderful! They were so understanding and patient with my 2 year old daughter for her her first trip to the dentist! Dr. Lovell spent time with us to explain what we should be doing at home to help our daughters dental care. Looking forward to our next visit in 6 month!

Dr. Lovell was so kind to my 18mo old. He and his office staff made our first real “dentist” visit fun and not scary. She loved the playroom while we waited (she only was in there for a very brief moment before we were seen). Dr. Lovell’s demeanor with a child is calming and sweet. Before the brushing started he took time to show her the toothbrush and mirror and explained everything he was going to do so she wasn’t afraid. She did better there than when we brush her teeth at home. He gave us clear instructions on what to expect and do at home and made sure all my questions were answered. Afterwards we stopped to see the office doggies, and she was given a balloon and a toy which made our morning. I’m so thankful for a successful trip that we can talk about so that we look forward to return visits and not be anxious about them!

The staff as well as Dr. Lovell were very warm and welcoming. It can be very hard finding pediatric care that has experience with special needs patients some times, but everyone helped to ease any concerns I’ve had. They helped my son to relax and understand what he’s doing before doing it. He also thoroughly explained what he was doing to me as well. They even rewarded him for doing a good job helping them to clean his teeth with a goodie bag, a toy car, and a balloon. He’s been showing everyone his teeth since we’ve left lol. I’d definitely recommend them!

Dr. Lovell is amazing! He's been nothing but caring and personable to my boys, ages 6 and 3. They love him and look forward to every appointment! The staff is kind and understanding, the office is very beautiful and every appointment so far has been a breeze! Would highly recommend!!

My family and I are new to Alabama moved here in 2019. I decided to give this dentist office a try as my kids needed one. Dr. Lovell and his staff are awesome. The sweetest most helpful individuals. They treat my family and I just like family. We had a third child while living here in Alabama and she now goes to this office as well. Dr. Lovell is very patient with my three kids, clearly explains dental care and my kids LOVES the sweet dogs. It eases the anxiety they usually have concerning dentist visits. And even though I have three kids on one visit, I have never spent more than 35 mins in this office. I wish I could give 10 starts instead of just 5.

The office is bright and beautiful, the staff is so attentive and made my timid little guy feel so loved for his second dentist appointment. The therapy pups are the icing on the cake. Dr. Lovell and his team are the absolute best!

Friendly and professional staff! Great with the kids, made the experience fun and positive! My 3 and 5 year old boys was very pleased with the visit. I highly recommend you use them as your dentist office!

Today was our first experience here and it was fantastic! Dr. Lovell and his staff went out of their way to make my daughter feel comfortable! Everything was explained to us before anything was done so she knew exactly what to expect. They were patient, professional, and kind! So very pleased with our experience and definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist and great staff.

Dr Lovell and staff are absolutely fabulous. I have taken my daughter there since she was 6. He has seen us through extractions and cavities and supported us through braces. Cannot recommend enough. A true find!

My son always feels so loved when leaving the office. His staff goes above and beyond to help you and welcome you into the office. As a parent, I always feel like I am a partner with Dr. Lovell in the dental care of my children and the decisions made for them. He always presents my options and helps me make the best decision. I just cannot express how amazing this office family is.

Brought my son to Lovell Pediatric Dentistry for his first appointment and it went really well! Everyone was kind and helpful. The appointment went quickly and we didn’t have to wait. It was a super easy and pleasant experience! Plus their offices are aesthetically pleasing which is a bonus! We look forward to continuing our care here.

Amazing staff! Our son who has Autism did fantastic, and he hates people getting anywhere near his mouth. They were so patient and kind!!

Dr. Lovell was nice and courteous, unfortunately the treatment that he offered for my daughter was outdated and unaesthetic. Her assistant for other hand was kind of rude with my daughter when she started to cry like a any 4 years old that do not have dentist visits experience. Disappointing.

I am so happy we found Lovell pediatric dentistry. My son has a rare genetic disorder that requires a lot of dental work over his lifetime. Finding a Dentist to be there at the start of the journey was so important to me as I also share the condition. I wanted to provide a better experience than I had growing up. Over the last couple of years Doctor Lovell has been there providing guidance and reassurance. Most recently providing a life changing surgery for my son. I cannot thank Doctor Lovell and his staff enough!

We had a really good experience with Lovell Pediatric Dentistry. Our hygenist Ms. Megan was really patient and quick. And Dr. Lovell was really nice that our son forgot about his drama. ?

Dr. Lovell did dental surgery on my daughter after a referral from her previous dentist. We loved him so much that day that we decided to make him her regular dentist! He is so sweet with kids and great at explaining everything to parents!

Both my daughters 2 & 9 love Dr. Lovell and their staff. They are also so welcoming and sweet as well as professional. The atmosphere is just lovely which makes my girls lol forward to their visits. They take every precaution to ensure that we are safe without making me or my kids uncomfortable.

Dr Lovell and his staff are wonderful. Not only are they efficient with the time that we spend in their office, but every way in which they run their business is top notch. Dr Lovell is extremely patient and kind to both my boys. He always explains things throughly with me as the parent. He is calm, yet still is able to make the kids smile and laugh in what are typically unenjoyable and even tense moments for children. My kids actually like going to the dentist now! We drive from across town because our first experience with a dentist was much different than Dr Lovell's office. I simply cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Lovell does a great job with kids! Also, his COVID protocols are well established and younger safe going in his office.

Dr. Lovell and his team are fantastic! They made my two little girls (3 &4) feel so special and proud of themselves. The measures in place due to COVID-19 were awesome - we felt extremely safe being there. Highly recommend!

My son is on the Autism Spectrum, Dr. Lovell and his staff make him feel right at home! They have made his dental experience great, and he loves going back.

Absolutely AMAZING children’s dentist!! The office is bright and happy. The waiting room has an adorable “kids cove” for them to play in, the therapy dogs are sweet and gentle and Dr Lovell was so kind and patient. My daughter is extremely shy of strangers and especially doesn’t like people she doesn’t know touching her, but Dr Lovell was incredible and was able to brush her teeth, floss and do a flouride rinse. They had toys and balloons for kiddos which were a huge hit! I’m so sad I’m moving out of Alabama soon because this is the ONLY dentist I want for my girls. Can’t speak highly enough of all the staff !
