Very recently had an experience with Pedja Milanovic, PA. Guy is just as skilled and knowledgeable as any doctor I've ever met. NH Board of Medicine should just upgrade him to MD. The things he did at urgent care to make sure the patient I was with received the best and complete treatment on a serious medical issue was incredible. The team that assisted did a great job as well. Sure, people have bad experiences (I have had some lemons too) at DH, but I think it's important to recognize those people who continue to bring their "A" game even at the end of a long work day. That also goes for intake and support personnel as well.

I had two procedures scheduled back to back. One in Radiology and one in Ultrasound. Both were excellent experiences. I was taken early in both departments and staff not only was very kind and professional. Very happy.

Tried making an appointment for over an hour with no luck. I was refused an appointment. Better to know now about the lack of care before I start using service. You guys should really make things easier for your patients. I will just keep going to another practice that has friendly staff that want to help people

I recently started seeing Dr Khan in family practice after an old issue surfaced again. I've been thrilled with the care I've received and Dr Khan has been great. He is knowledgeable, patient and eager to listen. I would recommend Dr Khan and his team in family practice to anyone seeking a new primary care physician.

Great Doctors amazing care. BUT they do not have a call center and when you call during business hours expect to be waiting at least an hour to talk to anyone if you really lucky. I've been transferred at least twice and sent to dead numbers every time I've called. Update: They no longer accept Blue cross, Blue shield even though its listed on there website. The receptionist at the front desk of pediatrics will tell you they accept your insurance. But they Don't. Expect a large Bill if you have Bluecross and blueshield. update: Dartmouth Hitchcock will not Confirm or accept that they accept any insurance at any time until after they have billed you. I just managed to get in contact with there billing department after two hours on the phone. The billing department can't tell you if the accept your insurance or who they do accept regardless of what is fraudulently listed on there web page.

Why even have a call center, if they can't get ahold of the pediatricians office and let them know we have an urgent appointment. This isn't the first time this had happened. We will be changing our daughter's doctor. This is ridiculous, they say it's urgent but can't do their job. Pathetic.

Came in to Urgent Care with my daughter. They send us away saying that because my daughter is not a patient of Dartmouth hitchcock she can not be seen. If that is the case, the marketing of the Dartmouth hitchcock urgent care should state that only for Dartmouth hitchcock patients only. The reason why they refused to see her is because they thought she had a Covid so they turned us away. The fact is that, my daughter didn't have covid as we just got tested. Will never go to this location and do not recommend to anyone who needs help.

I have been very pleased with my experiences here. I find it to be very convenient to have all my doctors and lab in one building. The myDH portal is great, I always get quick responses. The only reason I have for 4 stars is that I find their prices to be very high. I have a high deductible plan and my office visits here are a lot more expensive than my husband's at a different facility. But I love the convenience and Dr. Julie in GI is very good.

The worst place I have ever been with my children! Never again! How can an old lady call herself a doctor and vaccinate my daughter for the third time against MMR?! Only with the explanation, that my daughter was vaccinated in Germany at the age of 11 month instead of 12 month?! How incompetent is she?! Unfortunately I agreed on that, thinking I would save her the blood work confirming the immunity and potentially another needle, which I really regretted the same day watching my 9 years old daughter crying! Stay away from that place if you love your children.

Dartmouth Hitchcock is amazing. We have all of our family doctors under one roof. I have no idea what the fuss is about with phone wait times... but I have NEVER experienced that and have used them for over a decade. We also utilize the MyDH website frequently. It is easy to navigate, schedule an appointment or Message your doctor. All our doctors respond very quickly via the message center on My DH. We have also used the E-Visits on MyDH and it works great! Urgent care doesn't usually have a long wait time at all and I LOVE that they are there on the weekends!

I should have reviewed people shared comments before going to this Dartmouth-Hitchcock facility. My wife and I thought DH is the leading hospital system in NH, but turned out the worst experience possible. The doctor was nice but poor communications between their teams and they failed to inform us the needed medication.

Their doctors are amazing and most of the staff that I've interacted with are wonderful. But good luck getting anybody on the phone in their pediatric department. I've been having this particular issue for about a year. You call and you wait and you wait and you wait and you wait for 45 minutes for no one to answer the phone and then it disconnects you. Try calling the main desk in the office again the same. Try calling the main desk in the office again the same thing. And as of this morning I can't get on to the mydh account due to server issues. The medical staff here is amazing but you can't communicate with them in any way half the time. I don't want to seek out new healthcare providers for my entire family but I'm at the end of my rope.

my PCP & most specialists located at this site. very good covid protocols. Would give 5 stars, yet urgent care has dropped in performance even B4 covid. My PCP, dermatologist & wound care specialists are great! their follow-up with my assorted medical issues make it worth while for me to drive further for care at this facility. They have two closer locations to my home. The Hudson location is good yet no MRI etc. My wife has had numerous issues with the Manchester location. Nothing but praise for the Dermatology, Family & Internal Medicine groups in Nashua!

Waited 1 hour 10 minutes in the waiting room. Was brought into see the nurse and waited another 50 minutes for a doctor. Nobody came. Went to find someone and they said atleast another 30 minutes. Then she said “ oh nobody told you” even though I had been asking everyone for hours. Waste of time going here. Been a customer my whole life but they just don’t care.

There seems to be an ongoing issue with the Management Staff/Reception hiring and training process. Reception (all departments) seems to be perplexed as to how to look for openings in schedules for providers. I spent 17 minutes ( that I cannot get back) with Jessica in Gynecology, who searched for openings for every provider. After I had been rescheduled I was told "Just make sure you call an hour before your appointment to make sure the doctor is working" Whaaaaat? The level of maturity is embarrasing as Reception finds no qualms talking poorly about patients. I would be embarrassed to say that I hired & trained these immature individuals. I would be even more embarassed to say that I knew how unskilled and rude they are- and I kept them employed. It just goes to show customer service is NOT what Dartmouth Hitchcock cares about.

DR .MITCHELL YOUNG HORRIBLE !First off the staff and nurses are so friendly and great and I enjoy them very much .With my ptsd and anxiety I guess I’m more comfortable with women doctors or physicians assistants.Maybe it’s because I was raised by women I don’t know it’s just how I feel.I’ve seen many male doctors who are nice so I can’t really explain it.Regardless when I see dr Lara moody she is absolutely wonderful.Completely amazing 10 stars!!! The last two times Ive seen dr young he has been just AWFUL, just awful and I’m sure he’s been there for so long that nothing will be done about this so whatever here it goes...dr moody gave me antibiotics with plenty probiotics for post nasal sinus infection that I couldn’t fight off on my own. BACTERIAL. Every time when is this bad no matter who I see I get doxycycline and it immediately gets better.Dr moody has helped twice with my breathing and bacterial infections.Dr young blatantly disregards her judgement right in front of me and through a nurse on the phone.Nurse was very nice first off but regardless, you question your other colleagues that already assessed me?...Ones who don’t have a personality of a door knob?..I picked up doxycycline mono from cvs and it had a different salt breakdown than the doxycycline hcl that I normally get from osco.Called into the wrong pharmacy everyone makes mistakes no biggie. The doxycycline mono was making me sick .It’s the cheap version so i called and said “ hey I’ll return the antibiotics to cvs but could u guys at urgent care just call in the same prescription to osco and I’ll return these ones to cvs if need be?” I was told that dr young , who 1. Dr Mitchell young didn’t want to do it and 2. That he didn’t know why dr Lara moody gave it to me I the first place. ? And 3 . Didn’t want to put in the exact order because I was on to many meds?.. it’s called asthma doc !!so I can never have antibiotics because asthma and ptsd meds?..? Lmao.Well dr young, it’s because dr moody was doing her job very well and actually cares..and there is no need to passive aggressively doubt or be arrogant ,ignorant, nor insecure to your other colleagues judgement as dr moody is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen and is not afraid to treat sinus infections.? I trust dr moody completely as she takes time to check me thoroughly, X-ray etc. dr young does not but disses and disrespects other doctors mainly women. Why is a misogynistic person like that working where I would take my kids??.. this is uncomprehendable .Why are you soulless dr young and so cold and mean.I didn’t ask for anything besides a reorder for something less that 24 hours ago that was already prescribed. You think your “house “ from tv?Lol.Stop disrespecting women and your colleagues.after I got off the phone I cried seriously. You should be ashamed.I wouldn’t wish you on my worst enemy. You should be proud to have dr moody and other women there who work tirelessly to cover your tracks in you being absolutely disgusting.you took an oath and apprently that means nothing to you . I would love for someone to leave a number on response so I can call them back. Shame on you dr young . 2nd review 6 months later(———Physicians assistant Patrick McCarthy from orthopedics is a complete moron and has no clue what he’s talking about just think he is and looks all coked up . Wouldn’t drain my foot or leg that’s full of blood and hurts a lot .Won’t help with pain IMG_4808.HEIC . He’s not a doc . He’s uneducated and probably studied online. Horrible attitude and just should be out of a job. I can’t take any anti-inflammatories yet my foot is swollen the size of a small Nerf football all the way to my knee and there was nothing he could do. ill pray for you both. Unprofessional waste of space complete plastic??‍♂️Just horrible human beings. Do everyone a favor and quit and go back to kindergarten ?

Called in @1:40 p.m., asking for an appointment for my daughter to be seen, and they told me a nurse will call me back in about 2-3 hours to book an appointment. My first thought was: “Aren’t you guys closing @5:00 p.m., what time will you suppose to have us come into your office?”? They answered: “It could take up to 3 hours, but it could be sooner!!!” Stillll!! I called back 2 hours later, and no nurse was available to speak to me, and I was told to wait another hour...I did!...At @4:16 the nurse called me, to tell me that they have no available appointments for the day ???, Well, duuaaa!! I asked if I could come in into the “After Hours”, they said it’s all booked! Didn’t you know that for the regular hours, too, so I could go to Urgent Care, and not spend my day waiting??? But wait, I did come in for the Urgent Care, which it was moved temporarily on another floor, and I’m here waiting for over an hour, and no patients ahead of me Waiting...so I go ask what’s going on??!! The lady at the desk said that the rooms are filled with patience and to wait for my turn... Still waiting, just because I’m not gonna drag my daughter to another place, but I’m telling you that there is “100” Urgent Cares in Nashua, beyond and above, that need my money!!! I’m not coming back here! They let you wait and not want us to leave, because they like being busy, and take our money, but why not go give the “Sick business” to other places which competently are a lot more organized, and don’t keep accepting patients, and not be able to serve them on a timely manner! I don’t know the end of this story, cause I’m still here, waiting like a stupid!

Longer wait than most urgent Care facilities and some rude staff. There are definitely better options which surprises me because the one in Manchester handles higher volume with less wait times and friendlier Service.THEY PUT UP A 3 HOUR WAIT SIGN AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING TO DISCOURAGE PATIENTS FROM COMING IN. EVEN NURSE SAID "ITS THAT TIME, PUT UP WAIT SIGN" I'm in waiting room right now 47 min and no one in lobby at all.

I've been a patient at D-H Nashua for 20+ years. Yes, it may be difficult to get an appointment with your primary. Still, I never had any complaint with whoever served me. Scheduled appointment or urgent care. When my wife was in the last stages of cancer, D-H was there for us. Lahey in Burlington, MA simply told us that this was it. - Heading for knee replacement surgery next...

2 years ago, a doctor in urgent care saved my life when he found a lump in my neck. Turned out, I had stage 3 Hodgkin's lymphoma, and I needed chemotherapy treatment for about six months being only 19 at the time, I did not need radiation). The doctors and nurses were wonderful, and they were always so kind and helpful. Being with them made me not so scared of the ailment I previously had. I am now cancer free thanks to them!

Impossible to get an appointment in Nashua without jumping through phone menu hoops, waiting on hold, being transferred to voice mail, calling back, only to be told they won't see me because I don't have a PCP there. Used to be the best around... Lately, even if I can see my doctor (and not an assistant or nurse), I am quickly brushed off and told to make separate appointments to discuss each individual concern. The urgent care always has a wait time of over an hour, regardless of how many people are waiting. Also, expect to be told to come back in for several appointments afterwards. I'm so disappointed in the care I've received here. It has truly been awful the last year or so.

Been going to Dartmouth-Hitchcock for many years now and did not have the experience that most should. When you call to make an appointment you are told you will be called back until god knows when. When you are finally called back the nurse questions you for 10 minutes every time for no reason because no matter what it is they will give you an appointment because they run off of money. They do not seem to care about the well being of there patients at all. I have been in and out of the doctors office for the past few months now because of headaches and lightheadedness and they have barely even tried to help me find a solution. All they care about is the money and how many times they can get you to come back. Dermatology staff is very snooty and rude. I will never be coming back, today was the last straw for me and i definitely do not recommend.

They were much better when it was a small doctor's clinic. We have been happy with the doctors here for more than 15 years but since they moved to the hospital building at exit 8 the experience is terrible. Having to wait in 2 different lines before waiting for an appointment is just the start. It is difficult to get an appointment and when you do they have canceled the last two on the day of the appointment and you have to schedule another month out. This is not healthcare any more it bureaucracy to hoover up as much insurance $$ as they can. Again, we love the doctors but the experience has gotten bad enough to look into care elsewhere.
