This is the first dentist I have used that I don’t dread walking in Great care. Very good pricing. They don’t recommend unneeded procedures

I'm not afraid of having dental work done, I'm afraid of bad dentist hence why my teeth are in such bad condition. With that being said...THIS OFFICE IS AMAZING!!! Everyone I encountered was super nice and very professional. Most importantly Dr. Austin made me feel seen, heard, and appreciated. He listened to my concerns while never making me feel embarrassed or ashamed about my dental care, or in my case a lack of care. I needed 2 extractions. It was by far the most pleasant experience I've had when requiring so much work. One tooth required incising and be that as it may I'd gladly hop in Dr. Austin's chair again. Actually I plan to. Fingers crossed ?? I found my "forever" dentist. Did I mention how reasonable their prices are!?!

We love Crown Dental! Dr. Austin and all of the staff are wonderful -- warm and professional. I especially love my dental hygienist, Bonnie, who takes such great care not to upset my sensitive teeth. I highly recommend this dental group.

Our family has been using crown dental for a few years now. We will not go back. My daughter was having pain in her tooth, it started bleeding, and we were 15 minutes late for our appointment. I tried calling on the way there, but there was no answer. It said the office was closed, which was odd because we were supposed to be there. When we got there, the receptionist my appointment was 15 minutes ago, and Doctor Cody was already moving a different direction so she would have to see when they can reschedule, and they were only going to be able to reschedule me for a month from then. I expressed that I tried to call on my way, and she said that they are there at 7:30 so if I called they would've answered the phone. When I called, I was redirected to an answering machine after pressing the proper prompts. We have had more than a couple appointments where we waited longer than 30 minutes, but the one time that I am 15 minutes late, they cancel my appointment and reschedule me for another day, despite the fact that my daughter is in pain with a tooth that is bleeding. I will not be returning to this office.

Dr. Austin and his staff are awesome. I got in right on time, everyone was friendly, and they took great care of my mouth and teeth. I feel in good hands each time I visit.

Even after we recently moved further away from Crown Dental, I still drive the extra miles for excellent service. Dr Cody is the best, friendly, a good listener, and a perfectionist. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

I would recommend Dr. Austin and Crown Dental to anyone needing a dentist. Not only were the staff and the facility incredible, but Dr Austin was AMAZING. He took his time and made sure that I was happy before I left. My smile is amazing, which in turn has made me feel just as amazing. I went to Crown for the first time to get my annual cleaning and xrays. The hygienist did a great job and told me what she was doing the entire time . I had concerns about the gums around chipping bridge. Dr Crystal (her first name) addressed the issue with the least invasive practice. I also had an issue with food constantly getting caught between two teeth. The Dr is going to fill the space like a cavity procedure. I was quite pleased

Posting for my mom who went in with tooth sensitivity issues looking for a solution. Dr Austin at Crown Dental did an absolutely beautiful job putting veneers in. She was worried they wouldn't look natural but the dentist was able to match her existing teeth as far as color and size. Great results would highly recommend!!

really expensive and the dentist never talked to me. He wa in the room and left right away. Maybe 4 minutes at a time. 5000 dollars. Staff good

The staff was incredibly kind. I was nervous during my wisdom tooth extraction and they were all very sweet about keeping me calm during the procedure. I had no complications after my extraction. I would highly recommend them!

I'm so lucky to have found this group. The office is clean and comfortable. During my last visit, technician Karissa explained every thing during my proceedure making me extremely calm. In the past I've had several bad experiences with other dentists but with Dr. Cody Austin I have no fear. Looking forward to my next visit.

Have been going to Dr Crystal Strickler for over 9 years have always had a fear of dentist but I don't have that with her it's worth the drive . Thanks Crown Dental and Staff you're amazing and greatly appreciated!!!!

As usual the entire staff was wonderful, however even more so on a recent ‘emergency’ break as then to get things fixed fast. Got me in the very morning I called and had me on my way in no time!

The employees are all so friendly and helpful. The dentists are the best ever! They absolutely know what they are doing! Dr. Cody Austin really is the best dentist I have ever had in my 73 years. They are the most cost effective than any Dentists we’ve ever had. My husband of 55 years and I are retired and don’t have insurance. Crown dental is the most reasonable. dentists in the entire area! We certainly recommend Crown dental to everyone!

We have had wonderful experiences with Dr Austin and his team. I was looking for a compassionate office for my 8 and 5 year old. Our dental appointments have never gone so smoothly; to they both left with smiles and great experiences.

It's been a year ago, but I had to have a few permanent bridges replaced as well having a tooth or two pulled. Dr. Cody and his assistant were without a doubt the main reason I did as well as I did. I wasn't prepared for anything like that to happen the day of the appt. but they took the time to make sure I was alright as the work progressed. The final result was a new permanent bridge that looks fabulous, I would recommend the dental clinic to anyone looking for permanent dental care now and in the future

The only thing nice about them is the higenest. Then assistants give you a cost for the things you need don . By the time I get a bill in the mail it is double the price and it took half the time they said. They lied about i . I had a wisdom teeth pulled and gave me next to nothing for pai . After and during the operation. I would try my luck somewhere else.

Had a cracked wisdom tooth extracted. Bad attitude by the dentist. No gas. Had to ask for more novocain . The dentist ruptured my gum extracting and it required stitches. Was given 2 days mild pain meds. Horrible experience over all

Transferred from another lake dentist and have severe anxiety and sensitivity. I know I am not the easiest patient. Karissa is probably the best hygienist I've had work on me. She explains EVERYTHING and there are no surprises, which I appreciate having such anxieties. Dr. Strickler is personable and takes time to make sure you are in no pain. They have done a crown and 2 fillings, plus cleaning, thus far. I won't see anyone else. I'm grateful for their expertise and care. The supporting staff always greets you and takes time to answer payment or insurance questions. I am a fairly new patient but recommend this office.

My appointment was at 3:00 I might have waited about 5 minutes. Hygienist took me back to exam room,which was impeccable. The hygienist explained everything she was going to do, I told her I had sensitive teeth. She told me about this spray that kept me from feeling the cleaning which it did. AMAZING I HAVE NEVER HAD A CLEANING THAT I DIDN'T FEEL. MY teeth felt clean without squeezing the arms of the chair so hard I left permanent hand print in the chair. This was the best dental experience I have ever had. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND CROWN DENTAL between Osage Beach and Camdenton.

Crown Dental is the best dentist office in the area. Dr. Austin is pro at what he does. They are very affordable, caring and trustworthy. I give them five stars because I trust them over any other dentist. I have always been scared of dentists, but Dr. Austin and his wonderful staff are very responsible, gentle, and reassuring. I always walk out the door knowing when I come back good or bad, I know I will be taken care of. Thank you Crown Dental for everything you have done for me.

Giving one star because the lights were on. Not having a very good experience with this business. Cannot recommend usage. Permanent and life changing things can result from doctors, lawyers, dentists, and the like, so please be careful when choosing. That being said, I will NEVER use or recommend, this business.

I had a lot going on with my teeth. I came in with a toothache and got my whole mouth over a period of a few months whipped back into shape. Dr. Austin and his staff are wonderful and awesome people. I won't go anywhere else. I have found my dentist home. Thank you guys!!

No one enjoys going to the dentist, unless you like your mouth stretched open and proded. Luckily the staff at crown dental do an excellent job making you feel comfortable and relaxed. Very knowledgeable and friendly, I’ve never had an issue with them. I’ve had a root canal done, a filling, and my teeth cleaned there, and every time it’s been a smooth and easy process. They are great people with lots of experience and I’d recommend this place over any other around the area.

Thanks, I have been afraid to return to the dentist since I was a teenager due to bad experiences (who like going to the dentist anyway). Crown dental has fixed a painful tooth with a root canal and provided cleaning for the entire family. They were very good with my 18 month old as we want to get him used to the dentist. Awesome staff.

Not the greatest of experiences. Was supposed to have all of my dental implants done here. Prices weren't awful and I thought, heck, why not. My teeth were being monitored (had braces on) until the dentists were positive there was enough room for the implants. Got the okay to get my braces off by the daughter (a fellow dentist there). Skip to a few months later. First implant is being done. Dentist left my mouth all bloodied up from the procedure as well as my face. It basically looked like a scene from a horror film. Don't understand why it was so hard to clean the blood up afterwards. Now to the even better part. Had my next appointment for the next implant scheduled. Took off work and everything. The main dentist calls me that same morning of the appointment, telling me that there's not enough room for the following implants. Even though his daughter, had said there was. Basically speaking, the dentist did not give me enough prior notice, communication between the dentists was horrible (even though they are all related) and they were just very unprofessional. The positive out of this is I have found a wayyy better dentist now that's been working on my next three implants. And yes, there is enough room for each implant unlike this dentist said.

I had a tooth that needed to be pulled. Because of my past expierence with other Dentist I was overly anxious. However, the office staff were extremely caring and understanding. The Dentist was in my option amazing. He explained everything he was doing. And did everything he could to make the procedure less painful.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Went with friends and it was horrible the times I've been with them. Dentist on every occasion they said we're rude and very ruff. And staff just so so.

My sister had a tooth extracted here....the dentist said if it required surgery that it was going to cost more. My sister said she didn't bring enough money for that and his reply was well do you go to the grocery store without enough money....then he sowed her cheek to her gums....
