Excellent, well organized, and fairly easy to understand courses focused on implant dentistry , bone augmentation, sinus lifts. Clinical training in Santo Domingo, DR was the best class I have ever taken and had changed my approach, knowledge, surgical skills, and confidence level in many aspects of implant dentistry. Wish I had taken Dr. Garg classes earlier !

As a General Dentist I am glad I took his seminars .His seminars changed my practice .Now I am placing implants better than what I expected. I 100% advice to take his all seminars and live patients programs.

Their $1,999.00 online ad for a complete implant is clearly a bait and switch tactic.. After going in, my estimate exceeded $5,200.00 for a single implant.. Ridiculous.

Aside from a beautiful setting, the atmosphere put me at ease immediately. The warmth and professionalism of everyone in the office made my appointment a pleasant experience. I left, feeling confident and secure that Dr. Alessandra Sigillo and her hygienist will be my #1 choice.

I attended a few of Dr. Garg's implant seminars and if I were to ask him a question he would not only answer the queuing he would also explain why that is. Very smart guy. ??

My experience was excellent. I was very anxious going into the procedure but the staff and the doctors provided excellent professional care with concern for me. I would definitely recommend Dr. Garg's practice.

For someone who dislikes the dentist, this was a great experience. Intake was quick and cleaning and other procedures were well explained.

All my life I have always had a fear of dentists, I have always avoided going even though I know the importance of it. I recently lost a tooth playing soccer and I felt hopeless! I came across this office and called to schedule a consult. As soon as I called I knew this was the perfect place for me, the girl who answered was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The day of my appointment I felt very welcomed by all of the staff, and I felt more at ease with all the smiling faces. I am very satisfied with my results! The Dr.'s are very experienced, in fact, I saw some books that were written by Dr. Garg about implants. I would definitely recommend this office to all my friends and family.

He actual wrote several books on dental implants and teaches thousands of dentist how to do Implants, so I thought he's the doctor for me. I can now say he is amazing!! Dr. Garg is really the top of the top when it comes to advanced dental procedures.
