Doctor Robert and his team provide excellent care and customer service. From the minute I called the office, the receptionist Isa was so friendly and accommodating with scheduling me. She took the time to understand what was going on and made me feel at ease that I could be seen in a timely manner. I actually had a dental emergency of a crown breaking before a big holiday and I was able to be scheduled to come in as a last minute appointment. I was not kept waiting in the waiting room and received care very promptly. The office is very clean. All of my questions were answered and I felt very confident in the care that I received. David, the office manager and dental assistant is professional and honest. I recommended this dental office to all of my friends who are looking for a new provider. There is on site parking and the office will validate.

I came to this dental office for a check-up and cleaning after not having a dental consult in about 10 years since my wisdom teeth extractions. I had a wonderful experience with the team here. From the moment I walked in, everyone was very polite, professional and they treated me with nothing but respect. The visit was very thorough with x-rays and other dental imaging techniques. Special shout out to Simone, the dental hygienist, who did a marvelous job at cleaning my teeth. Not only did Simone do a marvelous job at cleaning my teeth but she's also a great conversationalist and has a fun sense of humor. I would like to thank Simone, Dr. Faine, and the other gentleman who was working the front desk (sorry I can't remember his name), for the great experience I had here today. Keep smiling guys. I’m come to my appointments late everytime! And they still give me top notch service every single time! I’m almost fall asleep during my cleanings.

I came here because I had a lower tooth undergoing resorption that would need to be removed and replaced with either a bridge or an implant. The normal dentist I go to quoted me something close to $8000, which was way too much for me. Upon seeing Dr. Faine's advertisement on Groupon with a much more reasonable price, I decided to book an appointment to see if it was worthwhile. Needless to say, I came away with a good impression of Dr. Faine and his staff and moved forward with having the implant done through his office. It cost me less than half of what my normal dentist quoted me, and he did a great job. Even during the pandemic the whole process went smoothly and I never felt kept in the dark about any procedure that needed to be done. It's been about a year since I started the implant process with Dr. Faine and I have a brand new implant that you can't even tell is there. My normal dentist was forced to admit that he had done a good job! I am happy to recommend Dr. Faine for anyone who's looking to get an implant done at an affordable price without sacrificing quality.

Dr. Robert Faine is, in my opinion, the best dentist in the country. And I've lived in many states during my lifetime. Every time I've moved and had to find a new dentist, they had to pass the Robert Faine test. Sadly, I've yet to find any to be the caring, and skilled doctor of dentistry that Robert Faine is. He took care of my 4 year old son who loved to go see his dentist. He took care of me promising me no pain when I needed a root canal. He kept that promise too! Leaving Florida was unavoidable. I wish there were more dentists in this country like him. And there probably are. I've just not been fortunate enough to find another Dr. Robert Faine. He's a keeper!!!

I just left the best Dentist office that I know of Dr. Robert Faine, he is the man if you are looking to have implants. I get so many people asking who did your work. It puts a smile on my face every time..from ear to ear. I just had a cleaning from Sandra she was on point and I was very pleased with her cleaning process. Since the Corona Virus they have taken all precautions to set you at ease. His staff David is very professional and always greets you with a smile. Thanks Dr.Famine for everything. Veronica Young

Always a great experience!

Faine claimed to be an expert at implants so I paid him to replace my missing upper tooth with a very expensive implant. What a disaster! Every dentist I have since gone to has said it is the sloppiest, most incompetent dental work they have ever seen. First, the implant tooth was too long, so it destroyed the lower tooth when it made repeated contact. Second, there are huge gaps between the implant and the adjacent teeth. Every dentist has been startled by the size of the gaps. Finally, the implant is constantly moving back and forth in my mouth because of those gaps. My gums are inflamed and painful as I write this, and I am thinking about this horrible dentist Dr. Faine. I now need to find a good dentist to have Faine’s implant removed and replace with a bridge. If you allow Faine to do any dental work in you mouth, you are foolish. You have been warned.

DO NOT GO HERE! IT IS A SCAM! I went in for an annual checkup and teeth cleaning. First, they didn't even clean my teeth and told me I needed another appointment. Then I was told I had periodontal gum disease. They said the treatment is not covered by my insurance and would cost almost $500. When I was home over the holidays, I saw my old dentist and he was shocked when hearing this and said my gums looked perfectly fine, and it is completely unnecessary to be treated for a gum disease I do not have. This is my first review I have ever written and am only doing so because I found only one review on here that was a similar story that saved me almost $500. I hope this will deter other people from seeing this scam of a "dentist."

Very friendly and pleasant

Growing up I've had the worst experience with dentist. My kids God mother visited this dentist twice and told me I had to give him a chance. Not only have I had an amzing experience from office staff to the dentist himself. Made sure I was in no pain during procedure and after (root canal) checked up on me after, when i was home resting. Never have I had a doctor nor dentist do this. The oldies music playing gives you a calm feeling to tap along to. I'm truly happy I gave this office a chance truly wish i found them years earlier.

After searching for a good dentist. I came a cross Dr Faine. At first I wasn't to sure about him. But I gave it a go since it was the best price I found in town. Got 3 implants and one root cannal done all in less then 3 hour. It was painless and belive me I am chicken when it comes to needles. But he made me feel at easy .

I wish I could give less than one star. They DO NOT give you information and try to fool you. I am a certified dentist from my country. If they try to fool a dentist what do they do with normal people! Save your time and find another dentist.

I was very apprehensive about both the cost and process of having a dental implant done. Dr. Faine’s staff arranged a consultation and put me at ease knowing I wasn’t committing to a procedure until all the options were explained to me along with the pros and cons of procedures other than an implant. I recently had a tooth ache on a tooth that had previously had a crown put on it. A visit to my family dentist and an X-ray revealed the tooth under the crown was totally decayed. My dentist stated I needed to do something soon before I developed an abscess and damaged the bone under the decayed tooth. I found Dr. Faine’s information on line and went to him to be evaluated for an implant. He completely went over the entire process and we discussed the entire treatment from extraction of the decayed tooth to the total process and time involved in doing an implant. I had already researched approximate costs of an implant including all of the individual processes associated with an implant. Dr. Faine gave me a very fair price which coupled with his experience allowed me to make an informed decision to have Dr. Faine do the procedure. His office team is very professional and I know I have placed myself in the hands of a very professional Doctor and his team. I strongly recommend you consult with Dr. Faine if you need an implant. You won’t regret the decision.

A solid practice with competent and pleasant techs.

Initially went there for implants. Their staff was so nice I now go there for all my dental work. Great price friendly staff good Doctor Who knows what he’s doing. They have it all

This practice is completely UNETHICAL. They charged twice what my fee schedule listed - an extra $250 for a crown, an extra $35 for a filling, an extra $75 for a mouth guard. They even charged for a procedure that should have been covered 100%, and when I called inquire about a refund they said they would process the refund but that the doctor did not want to treat me as a patient anymore. Reporting them to the ADA.

Have been coming here since 2008. Have been around the block many time (as far as dentists are concerned). This is one sure place. Recommend it a gazillion times.

PLEASE READ THIS STORY AND DECIDE YOURSELF ABOUT THIS PLACE. First time we (me and my husband) went to this place last year and we found the office clean, dental hygienist(girl) was nice, I had some feeling about the rudeness and attitude of receptionist but I did not care as I was mainly concerned about the SERVICE. Everything ( x-ray and general cleaning) went well (they were pushing for more procedures but that was normal because all services want to make money and want to sell more) and we were OK. They gave us a bottle of liquid (about $25) for clean up and asked to comeback for deep cleaning. When we went back for deep cleaning they gave us estimate of about $1300 plus per person while our insurance says deep cleaning of whole mouth is $360. When my husband asked about details they had gum irrigation and bla bla bla including vibrating brush ( we already had) in the package. My husband (research scientist) already had researched about gum irrigation and had found no significant improvement with that procedures. He requested only for deep cleaning and they did not buzz and SIMPLY REFUSED THE SERVICE UNLESS WE BUY WHOLE $1300 PACKAGE. We left the place with sadness. We were thinking to change the place but became busy with everyday stuff and did not do that. Again, they started sending text and calling for appointments frequently after couple of months (asking to use insurance benefits before they are lost). Finally, just to use insurance for general cleaning, I called back for appointments and they gave appointments ( they did not say anything about service). When I went there, The receptionist looked at the computer record and (how does she know my recent condition with out looking my teeth) SAID THEY CAN DO THE SERVICE ONLY IF I ACCEPT DEEP CLEANING PACKAGE and again refused the service. I was STUNNED by their UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL AND MONEY-GRABBING SCAM. We regret for not reading those reviews on YELP, Healthgrades etc. Now DECIDE BY YOURSELF.

Dr. Robert Faine is awesome. I love him. He's the best dentist. Before I found him I visited 5 different ones but when I had my appointment in AA South Florida Dentistry I knew this is the right place. His staff is number one. I recommend 100% you'll be in good hands

Would not honor their Groupon and do a proper cleaning. Said I need to pay $70 more and then all they did was use the cleaning drill to clean my teeth in 5 minutes instead of doing a proper cleaning. They then wanted to charge me $25 for some germ killing mouthwash.
