In the complex world of health insurance they have been very helpful in figuring out the best options as the company I work for doesn’t offer health insurance.

So I have been using AM Insurance Services for a very long time. I first started out with Naida and on an individual policy for just my family and then I moved over to Claudine for a work plan. I can not begin to tell you how incredible this agency is. The brokers and support staff are beyond helpful. I have gone thru some personal health issues with my family and I can ALWAYS count on them to go through all my statements and make sure I am being properly taken care of. They are available to me when I text or call -all hours of the day. They have never not helped me when I needed help even in some last minute ER pinches on the weekend. The level of customer service they provide is beyond fantastic and that is not easy to come by these days. I rarely take this much time to write a review so detailed but the people that work at this Agency deserve. Highly Suggest moving over to them when your health insurance is up for renewal.

I am trying for more than a month to find a doctor since seems any doctor accept AdMed. Any of my doctors received AdMen. When I called and wait on line for more than one hour, they sent me a list of all doctors in the city and took me hours to call the entire list to find out who accept AdMed.

The team at AM was extremely helpful and responsive as we walked through the process to move from Florida Blue to United. I feel we were well represented and would certainly recommend them to other businesses and individuals looking for Healthcare insurance
