My experience at this place was a bit uncomfortabl, first and foremost my 11 and 14 year old child were call in and I was not allow to be with them so I didt not see what they did and what they did not do.I found this a little bit uncomfortableIt was the first time in my life where I'm not allow.They told me it was because of the x-rays ? I'm a Medicaid recipientT herefore they're not to be balance billing. This office is not Compliant With a Medicaid contract No one is to be bill. If you feel you have been balance billed call your dental plan and report them.

Staff was great! They were very accommodating on setting up my appointment on my busy schedule. Dr. Cascante took the time to go over the procedure and what could be expected after the surgery. Difficult to find doctors who are willing to take a few extra minutes with their patients. Will return!

And they took my X-rays and later the doctor told me he did not do extractions that I had to go to a surgeon. So far , I still waiting for the staff return my call regarding a referral surgeon doctor. NO LES IMPORTA LOS PACIENTES . Very upset to see how more important is to charge the X-rays to my insurance. Having been a professional woodwind artist from a very young age, my dental health has always been vital to my overall success on my instruments. Whether it be saxophone, flute, clarinet, oboe, bassoon or even voice those muscles around your mouth are supported by your teeth. In addition I have traveled most of my young adult life performing all over the world and thus have been unable to have home base until now settling in Miami, Florida since 2012. My previous dental experience was excellent. I had two on-lays done in Sacramento, California by a dentist from the University of the Pacific. His work was excellent and I had been contemplating returning to Sacramento's Rancho Cordova just to continue the great care. Also they had worked with me on paying off the tremendously expensive procedures as is the case with dentistry, it is what it is right.. This takes me to my present day Miami experience. I had been given a groupon last Christmas 2016 and had put it off in fear of my mouth (now 8 years without dental care) needing a laundry list of improvements. I had no pain at this point nor did I wish to have a whiter smile. I called Dr Oscar Cascante's office and asked for an appointment but they had no openings which made me think that just like a restaurant, when the food is good you won't be able to get a reservation. I persisted with no luck and one day just decided since I was going to be in the neighborhood to stop by...I walked into the Center and sat down waiting paitently for my turn. I was attended to rather quickly (I guess there were a lot of cancellations that day) and all staff was professional, efficient and amiable. The doctor is an all star without a doubt, he has a commanding presence upon meeting a new patient that is real, organic, sincere and wanting to help you achieve your dental health goals and that is why I stuck to these people like glue. He is expensive but like all good things in life..you get what you pay for and here I got a laundry list of issues he wanted to get done. It took me 8 visits, I never missed a visit was always early in hopes of finishing early, we got done right before Christmas 2017, they were able to make an installment plan to pay everything off and offered me follow up visits, a great guarantee; fast forward to today June 2018 and I am in the best dental health of my life. All fillings updated, on-lays intact, new crown replacement feeling great and my general bite/alignment in tip top shape. My dental hygienist is aggressive and much appreciated which helps deter any new problems from arising. I can only say I am glad I walked into Dr. Cascante's office, to this day I am one of his sources of free marketing recommending him to all my friends, family and musical network. You will not regret going to this place and his work speaks volumes of his character. He is a happy bee buzzing away at your teeth turning the frown upside down. I will be back in December for my cleaning and exam and hope to send many more clients their way before then. Always in debt to a man who can make your smile that much better. Congratulations on a tremendous career and on having the drive to continue doing what you do everyday you are definitely one of the nation's top dentists!

1st visit and had to get a root canal. The people here from the front desk to the Dentist was an awesome experience. Dentist even called next day to check up on me. Awesome customer service, and very welcoming.

I’ve been coming to this office since I was 15 (when I had a full set of hair) I’m 45 now with no hair. The staff is great! Always on time! They take all the precautions to make sure you’re safe (before Covid) Dr. Cascante is a class act. If you’re looking for a dentist this is the place!

Excellent doctor and the front desk was very friendly and professional. I needed to do a few fillings and they were booked. I was told that if someone canceled they would call me and they did. I am terrified of going to the dentist and I actually went because of the reviews I read online and my best friend recommended him. I felt no pain or sensation not even when he was injecting the anesthesia. If you are afraid of the dentist or had previous bad experience with a dentist before this a the doctor to go to.

Excellent experience at this practice. Dr. Cascante is definitely an expert in his field. The two cavities he fixed left my teeth in better looking shape than before. He also extracted a wisdom tooth very fast and well as I hardly had any bleeding or swelling after. His staff is very friendly too. Highly recommend!

Dr.Cascante has been my dentist for about 25 years and I recommend him and his entire staff as very professionals. I have always received no less than excellent care.

I called the office to inform them that I would be 10-15 min late for the hygienist. I had 2 appts, hygienist first then procedure. The receptionist checked and stated that it would be OK to proceed. When I arrived in the afternoon, I waited an additional 15 min without any updates and was asked if I did not mind paying for all my treatments in advance? I complied. I was then informed to enter. I was brought in by a technician for the "procedure" first. I asked if it was OK to have the procedure BEFORE the hygienist and she replied "yes". I inquired again for her to verify and she left and returned with the same answer. The procedure took place and I waited in the room to be told when to go to the hygienist. No one returned; meanwhile the tech is cleaning where I am located. I got up and asked the front manager when I was to be seen by the hygienist and she informed me that she "apologized but b/c I was late I was not going to be seen by the hygienist". Imagine my surprise after communicating numerous times to 2 individuals the final result was incompetence. Keep in mind, they requested payment for both hygienist and procedure in advance. Interesting...It would also be appreciated not to be addressed as "honey" or "hon" when spoken to. In today's work environment, it is extremely difficult to coordinate time to care for self, the least requested from the service end is clear, repectful and transparent communication.

Dr Cascante has been my dentist for 14 years and I am extremely happy. He has a lot of experience , has an eye for detail, respectful , and overall a wonderful person. I joined this dentist office about a year ago. Within the year, I had few appointments. One of the appointments, I had to wait about 3 hrs from my appointment time to be seen. I had an appointment today at 9:15am. They sent me a text asking if they could switch appointment to 10:00am. I called the office and a lady picked up. I told her who I was and She said stated that the office wanted to know if they could change my appointment from 9:15am to 9:45am or 10:00am. I said that will be fine. I arrived around 10:10am-10:15am due to massive traffic. They said they can’t see me because I arrived 15 min late. They give patients a 15 min window for arrival. I arrived within that time frame and accommodated them with the appointment change, but they refused to see me. On the other hand, I had to wait 3 hrs to be seen on a previous appointment. I live in Homestead and selected this office according to many wonderful reviews and the positive vibe I got from the initial consultation. Today, They didn’t care that I came from far away to be seen. they just cared about their schedule. I understand appointments need to be kept accordingly, but on the flip side, I was inconvenienced when I had to wait 3 hours on a previous appointment. My family is leaving this practice and will be finding another office that understand and want to help there clients. Side note- I’ve spend hundreds of dollars, possibly over a $1000 with procedures in this office, and they are not humane enough to understand.

I have been going to Dr. Cascante for many (many) years now and I wouldn't change him or his staff for anything in the world. They are probably one of the most accommodating offices I've ever dealt with, and they treat me (and all their patients) as family. From their courtesy calls as reminders, to their prompt response with billing questions... they are always readily available to be there for me and never make me feel like I have to solve any issues alone. They make sure all my dental procedures are explained in detail and they always return my calls before the end of the day. Dr. Cascante has THE BEST bedside manners; he's personable, gentle, honest, funny and cordial. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Dr. Cascante and his entire team and staff. If you have been looking for amazing, gorgeous work, great bedside manners, amazing and courteous staff but are deadly afraid of the dentist, stop your search and look no further. This is where you need to be going. I promise you won't regret it. 3/20/18 Update: I recently had the 6-month smile braces done by Dr. Cascante and just when I thought I couldn't be happier with him, I was once again proven wrong. I had excessive crowding on my bottom teeth and I was able to get the clear braces on and fix my teeth in less than 6 months. My teeth are now close to perfect and beautiful all thanks to him and his staff. The braces were a breeze; no one even noticed I had them on. I was never uncomfortable, and if at any given point I was nervous about the unknown, Dr Cascante and his entire Staff always made me feel at ease. I LOVE LOVE this office and I will forever be their patient. A **very** special thank you to Alicia for always being so accommodating and going the extra mile for me.

UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My son arrived for an appoint to fill cavities, was placed in the treatment room and waited over three hours for the dentist. When I inquired to the receptionist, she made apologies for the procedure taking so long, but never in formed me my son wasn't being treated. When my son sent a text that the dentist hadn't seen him, I asked the receptionist to get my son and we would reschedule. The dentist then rushed in the treatment room, started drilling on his teeth so I couldn't take him out until the procedure was completed. If the dentist is too busy with other patients that he can't meet his scheduled obligations then he should communicate this to the patient and parent waiting. His behavior was disrespectful, unacceptable, and unprofessional. I spoke to Dr Cascante the day after the above incident. Oscar provided a very sincere apology and free movie tickets, but he became very defensive after I recommended he and his staff improve communications to avoid this issue in the future. Oscar then blamed me and my son for the issue. His failure to take responsibility for the issue is very disturbing.
