Had an issue with the DMV being able to verify my insurance coverage in Nevada. It took a little time to get it straightened out but Vanessa was there to help me and give updates along the way with the status of the case. I highly recommend Bryce Olsen's office and Vanessa specifically. She deserves your business

changed my term life insurance premium after a doctor visit and wanted to charge me double the premium I was paying. representative on the phone said the premium was locked in, so either someone was bribed or they have some shady practice. *update - I was about 4 months into my term, I have had life insurance with other companies and know the application process doesn't take 4 months long. You are shady.

Bryce was very responsive, quick to answer questions and he and the entire office staff have amazing customer service! Add to that the great insurance options - you can’t go wrong with this insurance office.

Bryce is a great agent. He’s always super helpful and does a great job helping our local businesses with their small business insurance.

I recently moved from Chicago to Las Vegas. I have been a State Farm customer for years. When I began browsing for new insurance quotes, I was hesitant because I wanted to select a location where I knew I was in good hands. Thankfully I contacted this location for a quote, and I immediately knew I had found my new State Farm agent. Vanessa was amazing! RESPONSIVE! That is definitely the first term that comes to mind.... Mr. Olson's team is fantastic. Every other customer service rep I was connected to through the Customer service line at state farm directly was useless. No one could help me. State Farm made an error and transferred my insurance to another state causing the Nevada DMV to start stacking fees against me. ONLY Mr. Olson's Team (specifically Ms. Edie) was willing to work tirelessly to get this issue resolved. It took months, to no fault of her own. She was amazing and saved me so much money on useless fees I did not deserve to pay. I am so happy to have found them and plan on using them until I am no longer able to . Bryce has a love and is meticulous about execution that allows for the game to be won. My wife (Alice) and I did consider AAA and USAA, but they weren't helpful in answering our questions. Then Bryce came into our lives after we had exhausted ourselves on the other options. Alice and I felt we won big with Bryce. I have some issues on my driving record and underwriting came back well under our other comparisons, really giving me a second chance. I think State Farm is about second chances. We can all agree that State Farm isn't your Ikea of insurance. Although, we do own Ikea. Bryce is very practical and straightforward. We believe in working with a company that has personal agents. For our circumstances, it really worked out for us that he is in Nevada while we are living in California. Here is how I know Bryce does well with execution and getting the team to the championships. He was South Dakota All-State football. We were teammates on the line. Bryce's size, quickness, and smarts allowed him to make plays as a ball carrier as well. Without Bryce, there wouldn't have been much of a path to the championships. To wrap things up, I've known Bryce and his family since kindergarten. His dad was a compassionate principal. Yet he didn't let us off the hook. That is who I see in my State Farm Insurance Agent.
