BEST DENTIST I have ever been to! Doctor and his staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist, but since coming here I can happily say that I’ve walked out of each appointment feeling fantastic! The office is extremely clean and well organized. Dr. Harouni is extremely efficient and works very quickly, he knows what he is doing and I appreciated that!!! He is very kind and I felt absolutely safe and comfortable there at his office. His staff are the BEST! They are so sweet and helpful! I was made to feel really great when I walked into their office each and every time!

This dentist took out 10 crowns in one sitting, he didn’t even inform me of what he was gonna do. I am a disabled vet and sat in that chair for 2 hours and was in pain after that ordeal. He took all my gold, probably pawned it. I reported him to the VA in hopes this will help prevent this from happening to anyone else. I am now seeking professional work from another dentist who explains his plans for me unlike Dr. Harouni. He took the VA for almost $20k (your taxes) for 2 hours of work from my sweat and blood. Not thanking him for his service for my dental work.

If I could give this office a 1000 stars I would! I have been going to Dr. Harouni's office for years for my teeth cleaning and workups. As a doctor, he is detail oriented, knowledgeable and one of the best in his field. His staff, as well as himself, are very friendly and kind. The dental hygienists there also are a joy to be around, and you honestly forget that you have come to the dentist during your visit. The staff is always able to get me in the most timely manner. For anyone, new to this town or who is looking to switch up their dental office, there is no one more fair and honest than Dr. Harouni. I am at peace knowing my teeth are in the best of hands.

I've been a loyal customer of Dr. Harouni for as long as I can remember. The staff is so gentle and polite. And even though I both live and work clear across town from his practice, I continue to go to him because of how prompt and efficient they are. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes to be called back to my appointment and I am always in and out in record time. For example, my filling had fallen out so I scheduled my appointment for 8:00am. I arrived at 7:55am, was in the chair by 7:58am and back out to my car by 8:08am. Zero pain. Zero delay. That's what I call excellent service! I'll go to him as long as he is in practice!

For the first time in my life, I'm looking forward to visiting Dr. Harouni and team. After years of bad experiences with other dentists, I went without a check up or cleaning and even developed a dentist phobia. I walked into Dr. Harouni's office with an extreme tooth ache and anxiety and I walked out feeling confident and excited to come back. Let's just say that everyone from reception to Dr. Harouni himself made sure I was comfortable, taken care of and they weren't judgmental of my situation. I can't rave enough about him and his staff.

I was extremely displeased and offended that the first question that I was asked when trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient was if my plan was "state funded." Even after trying to explain and offering my member ID, I was asked again was it state funded because this office doesn't take those. I have top tier PPO coverage but I guess the blackness in my voice made her assume that I couldn't possibly have coverage paid through my employer! I was never asked my name or anything. So rude, unprofessional and ignorant. Disgraceful. I called another dentist immediately after and made an appointment. I was pleased to know that those questions aren't standard in the dental field.

Las Vegas "Best of Class" Dental Enterprise I am newly relocated to Las Vegas, newly retired from a 34-year career with the US Navy in Wash DC. How difficult, I quickly discovered, it was to locate a dentist with professional core values. It took me the better part of my first year to ‘find’ Dr. Harouni, but it sure was worth the effort! The very first procedure Dr. Harouni and his wonderful assistant Christine performed was a complex bridge replacement. Other than the futile wish I had my original tooth magically back where my decades-old bridge was situated I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome, so remarkably efficient and skillfully performed. Lots of metal tools, the constant hum of “dental-sounds”, remarkably adroit and confident hands, and absolutely no pain. Wow! Moreover, I’ve never been to a dentist with greater academic accomplishments! Beyond the academics Dr. Harouni gets the highest grade for “compassion, care, and gentleness”. It’s a quality that was best expressed by a Philosopher from nearly 2000 years ago: “Be kind to everyone you meet, for everyone here is fighting a hard battle”. Dr. Harouni may or may not be a student of Philosophy, I don’t know. But he surely instills this “Kindness to all” philosophical leaning in his ‘best-of-class’ professionalism. And, it’s abundantly extended not just to his patients but also to his wonderful and ‘customer-service driven’ staff. Why else would they be working for this man, some nearly 20 years? Dr. Harouni is, indeed, a rare find in the Mojave Desert medical community workforce! His office contact info is now filed in my “Best of class” iPhone folder.

Alma the hygienist is awesome. Also front desk lady is very friendly, dr is very knowledgeable , didn’t try to sell me on extra treatments like other dentists. An inviting atmosphere over all. Definitely recommend.

Update: (1/14/2021) I hade my first cleaning of the year and they are following regulations and taking all the necessary precautions to make sure clients and staff are safe- PPE and extra cleaning. I got to the office earlier than my scheduled appointment and they were able to take me back. Wendy at the front is always so welcoming and kind. Christine is amazing! She communicates with me throughout the process and asks how I am doing. I feel like when she works on me I am talking to a friend- very comfortable but still professional. And of course, Dr. Harouni! When I say he is the best, he IS the best. He has been quick yet thorough with all my procedures and never fails at bedside manner. I will always recommend Dr. Harouni and his staff! My first dentist in Las Vegas Since I moved here in 2012. Dr. Harouni has THE BEST bedside manner. He always remembers me when I come in and makes sure I am comfortable during my procedures. On top of my yearly cleanings, I chose to do Invisalign about a year ago and just replaced my crown. I admire that Dr. Harouni is honest and doesn’t throw additional services at me if he feels I don’t need it. His staff, are always welcoming, kind, and professional. Angela has been working on me the last couple of appointments and she’s always smiling. I now currently live on the West side of town and still make the drive because they’re that amazing. I love that I’m not just another client, but feel like part of the family. Thank you all for everything!

All luck when I stumbled upon Dr. Harouni but HIS skills, knowledge, and dental expertise are no luck. His precision when it came down to replacing a couple of old crowns, one being at the front and center of my mouth, was incredible. He has changed my smile and confidence. He and his entire staff are professional, kind, calm, and light-hearted. I feel like I'm at a spa every time I go there. The office is clean and his staff is efficient. One can tell that everybody loves what they do there. Dr. Harouni is a wonderful dentist.

Everything about this office is a 10 out of 10. The office staff is inviting and warm. There is little to no wait time. Dr Harouni is knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly; however, the most important trait he possesses is a sense of calmness. When you’re experiencing any type of tooth pain it’s unnerving, to say the least. To have someone acknowledge your symptoms while working quickly and gently to relieve you of your pain, is one of the many reasons I adore him and his practice. He is gentle, kind and funny (don’t tell him that though.) He explains procedures in detail, answers any questions you may have and does his absolute best to put you at ease. Thank you for taking excellent care of me for the past 12 years.

Quoted $160 to reseat/glue a cap back in. Afterwards with no xray or further service the charge was $235. If this additional charge was to be made it should have been with the quote. I am sure Dr. Harouni is a wonderful DD$ If you have insurance where the charges are established prior to your office visit.

I very rarely write reviews. However this is long overdue. I was a patient of Dr. Harouni about 18 years ago for a several years. Against everything he told me to do and being young and rebellious I did what I wanted to do, and I definitely paid the price. I now take my daughter to Dr. Harouni, and she’s been a patient of his for a few years now and I just love him and his staff. His staff is great. And they’re honest. He has NEVER tried to get over on me or my family. I feel at peace when I go to his office, and I love seeing the smiling faces of his staff. They make you feel like family and they address your concerns or ask if you have any. I trust his judgement. I don’t live any where near his office in fact we would drive all the way from Centennial Hills just to go see him and his staff. If you have second doubts based off of whatever negative reviews on here please ignore them and listen to someone who has had a long time established relationship with this amazing doctor. Consistency is key, good customer service key, positive environment and people is key, honesty is key, and a good reputation is key. And this office has hit every nail on its head!

Absolutely fantastic dentist and staff! They greet patients like you're family and treat us as such by not making us wait forever like every other dental office. They work around my crazy schedule and send me text reminders for upcoming appointments which really helps. Dr. Harouni's professional and caring personality put me at ease and I trust him to give me the best options for my care.

I have been a patient of Dr Harouni for over 12 years and have been totally satisfied with all the care and services he and his staff have given me. I knew he was a keeper when he performed a root canals and I experienced no pain at all. Dr. Harouni puts lots of care into his craft. He is super pleasant and easy to talk to. He explains the procedures and why they are needed. If there are options, he will offer them to me. I appreciate his honesty along with his expertise in his field. The staff is awesome and super helpful when arranging appointments and assisting with the work. The office is located in a prime and easy access location by the Galeria Mall and it is always very clean and professional looking. Other friends and coworkers that I have told them about my care have tried him and stayed. I would refer anyone who is looking for a great dentist to try Dr. Harouni. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

Like most people, I am never excited about going to the dentist. Well, today I finally found a dental practice that I won't avoid in the future. Dr. Harouni is kind and thorough. He did not make me feel like I was just another patient. His cool demeanour immediately made me call and confident. Also, his office staff was incredible. They were welcoming and attentive. Dr. Harouni's assistant was sweet and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Finally, they were on time and didn't keep me waiting once I was in the room. I highly recommend this practice for your future dental needs!

I'm sure the doctor is fantastic. But when I'm told to be there at a certain time, and there is not someone at the counter to greet me, and treat me like I'm important to their business, I lose all confidence in their ability to service my needs. I heard them in the back laughing, but no response to my hellos. So, sorry doc, I'll take my needs to one of your hundreds of other competitors for my business. Maybe they will have someone out front to greet me.

Dr. Harouni and staff are top notch! I have been going to this practice for 15 years and I couldn't ask or suggest a better dentist or office. Not only are they gentle, caring and pleasant to me, my children have been going there since they were 5 and 6 years old. The customer service is unmatched in any field. Courtney has gone above and beyond to help me in need. Dr. Harouni, Christine and Wendy have the best bedside manner that is compassionate, empathetic and supportive.

I recently went for my routine cleaning and check up to find I needed 2 crowns. Dr. Harouni made me feel comfortable, the entire experience was all about me. He and his staff are very caring and professional. He administers painless injections and is a master of his craft. I would highly recommend him.

Wendy, Christine and Courtney are just absolutely amazing at making you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. Dr. Harourni is by far the best person who has ever worked on my teeth. Dr.Haourini and his staff are the best. They do everything to make your experience as pain free as possible. But of course the good doctor adequately explains everything in layman's terms so you are relaxed and familiar with procedure about to occur. Most importantly is Dr.Harouni's miracle he performs on each patient. I can't stop smiling. He and his staff are truly artists at what they do, I can't stop smiling!!!!!!!!!!!!

Way over priced!!! They actually have a staff member who is there just to discuss pricing and what services your willing to pay for. Checked around and the same crown at most other dentists was $240 less. Also, they started to take x-rays that I wasn't due for and only because I spoke up did they stop and check my coverage. This should all of been checked in advance as I made the appointment six weeks ahead. Unless you have 100% dental coverage go elsewhere or you will be ripped off.
