Staff is super nice during my visit, just came in for a cleaning and happy with the results.

After being a loyal patient of Dr. Pham for a little over 2yrs, I’ve experienced professionalism up until I needed him to fix a root canal that was still causing me pain. I spoke to Dr. Pham in his office after having my root canal done about still experiencing throbbing pain. Dr. Pham’s response was that he didn’t specialize in root canal corrections and that he would refer me to a specialist. I politely asked him if he would cover the bill since I paid him for the initial service he said… NO. I feel cheated after paying for a service that resulted in me needing to come out of pocket for a correction service that was messed up by Dr. Pham. It’s the Principle of providing optimal service and correcting or paying for your mistakes. Currently taking legal actions due to this costly situation. DO NOT RECOMMEND. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Update: The response that was given by the “Owner” is not the response I got when asking them to fix their mistake. Don’t be fooled. They’ve even threatened me by sending a lawyer to contact me about my account. If it was their wrong doing, which it is. They should be calling me reaching out to make sure I’m okay and with options on what they can do to fix it. An infection in my mouth left uncorrected can lead to many other severe issues throughout my body.

I always dread going to the dentist and as a result I end up not going until there is a problem. This was the first experience I have had where every person from the front office, the assistant, and Dr. Pham himself were so incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate that I know this will be the only place I go in the future. I have anxiety at the dentist and I have never been more comfortable in that chair. I for once feel optimistic about my smile and cannot thank them enough. Thank you from Samantha Holmes ?

Dr Pham takes his time in treating you. He has a light touch that helps reduce pain. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Today, I went to Dr. Pham office to have pain treatment due to my new dentures. Shirley did a super job in identifying the problem make a quick fix and the pain is 99% gone. I am a happy patient. have been going to this office for more 2 years and I always gets full satisfaction. I highly recommend Dr. Pham and his support staff are very professional and easy to work with. Shirley is tops dental assistance to Dr. Pham.

I can make appointments and been see in a reasonable amount of time. They work with your schedule to get you in. I’m always seen at my appointment time and the staff is really friendly. They are following dental guidelines for COVID/ CDC to keep us protected. I appreciate the extra mile.

I love the location and cleanliness of this dental office, they get you right in! The staff is so welcoming and friendly! No lecturing or feelings of shame. Dr. Pham is very gentle and made me feel comfortable at very uncomfortable times. (fillings, crowns, extraction, etc...even a bridge) Debbie is the best hygienist I have ever been to, so caring and down to earth, you can tell she's smiling big through her eyes. It doesn't seem like a teeth cleaning more like a visit with a friend. I highly recommend this office!

ACE Dental service & staff are great! The ladies at the front desk are always pleasent, friendly & professional! Also, Debbie does a great job on the teeth of all my family members. In addition to leaving with our teeth feeling clean & healthy, she educates us on the necessary in efforts to keep healthy teeth!

Everything went very well, the attention and service was good, but in my case they first called me and then they investigated the insurance is valid and it was not active and they made me register again

Haven't been to the dentist for long years and so I didn't know what to expect. If it wasn't for a terrible toothache, going to the dentist always make me feel uncomfortable and always placed on the bottom of my priorities. But Dr. Pham made my first visit comfortable and got me out of my misery (toothache). It's my 4th visit last week at Ace Dental, they all made me feel at ease that from now on I'll be visiting for my regular dental care.

I must say after finding Dr Pham, I don't mind going to the dentist anymore. His talent along with a wonderful staff, beautifully appointed waiting area, restrooms etc. leaves me with a very pleasant experience. Garry Newman

Awesome place, they don't make you get x-rays every 6 months like all the other dental offices. The hygienist is so nice best personality my teeth are beautiful.

It was a simple two appointment process to get my crowns installed. All in all took about a week from start to finish. Very pleased.

I am thoroughly impressed. The office is clean and professional and the staff are fantastic. Ms. Han in the front went over my treatment she is very knowledgeable and patient. They are not pushy the last dentist I went to was very pushy and wanted me to pay upfront for my treatment. I’m so glad I found Ace Dental.

This was a pleasant experience. Staff was super friendly and the front office Ms. Han she took her time with me and was helpful explaining my insurance to me since my insurance is new to me. The Dr was nice and was gentle giving the shot and also checked to make sure I was doing okay. I have my deep cleaning to do next!

All members of my family and I have gone here for several years! We have never had a single problem! Everyone is always kind and gentle and it's like family when we go in for a visit. I will recommend them to anyone ever!

Called and made an appointment. I get there the day of my appointment and my son and I were not in the system. I'll take my business elsewhere that's a little more organized.

I saw Dr Pham after seeing another dentist close by. The experience was much better. Dr Pham seems to care. He showed me the problem and explained it to me. He showed me things the other dentist did not. The difference in price was very large. His office is clean and the staff very professional. A trainee faltered a bit and that was explained to me immediately. I feel very safe going to Ace dental for my care.

My husband, my daughter & myself go to Ace Dental. My daughter even had her orthodontic (braces & retainer) done here. Her smile is amazing! Lisa at the front desk is very pleasant & upbeat, Debbie the hygienist does an excellent job at scraping & cleaning your teeth & Dr. Pham is a great Dentist. I highly recommend this location as it is convenient, clean, & honest. I do not find that they try to up-sell work like other Dentists/Orthodontists we have been to. Ace Dental is great!

I came to Ace Dental for a second opinion on prices because I found out the other office I previous went to was not a provider for Delta Dental. I’m so glad I found this office it was a fraction of the price since they were provider. The office was nice and clean, and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Pham was able to start on a tooth that was bothering me and got me out of pain. I was so nervous but he was patient and gentle with me I didn’t even feel the shots. Ace Dental rock!!

The staff was great and very knowledgeable in regards to practices and procedure they got me in next day for my appt and i was even able to come back 2 hours after my appt and get a deep cleaning if you're looking for a dentist this is the place to go

This is a great dentist office! The staff is great to work with. They take the time to explain everything to you upfront so there are no surprises on the back end. I highly recommend Ace Dental in Henderson. If you’re not to sure where to go, give this place a shot.
