Dr. Benso is a special dentist he is considerate compassionate about what he does. He is thorough in explaining. He understands not everyone is financially equipped with money and build several different plans to help guide you through whatever you're going through. I am so glad I found him. He did my husband's dentures wich my husband loves. And now it looks like me and him will become friends. ? I don't trust dentist because I guess I have never found one like Dr. Benso I strongly suggest if you have any problems small or little please go see this practice. Thank you and your staff.

Have you ever met a reall live magician before? Well, Dr B might not be showing card tricks but his stealth way of getting in getting the work done flawlessly and with ease is pure magic! Dr B has been my dentist for over a decade, he saved me from another dentist who wanted to give me 12 fillings- yes, TWELVE! Dr B said, you need 2, and some flossing and we will monitor the others. Over 10 years later and I've still not had 12 fillings. He has done a crown for me in rapid turn around time when I was in town for only a few days after cracking a tooth in the airport on the way to phoenix. And most recently helped with a filling and cleanup of someone else's not so thorough job on my niece who had a tooth Consistently catching on EVERYTHING. She didn't even mention it to him he is just such a mouth magician that he noticed it and fixed it as of it was just part of the task at hand. We then returned to his office fir her wisdom teeth. In and out on wisdom teeth in under an hour! The office manager Michelle is a ray of sunshine that gives off so much support and patience and understanding, would not have been able to navigate some of the planning for all of this without her guidance. What a team! Everyone was just so warm welcoming and supportive! If you want a true professional who isn't afraid of any challenge, is trustworthy and wont do more or less than what needs to be done, is great with all ages- Dr Benso is your guy! I've lived in 5 states since leaving phx but I keep returning to see Dr B because he is truly special! Thanks all in one for being this amazing team and Dr B for continuing to be the magician you are!

Had cavities and crown replacement today with the Benso Family and was pleasantly surprised in the care that I was given. Paula did a fantastic job being sure I would not feel any of the work to come. Monique and Zana walked me through each process as they worked efficiently. Dr. Benso has been my Dentist for several years. And quite frankly, he is the very best! I should know for I’ve been seeing a dentist and/or a periodontist every three months for over 40 years! I Cannot recommend Dr. Benso or his staff highly enough. No matter what you need; a crown, implants, just regular dental care, whatever! He is the best. I’ve had all of this done and more from Dr. Benso So I speak from experience. Just give his office a call. You will not be disappointed.

This is the first time in 67 years I have enjoyed being at the dentist! Wonderful environment and super friendly staff. Dr. Pardo is the best ever! He gets so much done and it never felt uncomfortable, and with a great personality. Just a great experience.

Benso is a terrible dentist, he is known to be the worst. he will try and hard sell you on products using aggressive behaviors, crossing arms and acting arrogant. I would not recommend him at all. Dentists come a dime a dozen, I highly recommend you DON'T go to this one!!

Hands down, no question the best dentist I've ever been to. Everyone is so friendly, accommodating, and totally committed to making every customer feel as comfortable as possible. I got to watch NatGeo when I got my teeth cleaned, and the time flew right by. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who cleaned my teeth because she was exceptionally warm (I'm fairly certain that she had a Vikings poster on her wall). Dr. Benso is an all-around great guy--knowledgeable and trustworthy, essentially just the ideal dentist. I never thought I'd look forward to seeing the dentist, but I always have a great time here!

Dr.Benso is the best dentist ever in my opinion!!!. After many years of dental work my search for the perfect dentist ended the first time I sat in his chair. He is extremely knowledgeable and I completely trust his judgement and recommendations based on the amazing work he’s done over the past few years for not only me, but also my husband, mother and both of my sons. Aside from being a superb dental artist with a wonderful bedside manner Dr. Benso also seems to find (and keep ) some of the freindliest and most competent hygienists and staff I’ve ever encountered! You truly could not ask for a better ecpireince - and the office itself is always spotlessly clean, not to mention extremely attractive and comfortable. TVs entertain you everywhere you look and I always appreciate the top of the line equipment that makes procedures as perfect and pain free as possible. I really can not say enough about how happy I am to have found a truly talented dentist who I can trust to do the very best for me and my family. Highly recommended!!!

Dr. Benso has been providing dental care for my friends and family for approximately 11 years. I always tell people that finding Dr. Benso is like winning the lottery of dentists. He is knowledgable, skilled, and kind. He repaired a botched root canal for our son, straightened his teeth, and has helped every person we sent to him. Just yesterday I arrived in his office with a large cavity and he filled it telling me that perhaps and old filling fell out. He always makes me feel comfortable and doesn’t shame me like other dentists have done. One time I had an extremely receding gum line and Dr. Benso was able to graft skin from the roof of my mouth to repair it. Now, it looks perfect! The only thing that could be better is if he could provide dental care for our pets. ;) He doesn’t, but I would bet that he could. All the staff in his office are warm and welcoming. From the time you walk in the door, it is a safe place. Thank you Dr. Benso for making our lives so much better. We love you!!!!!

Dr. Benso is professional, sincere and honest! I first came to him for a second opinion. My regular dentist wanted to do another crown and I wondered if it was really necessary. Dr. Benso felt that he could do a filling and wait and see if a crown is actually needed. It's been 3 years and my filling is holding up just fine. He saved me over a thousand dollars and the hassle of getting a crown. I decided to switch to him for all my dentistry needs. His office is clean, spacious and I've never had a long wait. If you are looking for an honest dentist who does great work, look no further.

PSA: If you have ever visited this office, call and see if you have a "credit." They do not notify you if they overcharge, nor do they issue payment. PATIENTS are responsible for knowing they're overcharged and follow up for refunds (and then apparently follow up at least 3 more times to actually get them). I made the mistake of visiting this office when my young daughter was in a lot of pain on 11/1 and we needed a pediatric dentist. This office is near my house and in-network. As soon as they heard I had PPO insurance, they had time to see us. They overstated my portion by 7.5x what it was supposed to be. Then when I got my insurance involved they said they wouldnt refund me until they were paid the claim even though they were aware of their billing mistake within an hour. On Monday 11/11, I had received proof they were paid but they still hesitated to process my refund. My insurance called on my behalf and even faxed them proof they were paid. The dental office confirmed they had all they needed and PROMISED it would be refunded by EOD. Today is Friday 11/15, still no refund and when I called around 220 they confirmed it's still sitting on their desk, and hasnt been processed. It takes 2 mins to do this. They said the manager would be out of her meeting within the hour to process it. Then I realized they closed at 3pm. So my insurance tried to call them back, they wont answer the phone. I tried to visit the office, they had LOCKED THE DOORS by 245. These are horrible business practices lacking in integrity.

I’ll never go to another dentist office! This is such an awesome group of people. Worked me in last second. Took care of my tooth same day. Gave me a break on price since I don’t have insurance....but above everything, the personalities and atmosphere in the office makes you feel right at home. I could have stayed for 5 more crowns and not even been mad about it lol. Raddest dental office in history.

Dr Benzo and Michele and all their staff are absolutely wonderful !!!!!! From the time you make your appointment through to the end of your procedure, they make you feel right at home, like your family. They are professional, fun and make you feel comfortable all at the same time. I have been a patient of Dr Benzo for almost 14 years. He is always the same and never waivers. He has a very gentle touch and does incredibly, meticulous work. He's like an artist but for your teeth, it is most certainly his calling. I have a health problem and just recently had an issue with my teeth. I needed to get crowns on every tooth. It's a longer procedure and Dr Benzo and his dental assistants made me feel very relaxed through it all. My teeth look gorgeous and I have a million dollar smile. Michele, the manager, even though not part of her job description, is always checking in on me to make sure that I am doing well. She is amazing !!!!!!!!!!!!! I would highly recommend them for your family dentistry.

Dr. Benso and team are fabulous. Their attention to detail and gentle touch made me feel at home. I’ve had the pleasure of working in dentistry for over 15 years and have seen a lot. Kelly was super gentle with the new patient xrays and Carolyn the hygienist was thorough and enjoyable to chat with. The front desk gals even gave me a little cupcake for my birthday! Whahhh?! Dr. Benso and his entire team are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! My journey started last July. I had some serious issues with all of my teeth and we decided to have them all fixed. After every one of my procedures Dr. Benso would call to make sure that I was doing ok ( never had that before). Today I received my new grill. I have 3 implants and the rest are all crowns. I am very happy with the results and I would like to thank Dr. Benso and his entire staff for changing my life!!!!

The most Knowledgeable, gentle, family friendly, & compassionate practice I’ve ever found! I have a history of dental trauma and was stressed about finding a new dentist. No longer! I’ve had dental work done by Dr. Benso and he and his staff are amazing. Would definitely recommend for every level of dental care.

Importantly, Dr Benso and his staff are so warm and welcoming. That's invaluable in this day and age when the staff at so many medical/dental offices may be professional, yet unfriendly. Along with Dr Benso, I have mainly interacted with Tamara, Abby, Paula and Trish. They all share a wonderful sense of humor and put you at ease during visits and treatments. That being said, Dr Benso exhibits the perfect blend of humor, good bedside manner and professionalism. There is a wall of patient pet photos in one of the treatment rooms, fun music playing softly in the background of the entire office and there is typically some sort of treat in the lovely, inviting waiting area. I can't say enough good things about Dr Benso and his crew, and I highly recommend them! I'm clearly not alone in my assessment, as there are some many other 5 star ratings, as well!

I needed a good dentist to have my braces redone I came in and they gave me a great monthly payment! everyone here knows what they are doing and are patient and gentle. I highly recommend this place. They will work with you!!

Dr. Benso and his team changed my life! I know that sounds dramatic, but being a mother and getting braces can be embarrassing. They worked with me on all my payments, and they were always accommodating if I needed to cancel or change an appointment. Not to mention, Dr. B went to the Univeristy of Oklahoma which happens to be my favorite college football team (Boomer Sooner). Nothing better than trying to talk football while getting rubber bands on your braces- am I right? Another thing I appreciate is the staff is also good with kids. I can have my appt along with my son and not have to worry about him being okay. This is the place to go!

My family just moved to the area and we were in need of a new dentist and orrthodontist. After getting the run around from several other places, I did not have a lot of hope left that I would be able to find someone that could do everything. I stopped by the office today to see if maybe the dentist would be able to take over my daughters braces needs. What I got was so much more. Not only were they able to take care of her braces, they squeezed in both of my children for a cleaning before they go back to school. The staff was phenomenal to day the least. Everyone was so kind and went out of their ways to help us and get us all set up. I highly recommend this office. If you are in need of dental care, please stop by. You will not be disappointed.

Have anxiety just thinking about a dentist? Well you are not alone, it kept me away for 12 years until receding/bleeding gums forced me to go. After a lot of research I decided on All In One Benso Family Dentist. I wanted a one stop shop since I was expecting the worst and did not want to be referred to this specialist and that specialist. I called for the initial appointment and the staff was very friendly working around my schedule. It was convenient for me to print the new patient documents to fill out beforehand since the last thing I wanted to do was sit in the office filling out paperwork giving my brain more time to stress me out. Appointment day, it doesn’t look like much from the outside, not a fancy medical plaza just a corner building in a strip mall but when you walk in it feels more like visit to a friend’s house. I was greeted by name by very friendly staff, turned in my paperwork and sat down in the waiting area that looked and felt like someone’s living room. The TV was on and kids were playing with toys on the floor. I felt strangely comfortable. It was only about a five minute wait before they walked me back to the dreaded chair that haunted my dreams. They specialize in people like me and one of the pages I filled out beforehand asked me about any fears or concerns I have ahead of time to make sure I was comfortable. The staff was beyond amazing, very friendly made me laugh and forget for a moment why I was there. After some x-rays it was time to find out just how bad it was going to be. To my surprise I only needed a deep cleaning and a few minor cavities filled although the thought of a deep cleaning procedure made my head spin. Fortunately for me they offer sedation!! They were so nice I almost didn’t want to leave and that says a lot considering how many years I put this off. I was given a prescription to take an anti-anxiety medication the night before and then go to my appointment an hour early with the other medication, some type of sleeping pill. I took the first, laid down in the chair with the lights off and relaxed, 30 minutes later took the second pill and off to sleep I went. I don’t remember much after that just a dream like state and a few directions to open or close my mouth. No pain and no memory of the event could this be? My appointment ended around noon and I slept most of the day, didn’t even need pain medication. Ate a bowl of soup around 9PM and back to sleep I went. Woke the next day and wondered if it was ALL a dream, no pain and my teeth were smooth and clean! I received a follow up call to ask how I was doing along with some post-op instructions. I had to ask if they actually did anything because I couldn’t believe that I had zero pain or swelling! I don’t normally write reviews and I am sorry this is so long but if you are like me don’t put off what you need to do because of fear or anxiety. You won’t be disappointed with how they treat you and you will be happy you chose Benso Family Dentist. P.S. I was shocked at the bill but not how you would expect, it was much lower than what I was expecting. Thank you Benso Family! Tony.
