Came in for a emergency dental visit. The staff was very dismissive in my concerns and down played them when addressed. The front desk was not helpful in scheduling or addressing the after hours line. It seemed as if it was a bother. The on call doctor informed me and appointment would be made and a notation of our conversation would be placed in the notes. Neither was done. And no further explanation on how we can bridge the gap if after hour services are offered and notational are left. Like what can be done to solve it moving forward. It's frustrating when your trying to get help .

Usually i get great service when I bring my kids to this location. I called out from work to ensure that my son made it to his vision and dental appointments on time. I drove all the way across town for them to inform me that my appointment had been canceled. That was very inconsiderate and an inconvenience. They should’ve at least given a courtesy call.

The vision doc is super cool and very friendly. The assistant is awesome as well. This is my daughter's first appointment today (09-22-21) and it was a perfect visit. Now we're waiting for her dental appointment, which is in the same office.

I have been inconvenienced by this place one too many times! Both of my children appointments have been canceled due to scheduling challenges. Each time I reschedule it's a month out then a week or two before their appointment it gets canceled again. If you don't have enough doctors on staff why schedule then inconvenience your patience?

Every last one of the staff are all professional and so friendly and accommodating. Wait was long, but it’s most likely due to the amount of parents trying to squeeze their children in to be seen by this group of professionals.

I’ve taken my child a few times now for cleanings. The staff are kid friendly & very understanding when it comes to a preschooler not being comfy during the visits.

This place is something I been looking for, the staff member are nice and patient with everyone, they know how to make the children feel comfortable.

Good experience with scheduling, clean, easily accessible location. Pleasant, capable staff put my daughter at ease. The one downside was the long wait between the hygienists and the dentist. hopefully that won’t happen again.

Always a good time when we visit. My 8 year old and 1 year old were seen yesterday and the staff was so patient with my 1 year old who gave them a hard time. They were all very friendly and even though we had a late appointment, and I am sure they were all ready to go, the staff treated us as if they just opened for the day. We really appreciate the good service and care we receive when we come here.

When the Doctor examined my teeth I didn't feel any pain, she did a good job and was amazing with me. I thought the Dental hygienist was very nice and cool and my 5 year old teeth are coming out and I will get my new teeth big boy soon. Yay!

Adventure Dental has been a lifesaver for our family. My son's teeth had many problems and the staff and dentists at Adventure were so kind and did great work. Scheduling and wait times have been consistently good.
