I received an email about an appointment for myself, and when I called today at 2:25 to cancel or make sure I was not on the schedule the person who answered the phone was very rude. Really bad customer service.

As a first time patient the receptionist put me at ease describing the process ahead - standard forms then your appointment procedure. Dr. Zukerberg provided extensive details on the procedure and was very careful to gauge my discomfort (which was quite minimal considering I hadn't been to a dentist in more time than I'm willing to admit here). Suffice to say I hadn't smiled in a pic for a decade. After one session - that is no longer a problem.

Dr. ZUCKERBERG is very professional, I highly recommend this office. I got crowns, implants, root canal, bridge, I'm very satisfied with Dr Z. And her staff. Since 2006 she take care of all my dental care.

DO NOT GO HERE. They lied to me about my insurance coverage and i ended up paying $900 out of pocket despite me asking several times if my insurance would cover the work. They are a mess.

Lawren, I called your insurance company today to find out why you would owe $900. They told me that they sent you reimbursements for your appointments on 3/10 and 3/23 today and you should be receiving a check in the mail. For your visit on 3/10, you will be reimbursed $220.00 and for your visit on 3/23 you will be reimbursed $44.80. They have not received the claim from your visit on 4/06 yet, but I will check again to make sure that it is received and you are reimbursed. The estimated coverage for that visit will be $169.90 I am very sorry about the misunderstanding about your insurance.We have definitely mentioned to you that we aren't the in network provider for your insurance.We strive to provide excellent care to our patients and letting them know about their coverage is part of it. For that matter we participate only with one dental insurance and if we wouldn't always notify patients about it all of them would get upset. Sincerely, Ellie

My whole family has been seeing Dr Zukerberg for more than 15 years! She is so gentle with her equipment that my kids don't even know she's giving them a shot! The doctor is always willing to discuss the options and give her honest opinion on what's the best cost/quality approach. She is on top of the newest techniques and uses the best materials (BPA free sealants, for example). She and her staff are really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Adams Morgan Family Dentistry!

I recently moved to this area and chose the dentistry based on its location; Janneta was very helpful and communicative in helping me ensure they took my insurance, both she and Dr. Zukerberg were so friendly, and my cleaning was very quick and thorough.
