Just went today. My hygienist was Chassidy and she was VERY patient and informative with me. I was nervous and between her and all the staff they made me feel so comfortable. I appreciate the break down of pricing and the transparency they had with me. I look forward to coming back in a few weeks :)

The staff is amazing. I haven't been to the dentist in a few years due to a bad experience. I've been a few times to Advanced Dental Concepts and they made me feel very comfortable with the treatments that I chose. I would recommend them to anyone. Cheyenne was the first hygienist I came in contact with and she was very informative and very professional

Clean and professional atmosphere. Everyone took every effort to ensure that my needs were taken care of. Everything was explained thoroughly and I was pleased with my first dental visit. Dr Forshee is very pleasant.

I went in to get a crown done that was about 12yrs over due. I was greeted immediately because of COVID-19 protocols. My information was updated and I was asked to return to the waiting room. After about 5 min an Assistant came and got me to take me to the chair where the work would be done. We discussed what was wrong and how the procedure would go. The Dr came in and went over basically the same information for redundancy (it’s smart to do). I’m not the biggest fan of needles in a dentist office due to a bad experience as a kid, but all that went away. The shots didn’t hurt, the procedure didn’t hurt, and the possible jaw pain or soreness doesn’t exist. I understand that not all patients will have the same experience, but I would recommend ADC to anyone looking for a new dentist or someone needing dental care.

Bait and switch! They claimed that they accepted United Concordia insurance (Tricare) so we let them set up an appointment. They cancelled that appointment after waiting weeks because it was a holiday (remember THEY picked the date). After waiting another month for an appointment, we drove all the way there to find out that while they “accept” Tricare it only covers a minuscule portion of the work to be done. It’s almost like they withheld that information on purpose. We’ll take our business somewhere that doesn’t waste our time and is upfront about the costs.

Rude and unhelpful. I have gone to Advance dental since I was in high school. I was always ridiculed for my teeth by the hygienist despite knowing how self conscious I was about it. But the final straw came when I went to tell them the filling they did had chipped when I was away at college. I was told it was not a big deal to worry about by my hygienist and we continued on with the cleaning. Now that I am at a new dental practice I have to get a crown put in because the chip has gotten worse. I called Advanced Dental Concepts this morning to ask as to why I was never told this needed to be dealt with and was met with a receptionist who blamed me for not following up a week later "like it said in their notes" I was supposed to do. I was never told about the urgency needed to be taken just that i needed a deeper cleaning when i was physically in the office. They decided to tell my mother who is not the one who needs to make the appointment. At this point I'm 23 years old and paying for this. ADDITIONALLY they refused to give me my xrays so I could get my wisdom teeth removed at the Navy Base which is where my dads insurance would cover the procedure. I highly recommend anyone who likes to understand the procedures, cost and overall what is going on when you go to the dentist to never set foot in this place.

Unbelievable practice! The office is immaculate and the staff is very polite and friendly. Dr. Forshee did tongue and lip tie revisions on our six month old and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. She is very knowledgable and was patient with us, listening to our concerns and questions. They were very attentive and called to follow up the next day on the baby and were all around very thoughtful. Dr. Forshee also provided us a military discount which was very much appreciated since the procedures were not fully covered under Tricare insurance.

After my newborn son was diagnosed with tongue-tie and lip-tie from the lactation specialist, I researched all dentists/pedodontists who preform such procedure on infants in the pensacola area. I found Dr. Kaitlin Forshee at Advanced Dental concepts who was very knowledgable about the procedure. She and her assistant, Olivia, did a great job explaining the procedure and the post-op instructions. The laser that was used for the procedure is top of the line (Waterlase) soft and hard tissue laser. Only topical anesthesia was used. no pain. My newborn didn't even cry. The procedure took 1-2 mins. My son went straight to nursing after. I was very pleased that Olivia called me the next day to check on my son. I highly recommend Dr. Forshee and her staff for tongue-tie/lip-tie procedures. She's the best!

I moved to the Pace area recently and hadn’t found a local dentist. After breaking a tooth over the weekend, Advanced Dental Concepts was the only practice in the area that worked me into their schedule with no questions asked, determined to take care of my pain. Dr. Forrest Faulkner quickly and painlessly treated my immediate needs and referred me to a specialist. The staff provided me with a detailed care plan that was easy to understand. All of my options and questions were discussed and answered professionally with all explanations being backed up with logical and medical explanations. Each member of their staff I came into contact with were professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs immediate and long term care! Great experience all around!

I love this office. They are all very good at what they do and always make sure getting me out of pain was the top priority right away. There was no made up reasons why they couldn't help make me not be in what was excruciating pain at the time like most doctors that will leave you in agony and suffering while having people wait a week or longer for antibiotics to kick in. They are not like that here. They will come up with a immediate plan so you become relieved of pain that day usually. They are able to to provide a warm anxiety free plan with many options they have. That includes FREE nitrous (laughing gas). They DO provide anti anxiety options so you don't have to go under. I rather go here then anywhere. The only reason I'm not there today seeking help with this horrible wisodom tooth cavity pain is because they don't take my Humana Dental with medicare/medicaid/Covington in network. I'm forced to use a dentist that does not do anything to help the pain while waiting on Antibiotics to kick in and they don't offer me any anti anxiety comfort free dental work. Due to this at the dentist humana forces me to go to not even during an extraction a few weeks ago , was I given any medication to to calm me or even nitrous oxide while getting the tooth surgically removed. I wasn't even offered the choice. When it was over I was told to take Ibuprofen which makes my blood pressure worse with high bp. So Anyone out there who wants to down on Advanced Dental Concepts is plain wrong. You shouldn't give a place bad reviews when they are a great place to go. My whole point is that if you want real pain relief and real cosmetic and premium dental repair that is all put into a action plan that thay tell you what your looking at to fix the problem then go here. I am also thankful for them always making me comfortable and pain free. I wish they took my Humana. I sit here in pain today as I am forced to wait another week for another detist in humana to extract my back wisdom tooth. At Advanced Dental concepts I have never had to sit a week in agony. They always made me comfortable and They always made sure that I was in the least amount of pain as possible before the extraction. Since they got rid of all my other wisdom teeth and were just waiting on this one to come through. It is a living nightmare ever since leaving this dentist due to insurance information. I hope this helps other people's inserts in the future who really are looking for a cure and a plan to fixing your issue when it comes to dental work. I gave them four stars just because they don't take my insurance.

I had anxiety about an extensive treatment plan, but with the patience and understanding from some great hygienists and Dr. Forrest, I am almost finished a 5 year plan today. They have been amazing, thorough, professional, and supportive every step of the way. My children are also made very comfortable and happy by every staff member they meet. I am so glad we found this place!

If the dentist there does not believe in sedation for people with anxiety they should not include true comfort and ease for people with anxiety and that they have practice in sedation in their bio’s it’s very misleading for people looking to find a dentist that want to be pain and fear free.

As someone with little love for the practice of dentistry it was a relief to come across an office that's so clean, has such a nice staff, and does good work. Dr. Forshee is worth talking with if you have questions or concerns.

Very impressed with the level of service my family received. I was even surprised with how organized and informative they were in getting details about costs, appts, and services needed or recommended. They even went above and beyond by mailing handwritten cards to our address using personalized detailed information. Great Job to your team of experts

Been a customer for a few years now. Earlier this year my daughter had some basic dental work done. They overstepped what the insurance would allow on x-rays. Now instead of trying to make it right, they are charging me for their mistake. Hope the $32 is worth it.

This is an update on my very bad experience, this was the worst experience ever. They told me my daughter needed extensive dental work done. I brought her in to get one tooth looked at. I ended up paying for xrays, a cleaning and a checkup with the dentist. No dentist ever consulted with my 15 year-old daughter or myself. I did speak to a very rude hygienist who really got on to me about my daughter's brushing habits, not a word about the bad cavity that she had, the reason we were there. I payed 273.00 for nothing. They gave me a print out of all the cavities my daughter supposedly had. Around 3,000.00 worth. I went to two other dentists, one turned out to be great. The bad cavity cost 160.00 to fill and today she had a cleaning and exrays, no cavities at all. Today for the cleaning a xrays it was 137.00. This is not my first complaint, this office had a chance to say that they were Sorry, seriously the least that they could do. But instead April their mouth piece made it clear that this office is not customer friendly, she was extremely rude, told me I did get something for my money, right, something that I didn't ask for. Yet they didn't do what was necessary. So the vision statement is all just to pull you in, for your money. Go to another dentist, plenty out there who will be honest and do a good job. This isn't the place.

I had a new patient appointment , which I arrived thirty minutes early to. Completed my paperwork and was told to have a seat I would be called back shortly. 45 minutes later I was still waiting while numerous people who had come in after me were taken back. No one ever came to apologize for the delay or provide an update. I left and will not be back.

The best dentist that I've been to years, and they are always nice and hospitable. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that I could get in so that they could fix my teeth with my busy schedule. Even if I move away from this state I would rather travel all the way back here just so I could keep coming to this dentist. They also do something that I'm not familiar with anywhere else where once a year they help out the community with giving dental treatment for free for one day. That just shows how kind they really are and how much they care for their community and their people.

This office definitely lives up to it's "Advanced" name. They have all the latest and greatest in dental equipment. Their office is very clean, and their staff is the friendliest around! My family and I drive all the way from Gulf Breeze to have our teeth cleaned. My 6 year old even enjoys going. You can't beat that! Love these dentists.

I have short term memory loss. I was diagnosed and informed them. They banned me for missed appointments however I was never contacted for reminder calls and when I explained it the office lady told me oh well find another dentist. I was furious. Then I asked them fine what dentist doesn't discriminate against people with memory issues and she informed Me that all dentists have the same policy. I'm sorry for having something beyond my control that I INFORMED THEM OF THE FIRST VISIT....and they couldn't accommodate to my disability.

Great office! Office is very clean and staff was very courteous. I've never had anything but good things to say. Staff was very knowledgeable about explaining my insurance coverage to me and answering all of my questions. Also, while the waiting area is nice and kid friendly, I've never spent much time there. It's refreshing to have a doctor appointment that is on time and you don't have to wait in the waiting room for what feels like forever. Lastly, Dr. Forrest was perfect for my daughters first ever dental visit. My daughter left there with a smile on her face and remains excited about returning to the dentist every 6 months. Highly Recommend!

I have had no issues with my teeth my entire life. I went in for my first visit and annual cleaning back in 2012. They said I had a cracked tooth and would need a crown. After cleaning up the tooth for the crown I ended up needing a root canal. After that was all complete I had nothing but issues with that tooth. It irritated me all the time. I really regretted letting them mess with it. I went in for my bi annual cleanings and each time I complained about that tooth. Each time they said it looked fine. Well fast forward to yesterday. 6 checkup/cleanings later and many complaints about that tooth I relocate to another city. I went in for my bi-annual cleaning. I complain again about that tooth and my new Dentist notices that my gums are irritated all around that crown. I am having an allergic reaction to the metal in the crown. Also that there was a root that was missed (had 4 roots instead of 3) during the root canal and there is a small abscess now at the end of that root. Now I have to pay for another crown (one without metal), as well as a trip to the specialist to fix the botched root canal. Not a happy camper and just glad I have insurance and a healthy savings account so I can afford to have this done. Not something I was budgeting for during our move. Another thing is I went in and signed a release form so that my new dentist could have access to my X-rays. When they called for them they were told I needed a release signed. I immediately called them and straighten that out however after two weeks they still did not send the X-rays so my new dentist needed to do them to be able to complete my exam. Lucky for me they did not charge me for them. I think they took pity on me after knowing what I'm going to have to go through the next couple of months to get this all fixed. Not only that I have to take a full day off work. Add another $160 loss to that. Grrrrr!!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!! Other than that the girl that used to do my cleanings was awesome and their facility has allot of state of the art equipment. That's the only reason for a two stars. Merry Xmas.

i've had the misfortune of poor dental health plaguing me all my life. so i have plenty of experience in a dentist's chair. i've also worked as a dental assistant to dentists and periodontists. it is my opinion that dr. spurlock and his team at the pace office are absolutely the best! my daughter, who is now 11 years old, has been seeing this team since we moved to florida in 2006. she is NOT afraid to go to the dentist! that's the best recommendation yet!

This establishment overcharged me $350 upon my first visit. They had my insurance card in-hand, but chose to disregard the PPO rates and my patient responsibility rates and bill what they "felt" like? Still not sure how this happened! Long story short, once I received the statement of payments from the insurance company, I realized the office had overcharged me $350. HOWEVER, after two months of ATTEMPTS, I still HAVE NOT received the credit back to my card; Diane, the office manager, informed me today that, once they receive the last payment from the insurance company, they will reimburse my credit card. When I told her that was unacceptable because it's been two months and I should not have been billed the amount in the first place (and if their office had done their "JOB" and contacted the insurance company in the first place, they would not have OVERCHARGED me), she actually HUNG UP ON ME. Wow, now that's juvenile. I wish them well, but with terrible service like that.... PS - I still have not gotten my credit applied back to my card, but did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau; I was not surprised to see that I was not the first! Look them up - this establishment has a "D" rating with the BBB. If I do not receive my credit by the end of next week, I will be contacting the law office of a dear friend. THIS IS BLATANT INSURANCE FRAUD and the staff at this office could not care less!!!

Will not be returning. I informed the dentist that I could not take certain prescription painkillers, and was completely disregarded and given a drug that caused me to be unable to work for 4 days. Granted, I should have researched the generic name that she prescribed me, but I trusted that she, as a doctor, knew what she was talking about. It is a nice looking facility, but has caused me a large amount of problems
