Fast
I wish if I can give zero…..it’s my first time been this location they are really slow they only have one Doctor even the RN don’t want them to ask any question, they’re so rude first I got here at 11:45pm still I didn’t seen by Doctor currently 3:18am. SMH
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have been in this place, and still in the place since 9:30 this morning. It is now 3p. They are slow, unorganized and clearly DO NOT CARE. I’ve been to plenty Kaiser locations is this is by far the worse that I’ve been to. The pain they treated me for when I first got here has since come back, and I’ve been waiting for someone to just tell me what my results are for all the tests I’ve taken for over an hour. I should’ve taken the longer trip to Largo. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!
Echoing the extremely long wait times
I've brought my son here a couple times and have been so grateful for the patience and skill of the nurses and doctors. But recently I came here incredibly sick myself and was even more amazed by the experience. I had to stay 24 hours, and each of the nurses and doctors was patient, thoughtful, and proactive in trying to figure out what was wrong. Plus, they can run labs quickly and have X-rays, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and more all available. Even the food was good. I'm so grateful!
No one wants to be in a position to review an urgent care center, but unfortunately I've been here several times and I'm glad to have it as a resource. Folks have always been attentive, provided good care and been patient in answering questions. Free parking onsite and a pharmacy, so a one-stop shop if an urgent medical issue comes up. Was pleased enough with care that I wished one of the docs I saw was also a primary care doc I could see regularly, but unfortunately he wasn't. The great thing is that they are open 24 hrs, so you can come at any point it is needed, but volume can be pretty high at peak times (e.g. after work),
extreme long waits. do not feel cares for here. felt like i was basically at a public ER. The one at Tysons was much better. I was in and out in 20 minutes and felt like they really cared and wanted to help me. here I just feel like a burden to the workers. DONT go to this one.
Worst place ever. If you want to die go to that place. They don’t care about patients. It like IT office everyone on their computer. I went there 6pm I didn’t see the doctor until I leave by myself 10 pm. I have to go pharmacy and get my own drug. It’s not a urgent care they make people way to the grave.
This is the worse urgent care, they said urgent but nothing looks as urgent. All doctors and nurses are on the laptop and phone maybe they are IT person not a doctor or nurse. The kaiser administration must take of that. The patient cannot come to the urgent care and meet the doctor or nurse after 45mn even though there are not other patients before you. The lab results took 2hours in the urgent care why?
Called to ask for their wait time and was told “we are unable to share that information” because if they told me then it might be different. Wouldn’t even tell me if it is minutes or hours. Very bizarre.
