California Dental Group of South Anaheim I had six crowns and a partial done by this Group. I was told it would take two months, but it took three. The temporary molar crowns they put in worked fine. When they put my two molar crowns on I told the dentist that they did not fit right and he said they were just new and I would get use to them. I made another appointment and this time the dentist told me that teeth had to be that way or the porcelain could crack. The third time I saw him he told me that was the way that the “Lab” had made the crowns and my partial and there was nothing he could do about it. I now, for the rest of my life, have a partial that does not fit right and molar crowns that do not grind the food that I eat.

Besides the nice receptionist the place is money hungry. That head bobbing financial woman is so flaky. Glad I found a place that only does required dental care that I need. Even the x-rays woman behaved her job was to convince you to do the plan they say you need.

Bad Experience. I was pressured into paying money up front, I called my insurance and they Never received a bill. Once I mentioned that I was getting an attorney, all of a sudden my bill was sent to the dental insurance company. I requested that my bridge be canceled and the staff refused without giving a reason. Do not go here. Find another honest dentistry first. Not worth a 1 star. Disappointed with how money means more than clients welfare or well being.

This is a great dental office , staff is very friendly and answered every question I had, they take their time to explain everything they will be doing for you to be reassured that all will go well. Dr. Rivarro was patient and frequently checked on me through my procedures. I highly recommend this office .

My mom went to this dental office and paid over 2000 for a root canal, and crown called insurance today and they advised they have on records of crown being submitted to insurance. Insurance asked if I had history of payment with the codes and I don’t have the codes just a history of what they charged her. Was terrified of the dentist till I couldn't take the pain no more, I had a jacked up mouth and didn't smile , I heard of the amazing dentist now that I had the whole upper front side worked on " a miracle " I can't stop smiling.
