I’ve been to this dental office 3 times over the last month and have had wonderful experiences every time! Dr. Christine Nguyen is friendly, soothing, explanatory and efficient. All the staff I have worked with from reception, dental hygienists and billing are all friendly and very helpful. The office is clean and very well organized. I highly recommend this Anaheim Hills California Dental Group office for your dental needs?

Gotta be honest, I loathe visiting the dentist for checkups, because I fear being told I may have an infection or something predictable as a result of not staying on top of my dental health. Every time I visit this office, the staff, especially Jose, reminds me why I choose their office. Yes, it's covered by my insurance, but Jose always makes me smile, and makes me feel safe and welcome not only in his presence, but with the doctors he introduces me to. He turns my experience into a positive one. I'm awful with names, but I received a deep cleaning and a surgical procedure by two different doctors, conveniently in the same day, and they made me feel very safe and I trusted their work completely. Though my mouth may not be perfect, they help me focus on how to keep up with my hygiene and don't make me feel guilty for not being the best at it. I really appreciate this office :)

**NO ONE SHOULD BE PRESSURED TO SIGN** I was at my dentist yesterday (9/11) for what I thought was a post-op exam. The dentist examined me and said the work done so far looked fine. The dentist said that since it’s almost time for my annual X-Rays to go ahead and do those – so we did. She went over the X-Ray results which yielded more necessary procedures. I told her that I would wait awhile on those as I have to pay-down my current bill. Then this financial woman enters the room and begins pressuring me to sign a document that clearly states that I would be responsible for $550.00 of dental work. “I don’t want to sign this document,” I say to her. I told her I was not having any procedures done today. She said, “Just sign it” and again I declined to sign and told her I was not comfortable signing it as I have already incurred over $7000.00 in dental bills at this practice but still she continued to pressure me. At one point she rips the document from my hands and scribbles something on it and says, “Now sign it” and I held firm and still declined and then she said, “Why are you even here today?” as if to imply that I’m here for no important reason. I told her I thought I was here for post-op review. It’s outrageous that I was treated so unkindly by this woman. She definitely crossed over the line of decency. She made me feel just awful. I’m never going back there again.

Great office the staff & Doctor were really helpful and answer all my concerns, and the office manager Sonia helped me set up my financials so I can get all my treatment done. Been searching for years for a good dentist and I'm so happy I found California Dental Group of Anaheim Hills.

(Left previous review) Hello, how can I get the email to personal contact the owner as there was none left behind in the previous post. What is interesting is after reading other reviews on yelp I realized I am not the only person that has been over charged on certain matters. My cousin is a dental hygienist and my best friend is a dental assistant and both informed me these prices were incredibly over priced and not to mention wrong. My original bill that I was charged for included the removal of 4 wisdom teeth, analgesia anesthesia and local anesthesia. The problem only 3 were removed, and the bone graft was completely unnecessary due to the fact that they were wisdom teeth. The doctor was correct, yes the correct number were removed but that doesn't mean I was charged the correct amount. I was charged for an extra CBI Extra ($478), an extra Bone Graft ($555) (all through my insurance) and then ($649) on my care credit. A total $1,682. of I'm also not including the ($478) for a bone graft that wasn't necessary, according to other professionals and the ($48) local anesthesia most offices do not charge if they charge. In the previous review I did not mention that I never received my bill even after asking for a repeated amount of times, I had contacted the office 5x in trying to resolve this matter. I even spoke with a Jenifer from the billing department that promised to resolve an unsettled issue. She said to call back in 3 weeks after this matter because my insurance wouldn't have the bill until then. I waited 4 and now it appears the wrong insurance was charged, there apparently has never been a Jenifer that has worked there, or a billing department, and I now have to go in person because the girl I spoke with said they don't fix these matters but I could try coming in person. I never give bad reviews but this location is starting to become a bit sketchy. My first time appointment I came in 10 mins early but due to the fact that I was sitting close to someone they had thought I was with a party. I waited about an hour before I was attend. I excused this act and remained calm since I can understand this happens. They compt me a free cleaning which I thought was sweet. But now coming in the second time I decide (upon their recommendation) that I get my wisdom teeth removed. They actually ended up charging me before the procedure was done and after having the doctor encourage that I get a bone marrow transplant ($600 extra) I find out it wasn’t it wasn’t necessary.... not to mention they charged me for an extra extraction that hadn’t been done.... I’m not happy with their service or this mistake that has yet to be resolved. Be careful is all I have to say, and according my friend who is a dentist always get a second opinion.

I reviewed your file and per the Dr Notes , the correct amount of teeth were extracted. It is important if you have additional information to please contact my self ASAP, In no way do I want this to be a reflection of our practices. I also apologize , but we do have to collect prior to services being rendered when it comes to Oral surgery. Reason being, due to the sedation, we want to be sure, patient s are of clear minded when signing their agreement. I would hope you would contact me, so I may answer any questions or concerns you have and I thank you for your review, Its important I am aware of good and bad comments towards the office so we may improve. I cant believe this place, Ive spent so much money here to have their fillings fall out and charge to replace them or have a gap form along another filling and get charged to have it replaced or have them recommend a crown, have it done wrong, then remade, then have a sensitive tooth, and now they want 4k for a root canal and new crown. Save your money, go anywhwre else, youll have better work done in mexico!

I walked in to fix a tooth and Dr. Morgan fixed it and took care of it quickly. All four of my kids were also seen and were taken care off. Friendly and welcoming staff.

These people had the nerve to have me come in 2 1/2 hours early at 2pm so the dentist could go home early after he was done with me. I left work early on a Thursday for this and they let me sit there for over 45 minutes while and only did 5 minutes of x-ray work. As a business owner this is c

Took my mother for partials and had very poor quality and painful. They made the dentures and they cost $4,000. Did not know they were not guaranteed. We have been back several times and I am still not happy. This was a nightmare experience.

This office is as clean and professional as they get. Never a long wait, friendly welcoming staff, and I always feel better and smile more after I leave. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends or family.
