My favorite dentist i have been to, the staff is amazing and very kind. I 10/10 recommend people coming here.

Everytime I come the staff is so friendly. Rarely do I wait to be called. It's when i get to the back I sit and wait. Once the treatment is done, I am usually not sure if they are done or not. Last visit I had to get up to ask. This time I just sat and waited. What I like most is the hours. I live in Riverside so it's nice I can come later in the afternoon, evening or early if I want. I want to thank Teresa especially. She's always friendly and helpful. Thanks Anaheim Dental!!

I am terrified of all dentists, I had to come in for an extraction and bone graft, I was ready to run out but my god was I surprised dr. Karim did such a great Job I felt no pain!!!! I couldn’t believe it didn’t hurt at all!! I will be back for two implants and my anxiety is gone!! I recommend this place for sure if your afraid like me they will take care of you! Michael is great he is always so reassuring and friendly making one feel comfortable. They are awesome here if you’re afraid like me coke get all your dental work here! You will not be disappointed!

This is the most unprofessional dental office this side of Tijuana and you get that impression when you drive up. There are flies in the waiting room. After returning my car to make an appointment on Sunday during memorial day weekend we get there and don’t have an appointment and now they don’t take our insurance after filling out paperwork for 20 minutes. This is the second disappointing experience I’ve had with this facility do yourself a favor. AVOID THEM❗️

The worst place you cloud ever go I got my wisdom tooth pulled Hurts for a week. They did such bad job the I got infect got an abscess end in hospital for three days with jaw bone infection from doing a bad surgery on the extraction. When I tried to let them help there medical director mike or Michele told it got infected bcz I am a smoker and medication won’t work bcz am from different country I told my doctor is that the reason they start laghing and said Michel should be car sales man. Please please don’t come to this place my hospital bill over 8 k

I went to have a tooth pulled that was giving me problems. Made an appointment went in 10 minutes eairly did the paperwork waited 45 minutes to get in........Got in a chair waited another 30 minutes for somone to do xrays. Dr come to talk to me she was "all over the map" with what needed to be done? I told her i wanted her to just pull the tooth, waited anothe 30 minutes for somone to come and pull toothe BUT NO they came with the bill and informed me i had to pay BEFORE they pulled the tooth?? I paid my co-pay, the charged me $450.00 to have tooth pulled it needed to be done! Went to my regular dentist to have another tooth pulled at a cost of $117.00 (never been to this dentist) she informed me that Anaheim Dentist billed my insurance $230.00 ..................So basicly i paid $680.00 to have a tooth pulled ! My xrays were coverd (free) by my inurance.I will NEVER return to this place!

wait times are ridiculous. Even when scheduled early in the morning, still made to wait, and sometimes wait outside. Poor leadership from the top down. The owner seems disheveled and unfocused, rambles on about irrelevant and unrelated events or circumstance, Even downright argumentative with clients. There are some shiny spots within this organization namely their front office gals Alicia, Doris, & .Elizabeth It seems everyone including the doctors rely on these three to keep this office running.

If you are behind, tell the people waiting for their appointment that there is going to be a long wait. Wasn't acknowledged or apologized to for the inconvenience of waiting an hour and a half after the appointment time. Also, there are signs outside and inside about mandating proper face masks, however NOT A SINGLE, receptionist or doctor was wearing a mask over both their mouth and their nose.

First time I went there was great, but every visit since had gotten progressively worse. Last time I was here they put a temporary filling in that fell out less than 12 hours later, and I had to wait over a week for them to have an appointment to fix it. This time I walked out after over an hour and a half had passed since my appointment time without them so much as acknowledging that I was there. Add to that they were trying to push services on me during my last visit that I specifically said I didnt want, and I regret ever stepping foot in this place

Not a great dentist I needed to get a wisdom tooth extraction and I tryed to comply with a lot of bs. First they wanted to charge me 250 for a CT scan that was one appt, the tooth extraction was 450 then they wanted to charge another 450 for a bone graft and they just dropped this charge on me while I was waiting on the removal very unprofessional.

Deanna is the best she helped me through every process I suggest everybody stop what you're doing and go there now they are amazing and they're open during quarantine whatever help you need they will give you

I always grew up with a fear of the dentist. I came here on an emergency for my wisdom teeth. Took out all 4 aside from minor normal pain i had no issues. I healed properly and was fine. This place is clean, they have a great staff from the front desk, all the way to the office. They keep me calm when i start to be extra. They are friendly they make coming to the dentist bearable. Im glad i found this office.

So an update to my previous review. I am shocked by the way this office operates. After the trouble and infection that they gave me here back in October, I made the decision to go to another dentist, and boy am I glad that I did. I have Delta Dental insurance which they didn’t accept here to begin with, and was accepted at the other office. Looking at this office compared to the new dentist I went, you can see the HUGE contrast between both dental clinics. Anaheim Dentist is unprofessional, rude, and just try to make a buck off of you. Anaheim Dentist was suggested a crown, but were charging me $1000 for a porcelain crown (with so many issues in the post treatment). For the next person considering going to Anaheim Dentist, I suggest you do not deal with these people if you really care about your mouth and health. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. Instead drive the extra mile and go to Hope Family Dental in Anaheim. I recently went since they had a special on a crown for $600!!!! For a porcelain crown, I could not be happier! Especially considering their professionalism and cleanliness.

I have been coming here for over a year. I first came here because of an emergency. No one was open since it was the holidays but Dr.Nonahal was. She was super nice to me and took care of me so i can enjoy my holidays without pain. Am really happy with EU Their services. Ever since then i stayed with her. Their prices are very low and everyone was really nice to me. I recommended this place to my friends.

Everything is excellent but be prepared to exit at least 3 hours minimum. Every time with outy fail.
