Alpine & Rafetto Ortho

The staff at the Pike Creek Office were phenomenal! We had an appointment for the placement of new braces. The front desk was incredibly friendly. The financial department was informative and answered all of our questions. Stacy applied braces to my daughter, and made the process enjoyable and educational. She talked her through the whole process and alleviated all of the stress my daughter had going into the appointment. She taught us about the care of her new braces. Overall it was a seamless and enjoyable process.

Staff is friendly and I’m pleased with the results of my Invisalign treatment. In just one year, I am able to say this plan really worked to straighten my crooked teeth. Dr Rafetto was quite accurate with his explanation of what to expect during the past year!! Just need the masks to come off now:)

My daughter was super nervous about getting braces. Everyone in the office was super friendly and very helpful with all our questions. They had no issue with explaining everything to her on a level that helped her to understand and to be more comfortable. The assistant today even offered to change her band color because she didn’t like what she originally chose. Definitely would recommend Alpine & Rofetto for all orthodontic needs.

Nicki, was great she attended me and was super nice she was also careful and made sure I was doing okay we had a pretty good conversation so I wouldn’t worry and gave me some rubber band edvice

From start to finish (today braces came off), everyone was amazing with Natalie! They explained everything to both her and I so we understood each stage of the process. Today Jen was the tech who took care of her and she made any anxiety Natalie had go away immediately!

I love my new Orthodontics office. The office staff is so friendly from the first person you see (receptionist) to all the staff you walk by. Everyone smiles and says Hi! This was my second visit where I received my Invisalign braces. My ortho tech Dex was awesome. She was funny, reassuring, knowledgeable and just a nice person. Her singing to the music playing kept my mind off of having my mouth propped open… hahahahaha This is the place to come. Also the office itself is decorated with beautiful and fun beach murals. Of course Dr. Rafetto is upbeat, pleasant, and made me feel ok with my decision to get braces at 65! Oh and he is funny too.

Had a great experience yesterday at Alpine and Rafetto's Orthodontics!!! We had an early appointment and my son was in a hurry to get back to school to take his drivers Ed test. They put a rush on the appointment for us which was awesome and he was able to get there on time. The staff sat with us and explained every detail about my son's orthodontic needs. My daughter was under the care of this amazing team for several years before we had to move to Florida. We are so sad to leave this wonderful office! Absolutely hands down the best. Ever. My daughter has had severe anxiety when it come to any dental needs. We have had to go to specialists in the past to have procedures and routine visits as well.
