Great service! I love the staff they are very helpful and professional today I witnessed an act of kindness where a client asked for a mask and they provided one for them...during this crazy pandemic that showed me that they aren’t just about business they genuinely care about other people

My son (12 years old) had such a great experience getting his brace on 12/21/21. ASIA did such a great job with him talking to him along the way. Giving him tip on how to take care of his braces. She was really great with him because he was so nervous she really help him get comfortable and relaxed during the entire process. It was another girls name with a A I think Angela or something like that forgive me I'm bad with names but she made us for welcome and comfortable as well. I would recommend everyone to come here!! Asia thank you so much!!!

Guys. I have been with Alpine and Rafetto Orthodontics since 2015. Today I went for braces re-application after being naughty and not properly wearing my retainer. They were just as effective and sweet now as they were back then. Quick to get you an appointment. Thorough with their work. Warm and welcome. Aja(or Asia, sorry about misspelling) did my braces application and was super sweet! We talked, laughed, listened to Prince, and she didn't judge me for being naughty. So, in short, THANK YOU!

Dr. Fiss, Dr. O and the staff were super accommodating to fit my daughter in quickly to get a new retainer- all with a smile!

GREAT office. They make it very easy to understand and plan for the financial side of things. Very thorough, and the technicians are great with nervous little ones. They even texted me directions on how to care for my daughters new appliance, because I had a family member taking her that day. I highly recommend! Thank you!

Aja was a wonderful technician. So professional and gentle. She made my visit a pleasure. Nicki in finance also answered all my questions in an efficient, timely manner. All the staff are simply the best!!!

Great experience for my first orthodontic visit since getting my braces off as a child. I was able to get in the next day for a last minute replacement of my lingual retainer after it broke off. Asia and Nikki were extremely kind and accommodating to not only make sure the fit was perfect but that my follow up appointment fit with my schedule. With all the precautionary measures they are taking to protect against covid I felt very safe and secure during my entire visit. Definitely recommend!!

11/10 (6 stars if i could) experience during my 10 month treatment by Dr. Rafetto. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Stacy helped me with my last appointment and did a wonderful job every step of the way. Dr Rafetto put together the perfect plan and improved my smile and bite dramatically. he’s the best of the best. The receptionists, assistants, doctors, and even the paintings on the walls were all exceptional. I can’t say enough great things about the Alpine and Rafetto Orthodontic practice and I 100000% recommend them to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment.

I've had braces for more than two and a half years. My experience with Alpine and Rafetto's staff has been nothing short of awesome. I worked with Dr Rafetto mostly, who is always so friendly and upbeat. Everyone there is considerate of your needs and make a point to take good care of you. My favorite technician is Aja. I look forward to my checkups and catching up about music ? When my children need braces, I hope to take them to Alpine and Rafetto so they can see when a great experience I've had. I highly recommend them ??

Stacy is very friendly and enthusiastic, and it's evident that she knows and enjoys her job, excellent care (the entire staff is friendly and welcoming, from the time you walk in, to the time you sit down to receive your treatment ). Oh, I can't leave out AJA, she has super patience when it comes to working with my teenager (she can be challenging). She does an excellent job explaining your treatment plan. There is nothing negative to say about my visits to Alpine and Rafetto, I am very pleased with my results and service. Thank you!!!

I had a great experience here at Alpine & Rafetto’s, as always. The staff are very kind and take careful measures to ensure you’re well and that you are as comfortable as possible. Aja, especially, does a wonderful job. She’s careful with her work and doesn’t rush and always makes sure that the wires are not poking around the inside of your cheeks or gums. ????????

I have 2 teenage boys that just finish their treatment for braces at Alpine and Rafetto Orthodontics. I was beyond impressed with all the staff there, starting with the front desks girls who were friendly when coming in for appointments and leaving. Dr. Fizz was always very accommodating with any questions or concern we had. Lastly Stacy and Aja at each appointment took their time to explain what they were doing and what my boys had to do at home. Thank you all of you for giving my boys not only a beautiful smile but a great experience.

I spent the past two years with braces, and recently got them off. Every time I went in everyone was so nice, and Stacey put my braces on and I didn’t have a problem with my braces the whole time I had them on. She always made sure that I knew what I had to do when I went home with wearing rubber bands and wearing retainers.

I came to Alpine Rafetto in 2018 for braces. The staff was very friendly and professional. Today I came in to have my braces removed and Stacy worked on me.
