Great dentist. I saw Dr. Singh for years & Mohammad as my hygienist. Excellent service from them. However, the people at the front desk are the reason why I DO NOT recommend this place. Expect to overpay the day of your visit and wait MONTHS for a refund, with 0 communication from the receptionist or manager. Awful customer service. Don’t waste your time or money. ***** According to my insurance, payment was sent 4 weeks ago. They have my money and the insurance money.

I like coming o this office just to see my hygienist Mohammed, He is awesome.

Front staff was welcoming and friendly which helped set the tone for the appointment. Hygienist and doctor performed the service I scheduled without pushing additional services. They also had no problem answering questions I asked. This was my first visit; so far so good.

Today I had one of my best teeth cleaning’s done with my hygienist Mohammed! I recommend everyone schedule your cleaning with him. He was very informative and took extra care.

Melissa at Troy Dental in Plainfield did an awesome job to support when we really needed an dentist. Melissa went over and beyond to find us an appointment during a cruel and pain tooth experience. She was very patient, acted quickly and was determined to find us help. Melissa customer service skills were awesome and we greatly appreciate her guidance.

Everyone here is so nice and accommodating. They really care. I have to say I'm sure she means well but the lady at the front calls everyone honey or sweetie or love or baby doll. Why are you calling a grown man, my husband baby doll? This is so inappropriate and unprofessional and needs to stop! Please rectify this immediately. I gave 5 stars because all the other front desk ladies are so kind and the Dr is patient and caring.

What can I say? My 20y old autistic daughter and I Both had appointments this week. As usual Dr. Babbar and Norma took excellent care of my daughter ! They truly are fantastic with her. I couldn’t be more grateful about that. My visit was just as great. I had a cleaning and some X-rays and I had Yarlin ( sorry if I spelled that wrong) she was great as well. Everyone here including all the ladies at the front desk are always very good to my daughter and myself. Even though Norma wasn’t assigned to me she made sure to come by and say hello and ask about my daughter by name! So sweet! Dr Babbar is always so sweet! Truly very kind people at this office. Thank you all so much!

Newer to Shorewood and needed a new dentist. Took a chance on the dental cleaning Groupon. Troy Dental surpassed my expectations. Mohammed was excellent and knowledgeable, staff friendly, and office was clean. I will be returning and I recommended to several co-workers and local friends as well.

My first visit here with Mohammad to get a cleaning and dental exam. Haven’t been to the dentist in a few years. Had a good experience! Good pricing too! Plan to return to get cavities taken care of next.

I understand with covid going on, but my son is 6 years old and was scared to go to the dentist and needed me. They did not allow me to go back with him, so we had to leave because he was too scared to go alone.

Wow! I cannot say enough about this place. Everyone was so polite and professional. I was told I needed a big treatment and I was very nervous. The new manager Melissa saw me crying and stopped and talked to me and comforted me for a bit reassuring me I was in good hands. She explained everything in detail and said I could call with any questions. I have found my forever dentist.

My hygienist Mohammed did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and then asks questions about how you care for your teeth at home. He shares his knowledge about how to improve your oral care at home and explains the why behind each tip. Very professional and makes each patient feel like they are his only concern.

Wonderful office. The front desk girls were so friendly. Dr. Babbar took good care of me. Very thorough exam. Came in for a tooth ache and the office made me feel very comfortable. They got me in the same day and out of pain too, I can eat and chew on my left side again.

It’s been over a year since my last visit at Troy Dental. I recently came back for a cleaning and a check up and all I can say is that the service is just as great as it was before, if not even better! My dental hygienist, Mohammed did such an amazing job with the cleaning and did a great job explaining everything to me throughout the whole procedure as well. The front desk receptionist Jasmine was so nice and did a good job at explaining the payment plan to me. Overall they have very great service, and take good care of you! A dentist you can trust.

This place is fantastic!! They squeezed me in between patients during a holiday weekend because I was in pain and they knew I NEEDED to see someone— the receptionist could sense my urgency. My hygienist, Mohommad, took excellent care me. He took the time I needed to thoroughly take care of and explain my dental situation and how to move forward from here. They won me over from front desk to hygienist to doctor. I highly recommend Troy Dental.

I just went to Troy Dental in Shorewood, IL for my 6-month dental checkup/cleaning and just like my last visit, Dr. Babbar was wonderful! Not only was she courteous and professional, but she attended to my particular needs with regards to my dental cleaning habits and concerns.
