This practice and staff is so very nice. They’re all so very helpful/ friendly. Ms. Laurie however hands down makes everything better!! We just love her to pieces! Both of my daughters have braces as well as I do too. She gently cares for them and makes us all feel comfortable because they were all so nervous. Everyone in the practice is pretty amazing too! Her personality is just so bubbly and funny.. definitely won our hearts!

Claudia and edmund make my experience with innovative 100% better. I went in with thinking i can only get regular braces and i was able to get invisalign. It took me less then 2 years which was incredible. Anyone looking to get braces i always will recommend them. !

My 8 year old daughter got her expander today. The staff was very friendly and made her feel so comfortable. Laurie was very professional efficient. This place is great would highly recommend.

I hate this place. My first set of trays of Invisalign took only 6 weeks and i had over 40 of them. Im half way through with my teeth and they called to reschedule my appointment because my trays aren't there.... its been 2 MONTHS. They are super expensive. The nurses are rude. Ive had a terrible experience here and i cant wait until i don't have to come back.

Please beware,,, this business has great marketing and even after reading several negative and sub-par reviews of this practice I thought maybe we would have a different experience and gave them a try. I was completely disappointed with this place, our experience has been horrible, and the reason I am writing this review is to help anyone considering giving this place a chance. My daughter and I had a consultation for braces, the whole process is like a business transaction, I felt like I was buying a car. The total cost for braces is several thousand dollars higher than other places in the area, but they make the initial appointment for the consultation very fast and hassle free, and I thought the entire process would be the same way, boy was I wrong. After signing the documents with the “total cost” and portion the insurance covers, they ask you if you want to pay the amount in full, break it up in a couple of payments, or get financing, we made an initial large down payment and would be paying a little under $300 for another 12 months (the insurance is paying another $2,500/$3,000). We live in Joliet/Plainfield/Shorewood area and liked the convenience of the Shorewood location. However, we were told the initial consultation had to be at the Naperville location due to “equipment that is only available at the Naperville location” and the rest of the appointments for treatment would be a the Shorewood location, that was a lie, we had to return to the Naperville location due to “scheduling issues”. Appointments are scheduled months out, not one month, but months out, and if you have work or school or anything else to schedule around, scheduling becomes nearly impossible. When calling to schedule the follow-up appointments, scheduling was a nightmare and our appointments ended up being months out, since they were all booked. They have no evening nor weekend hours available. When I asked about weekend or evening hours, the scheduling lady rudely responded “ we’re a business,, we’re only open business hours Mon-Friday 8a-5p you know,, we’re not open on weekends”. That interaction was degrading and I’m not an idiot, I understand it’s a business but there are some businesses that care about their patients and are open evenings and even some weekends. There’s no way you couldn’t tell this place is a business, from the first consultation that felt like a business transaction to the follow-up visits were you’re shuffled all over the place and kicked out, there’s definitely no personalization or focus on quality of service, they’re just focused on numbers. Months into treatment I was called and told there was a change to the cost of my treatment and would be paying an additional $1500 dollars, I was stunned, at this point this experience has become ridiculous. I called the finance/billing person back several times and was redirected to a voicemail, when I finally got a hold of a live person she said the finance/billing person was “working out of Texas” so I would have to leave a message and she would call me back. When I was finally called back the lady seemed preoccupied with something, there was background noice and said she had to take care of something else first and would have to call me back. She never called back. I am still trying to sort this mess out, but it is absolutely ridiculous. With work, school, and everything else we have going on who has time to deal with all these issues. I am so upset I did not listen to the other negative reviews on here and stay away from this business, dealing with this practice has become a nightmare.

We chose this place because of their “flexible scheduling” and referral for the dental work. The Orthodontists themselves seem good so far. Flexible schilling is definitely NOT the case. I have had to take multiple days off to accommodate their business. When addressing my concerns, it was met with further challenges rather than resolution. I can understand if a concern is presented and addressed. This review would be written in a different tone. Also, don’t bother leaving a message with their office staff. I have not received any returned calls back ( 2 different instances, totaling 3 unreturned calls ).

All the staff is wonderful and welcoming with the new experience brought upon my smile. Dr. Casey is really nice and informative. If you need to go somewhere for braces, this is a nice place.

I do not recommend the Shorewood office only because they have VERY limited hours there, it's nearly impossible to schedule. Super inconvenient for busy families. And if you try to schedule several appts in advance, they end up rescheduling them. I wish I could take my son somewhere else, but we're stuck here.

Terrible service through personal experience. I would be kept waiting in a chair for close to an hour while the employees would chat with one another. The waiting room was cramped and uncomfortable, the front desk staff were pushy. They would try to make you vote for the orthodontist in charge of the facility without your permission. Go anywhere else for orthodontic needs.

Decided to order my Invisalign through them. I can speak for my personal progress on the treatment because I haven't started yet, but the complimentary consultation was thorough and extensive in the best way, considering they are trying to correctly fix your teeth. The staff was so sweet and just so kind. Highly recommend!!

I've been a patient of Dr. I and Dr.Gin for two years this place is awesome! Also, Edmund and Angeles are pretty chill.

I think there work is amazing, they did an awesome job on my wisdom teeth which was a miracle to see. I thank Angeles for the work on my and awesome additude. She did an amazing job.

Had an amazing experience with Dr Manal Ibrahim and her team!! Appointments are short and sweet, worked around my schedule. Always an informative apt, LOVE my results so so happy with how my teeth look was so self conscious and now cannot stop smiling. So happy with how they look and how easy it was. Amazing Bedside manner with entire team always accommodating and straight forward with payments and entire process !! SO HAPPY I picked this amazing office nothing but an easy painless happy experience highly recommend to everyone of all ages.

I would never go to another orthodontist office, this place is amazing, every employee is genuinely nice. Always seen within 5 minutes and the results of my son's teeth are amazing. Kids earn rewards with each appointment, just a great place!

I have come here for Invisilign for myself and braces for my two children. All the staff especially Dr I - have been very friendly and welcoming. They do an excellent job on making your smile look fabulous. I'd highly recommend this office!
