Where do I begin. All of the staff members of this dental office are awesome. I am almost at a loss of words. You guys went above and beyond, to make my children feel comfortable. You guys made their experience as painless as possible. All of you made us feel like family. I can't thank you enough for what you guys did. If there is anyway to give you guy more than a 100 stars and even that wouldn't be enough. Your dental office are second to none. I would recommend this place anyone and everyone. Hats off to all of you for all you do.

Place is great they make you feel welcome really welcomed so I recommend you give that place a visit cause they help me feel so comfortable with my first teeth pulling thats exactly what they are a family

Definitely recommend! Everyone at the office is so nice. Dr. Gina is very gentle and does a great job. They were able to get me in for a root canal at the last minute and I was very appreciative.

I’ve had my teeth cleaned by many different hygienist’s. Some ok…some great at pain free cleaning. Kelly was great and she had the chair side personality to match. Plus they use a prophy jet which feels to me like a much more thorough cleaning. Love those guys and the cute giraffe out front. The entire staff is super friendly.

Wish I would've take my kids a long time ago. They made my 5 year old feel so comfortable that he doesn't mind going back. We had bad experience in our old dentist (pediatric) and my kids didn't want to go back there. Since I been there (I'm myself became a patient too) I been telling people how nice they are and what an excellent service they do. If you have little kids that are afraid of the dentist this a place to go.

Meredith does a great job w cleanings and Dr. Viscioso is great dentist. Very professional office and do a great job in letting you know estimated costs and what the patient portion will be. Very friendly and helpful staff!

I love that my kids get excited to visit the dentist. It’s kid friendly! The staff is very kind and they work so well with the kids. They also provide goody bags with each visit. I would give the clinic 5 stars, the reason I did not is because they don’t work with all dental insurances and recently they started charging a “covid fee” every visit which the insurance does not cover. I’m not even really sure what that fee covers. We are a family of 5 so it’s an extra, out of pocket expense.

Love this place. Have been coming here for 8 years now. Staff is very helpful and they take the time to explain things to you. They don't make you feel like any concern is too small. My husband and son like the dentistry here too.

Outstanding care. Always friendly and engaging but also extremely capable and professional. Very high quality work as well. Kerry (hygienist) was outstanding and Dr Funk is always a fantastic professional, highly skilled and very personable.

Always a pleasure having clean teeth and no cavities. We love seeing Dr Vicioso, Ashley, Carrie, Dr. Funk; and the entire staff here! Thank you for always being there to help.

This has got to be the friendliest staff in town! As a new patient they were so accommodating after a freak accident with my daughter Z right before closing. They made us feel so comfortable during our visit.I can’t recommend them enough.

For over 15 years my husband and I searched for an excellent dentist. The ones we went to always filled cavities wrong, resulting in multiple visits to the dentist and waiting for an appointment in pain. We saw the great reviews about this dental office so we treated it. It’s the best dental care we’ve received in our lives. Very focused on pain relief even for cleanings. Never a botched cavity repair. Meredith does my cleanings. I highly recommend her. All office staff and dentists are very nice and professional. We’ve been going to this office for about 4 years now. They do a great job with my children too!

They provide an overview of your dental health, proper home care, preventative care, how your overall health effects your dental health, they verify problem areas that need monitoring...they care about your dental health!! I feel very secure in their knowledge, expertise, honesty, and compassion and highly recommend them to others.

They do great work from the cleanings to crowns and love that the practice has multiple dentists to fit a busy schedule.

Shorewood Family Dental Care is wonderful. The staff are so kind, attentive and professional. They ensure that you are numbed in the areas they work on, or you can opt for N2O. They even have heated neck pillows and televisions to keep you occupied. There is no other dental office that I would trust with my smile!

It's been a while since I've been to a dentist (~5 years), and this group provided such amazing service that I will make sure to keep my dental visits consist from now on. From the people that schedule the appointment all the way through billing was just amazing! It is obvious that they have a great team that focuses on providing the best service! Scheduling called me on several occasions to see if I wanted to come in earlier, which I did and was super happy to do. There were no issues verifying my insurance and discussing costs ahead of time. Once I arrived, I was greeted pleasantly and welcomed, and I true felt welcomed. From there, the dental hygienist came and got me on the time, which is always important. She was extremely nice, made me feel comfortable, and was a painless experience. The dentist came over and continued with amazing service. Once completed, I was brought to billing to discuss future work. Unfortunately, I am out of network...and the cost of a crown is a bit much to have billed out of network, but if I was part of their network, no doubt I would have them do the crown. Every single person was friendly and inviting, and I am grateful for such an amazing experience. I will definitely get my deep cleaning from here again! Anyone that isn't comfortable going to a dentist will have a pleasant experience here and will no longer have anxiety about going to a dentist. Simply put, they have an awesome team, and it is very clear to the patient that you are in good hands! Thanks.

Honestly was my first time here . Got referred by my dads good friend . Brittany was very helpful and super nice .10/10. Very clear on my procedure and very helpful on my questions . Dr was super nice too. He explained everything and went over what I was getting done and what I could do different to help my infection . Been to many dentists in my lifetime and sometimes I feel I was being rushed and not taken care of properly, but that was NOT the case . Front desk lady was super nice too. Good vibes . I called Shorewood family dental care on a Saturday morning to tell them that my filling broke, they had me in within 2 hours. I had Dr.Gina and one of her assistants, they were amazing. My filling did break again within 12 hours. It was a Saturday night, so I did have to wait until Monday morning. But, the woman upfront had me in that same day, with Dr. Gina again. This time, she put a new filling on my tooth. She was so kind and so patient with me after me being as picky as i was. Dr. Gina will be my new dentist from now on!

I have had a couple of bad experiences here mainly on the receptionists part. Every time I call back regarding information I asked for it’s mostly wrong.

I absolutely love this office. They are professional from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. They care about your comfort level with procedures and always follow up. I never have any issues afterwards with the work they do on my teeth. I would not trust anyone else with my dental work. They are top notch service and quality.

These guys are real professionals. They know what they are doing. Least painful most comfortable root canals I’v ever had. Never hurts afterwords. They are one of the few businesses around that actually follows COVID guidelines and enforces them. It doesn’t matter which doctor you see they all do great work. They were able to help me get financing and I’m almost pain free. Only a few more visits.

I've been going to Shorewood Family Dental for about 40 years. I am as happy with their professionalism and service now as I also have been. They combine a patient-focused attitude with the best procedures and technology provide the best care possible. I've had to visit other dentists here and there while out of town and I've never come across any that come close.

Dr Gina is the BEST. She and her team are very precise, attentive, kind and gentle. I have been a long time patient, had a lot of work done due to a bicycle accident when I was a kid. I would highly recommend Shorewood Family Dental.
