Sims Orthodontics

Both of my daughters started see the orthodontist here. It’s an absolute gorgeous and clean environment. All of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My daughter, 12 yrs, was really scared but they all were very nice; they explained everything and in fact it was so easy! Besides our appointment was at 2pm and we didn't have to wait. She also got a gift ;)

This dude saved the day. There I was missing my two front teeth after engaging in an unnecessary heroine induced battle with a patient. The ole trusty narcan did its thing and next thing you know I was being flung around the room like a rag doll. Good Ole county insurance took great care of me by throwing me a pizza party and a partial denture that looked worse than the chiclets Dennis the menace replaced Mr. Wilson’s teeth with. I tell ya’ you couldn’t tell me and the patient apart! Dentist after dentist told me they couldn’t get me a partial within the next few days. With no hope I googled and contacted dr. Sims office and to my astonishment were able to see me same day. Picture this I walked in and they handed me a present just for showing my face. Who does that? Anyways, this doc comes in, chill af, and agrees with me that my partial looks like Abraham Lincolns wood dentures. Straight up tells me “ oh we can Atleast do better than that”. I wanted to cry I was so happy. Then he tells Me not only can he have something made that’s better, but within 15 minutes! I swear if my last two brain cells could have came out to hug this man they would have. This office is not only nice af, all the dental assistants were awesome too. Best part is I’m a broke paramedic Student on the county’s payroll and thought this would cost me my shriveled up caffeine infused eggs. It cost me half of what I was puckered up for! Go to this dentist. He’s the man. You won’t regret it.

Professional service. Clean throughout the entire office. The staff that works at the Crestview office are an amazing group. My daughter loves going to appointments.

Our first visit at Sims Orthodontics’s was a “Free” Consult for our twin girls. We chose Sims after a visit at 2 other local Orthodontist Facilities. Dr. Sims and his staff did not disappoint, they were professional, patient, & friendly all our questions were answered and was given some informative info for future Ref. On their 1st visit they were given a really Cool gift! The Girls went in today for their braces and in their words; What was once a “Dream” has now become a reality, through out the entire process Dr. Sims, Ms.Lisa, Ms. Amanda & his staff we’re awesome, fast It did not hurt; painless, friendly & very welcoming the facility is always clean and they are truly “One Of A Kind” thanks to all of you and an awesome family friend this would not have been possible, we will definitely recommend you to all of our family & friends; sooo grateful!!!

Staff is friendly and very helpful. They always got me in quickly and on the days/ times that worked best for me. Dr. Sims is great and always went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my results prior to me moving overseas. Love the look of my new straight teeth.
