We had a wonderful first time experience today for both my son and daughter. Everyone was kind, and kept me well informed. The Doc Holliday mini museum is also a special treat! Highly recommend!

I have to say going to the dentist as an adult has not been my favorite thing to do, but with Dr. Thomas it was so easy today. I thought I was going to get gas to be knocked out. I tried it without and I was amazed! Now that I’m back home in Crestview Florida we use Dr. Richard Thomas DDS from now on I think he’s the Best!

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Love this Dentist and staff!!! Wonderful people!!

I'm currently 22, when I was 8 I was taken to this establishment to get a bad tooth pulled. Dr. Thomas was supposed to both put a numbing swab in my mouth and then administer shots to keep pain to a minimum. He forgot to give me the shots though. I started screaming once he began yanking on my tooth, so in return he told his assistant to hold me down. He did whatever he wanted to do despite my cries and it traumatized me, to this day it's still one of the worst pains I have ever felt. Update: they still have not even commented about this. Probably because Dr. Thomas knows what he did and is ashamed of his actions. I mean, how can you pick on an innocent child? It takes a monster to do that.

I’ve been going here for 4 years. Dr Thomas is a great dentist. He’s always very friendly and always puts the patient first. The staff is also amazing and super friendly. Great place and I definitely recommend it

I just moved here from Texas and I was in unbearable pain and they were able to get me in the same day and were able to help me with the pain and was told I needed a root canal. Even though they were booked up all the way until July, they squeezed me in to get my procedure done literally 4 days after my visit because they could tell how much pain I was in and they’re going to work through their lunch. I’m beyond thankful for such an awesome staff and dentist. I will not be going anywhere but here!! 10 stars!

Dr Thomas and his staff are always so friendly. They make going to the dentist almost enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this dentist.

We love Dr Thomas and his staff. My husband and I have been going to him for 25 years! We are retired USAF and could have gone anywhere but Dr Thomas is such a great dentist we continued with him. We moved 45 minutes away and continue to see him for our Dental needs. He is really smart too. Every time I have gone in with a problem he has pin pointed it and took care of it. On top of his expertise as a dentist he’s a lot of fun, his office is decorated Very unique. I’m not going to tell you; go by and check it out sometime! We highly recommend Dr. Thomas and his wonderful staff. Oh! they even put a blanket over my legs to keep warm! ☺️

I was having a cavity filled and Dr. Thomas just up and left in the middle of the procedure to go work on another patient. Came back about 20 minutes later to finish. Completely shocked me. Worse part is that the "Billing Person" didn't file with my insurance correctly and they said they would rebill for the services. Never got back to me with the adjusted balance due and then all of a sudden, I have a collection on my report... They are shady to say the least. The collection has been removed because of unlawful practices!!!!!!!!!

Always a pleasure going to the dentist, have to admit first time I can truly say I dont mind going to the dentist.

My family and I will most definitely be lifers at this practice. The doc and staff are soooooo nice and welcoming I am so happy we came to this practice

Ive always had a good experience with scheduling, the staff is friendly and the doctor is too!

I'm super terrified of the dentist office always have been. I avoid it like the plague and just try to keep up with good home oral care. Well sometimes your mouth starts to hurt and you have no choice but to go. Let me tell you I had the nervous gut, the hand trembling, the tears, the snot, etc. I had it all. Those ladies in that office showed me so much love and encouragement. Even Dr. Thomas was a comedian and full of encouragement. They left it all up to me. Whatever I could handle the would do. Even if we have to break it in to mini sessions they said. Ms. Holly gave me plenty time to decide without pushing me. I decided let's just do this, I'm here now and I may not come back later on. Well she made sure she was gentle, encouraging, and comforting. I made it through my first cleaning in 13 years!!! I will definitely go back and keep my teeth and gums as healthy as possible. Thank you to all the staff! Such wonderful caring people. Merry Christmas

I went to Dr. Thomas today and had an exam and my teeth cleaned. It was a great experience. Hallie cleaned my teeth and did a wonderful job. Dr. Thomas was very thorough and efficient. The cherry on top was their office staff was very professional and kind. I highly recommend everything about this office.

I love how quirky the office is with the Doc Holliday decorations. The doctor and dental hygienists all do a great job and are very friendly. The location is great from any area in crestview. I'm glad we found this dentist a few years ago!

My neighbor has had severe pain since her filling last week and all they told her was wait it out, nothing for pain , no hope of having it fixed no referrals, just wait it out, what kind of place is this?

Lazy, unprofessional staff, especially billing office. Unwilling to work with insurance billing needs. Expects the customer to do everything. Poor customer service and courtesy.

Everyone is really nice! I get anxiety about going to the dentist but with him I never felt anything that he did to me. I didn't feel when he gave me the shot to numb my mouth either and I usually feel that. He also took out my wisdom teeth in June 2015. Everything went good and I healed great too!! We moved from Fl and when we return I will be going back to him.
