I was ashamed to admit that I had not had dental care since 2003. I successfully battled cancer in 2014 but the chemo wreaked havoc on my teeth. With no insurance, dental care was placed low on the list of priorities. Life goes on, circumstances change, and I am blessed to now have dental coverage. I scheduled my appt. On a scale if 1-5 my fear was a 10! Everyone at Comfort Dental Care in Crestview made me feel comfortable as we addressed all concerns and a treatment plan. I will be having surgery and will be getting dentures next month. Although I am a little nervous I am confident I will be made comfortable. Thank you all for a surprisingly pleasant experience.

The staff was amazing. I had another dental office reschedule my appointment and comfort dental was able to get me in without an appointment. Everyone was welcoming, and everything was done really fast. Thank you guys!!!

Dr. Lilly was amazing. She made my kids feel completely comfortable with everything that needed to be done. Our nurse was Korea and Christina and I couldn't be more happy with all the information they provided us.

Korea was great! I have a very curious little boy and she patiently answered all of his questions. She was also gental and thorough with his cleaning. He can’t wait to come back to visit her and his doctor!

The dentist took his time with me even though i was very nervous and needed to stop during my extraction!!! Paid out of pocket because my insurance didn't cover it but it was well worth it!!

My son had to have a tooth pulled and they were very gental and kind.

Once Again Comfort Dental came through with excellent care and lots of good advice concerning my dental health. Somehow I actually lost a crown and didn't notice it. I do brush/waterpick every day but still missed the problems they found today.

Over the past few years I have gone to multiple dentist trying to find one who is capable to work with my non-verbal 6 year old. We found Dr. Lisbet Diaz and her team, who was the first dentist to do an actual exam, x-rays, and dental work that was necessary for my child. He can be what is considered a difficult patient for many, Dr. Diaz and her team were patient, accommodating, and willing to switch up plan and routine to make sure the care and procedure was done to everyone's comfort. Along with making sure we had a dental plan that worked for his best interest. Highly recommend their office for any dental work you might need done.

They were Amazing.. I was here at Perdido Key on Vacation and Thanksgiving with family. Right before we left for vacation I broke a tooth and was really trying every were to get it fixed at home but no one was available because it was the weekend. So we came on down thinking I could just get it fixed down here. They were the only ones that said they could see me and fix it in one day (maybe). And they did fix that day. They were very Professional and Caring about the whole thing and I was Very Thankful..

Had my cleaning done with Angie yesterday and she is amazing.. also saw Dr crawford.. he is the nicest person to work with.. he is super smart and takes time to explain stuff to you..

Today was my first actual visit to the Dentist in years. I was not looking forward to it. Then I heard a man being extremely rude to the front desk clerks at the window. I guess they brought him back and when they did; I was brought back for my visit. The way the two blonde ladies remained professional while working with him was in a word, Amazing. I work in customer service daily and there is no way, I would have had the endurance to diffuse that situation w/out losing my cool. I actually had a good visit. I met Dr.Mina who was very comforting during my work up, and he was very detailed in explaining future procedures. Overall, I left feeling assured that I have found a good Dental office & that I will receive professional customer service no matter what the situation.

Double booking and Overcharging. Got off work two times for my family member to see the dentist for fillings. Scheduling errors on their end both times led to her one-day-procedure still not fully complete. Additionally, I was overcharged for the one cavity they did fill, and it wasn't til i thoroughly went over the receipts with the staff that i was refunded. They took no responsibility for the issues, and did not try to remedy the situation (ie dentist staying a couple minutes late to fill her teeth). Front desk Staff seems friendly enough, so I don’t know if the dentists are lazy crooks, or whats going on exactly. Don’t care to stay and find out either.

My daughter isn’t a huge fan of the dentist but she was made to feel comfortable and all smiles after her dental hygienist Korea was done with her cleaning.

Had a cavity filled and never felt a thing. I almost took a nap during the procedure! Excellent work by these folks!

Erin, Tiara and Dr. Lili work hard to make my children feel comfortable. We love the team at Crestview! We drive 45 minutes one-way for their services and will continue to seek dental care for our children at the Crestview pediatric dental office.

I cotacted comfort dental and checked to make sure theyaccepted my insurance so I could get my teeth clean, and they checked . Was told that my insurance was accepted, so appt was made 2 months out. Received a call a week before appt and they said that they Don't accept my insurance, so I said I would pay cash for a cleaning only , but I was told I had to have x-ray also . Then was told I had to make another appointment. They were not helpful in any way at a lol, don't waste your time!

New to Crestview and needed a new dentist. Gave them a try since they took our insurance and also do pediatrics. They got me in quick, and were very nice and welcoming from the time I walked in. Will happily continue to take my family here for dental needs.

This place has zero communication skills, no after care, and charges for unnecessary services. After checking with my daughter ( 5 years Dental Business Office Manager in Jacksonville, FL) and my previous dental providers I found that I had been charged $450 to monitor my vital signs during surgery while I was totally conscious. When I challenged the charge as unnecessary, it was reduced by half but not eliminated. My wife went in for a check up and was presented a dental plan for over $10K . The plan included replacing existing crowns with new crowns because existing crowns may crack in the future. All the work in the plan was deemed unnecessary. They failed to follow up with me after my surgery. When I called to get follow up appointment, they told me it was scheduled for 4 months from now. I said no, that's the crown installation. They scheduled me for a surgery follow up the next day. I asked the doctor if I had had stitches in my mouth. I never had stitches after implant surgery before. He said you had stitches and I would have removed them if had come for the follow up appointment we should have set for you, but the stitches have all fallen out now. I have found no technical problems with the services proved, however I have lost all faith that they are operating in my best behalf. Beware of predatory pricing and extremely poor service.

Dr. Chung and Ashley C. are outstanding! I could not have asked to have had a better team taking care of me. They were genuinely concerned with making sure I was comfortable and explained the procedure and aftercare thoroughly. The office staff is outstanding as well!

Being a Godly woman it sits well when your Dr.'s don't have any issues speaking Scripture.Dr.Mina has been working with me throughout this process and I can't say enough about the understanding of this man that he has for his clients. And although all the DA's are amazing there is one that stands out with just as much understanding and compassion as Dr.Mina (Ashley Beck). The care comes from all of them.

O. M. GROCERIES! I was really impressed with EVERYONE there at Comfort Dental. I liked that they did not force me to do something just to get money but did what I asked AND did it extremely well. Outstanding service from Ashley Beck!

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The first time I went in I couldn't find anyone to watch my kids so I was going to reschedule. They let my kids color and hang out while I got my cleaning. I also had my first filling. They were very quick to put me at ease. Very happy with the care and kindness each person showed.

This was the most horrific dental appointment and surgery I had today Monday 10/18/21 the pills they gave me to sedate me did nothing I was awake for the whole time felt all the shots the pressure and prying on my jaw to remove the wisdom teeth then after it was all over we left with no pain medication and no after care instructions so I have no idea what to door watch for. Dr. Ben crawford. is a freaking joke and needs to go back to school for bedside maner the only person that talked to me with care was Ashley

It takes a lot for me to let someone poke at mouth and I wouldn’t just choose anyone. I found this group and the moment I walked in it felt comforting. Ashley was the main assistant I saw and she did a great job making sure my questions were answered, making sure I was in any discomfort. Seeing their smiles constantly throughout the office truly made me want to go back! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anybody! Thanks so much!

They are wonderful fixed my filling very quickly. Ashley Beck is fantastic, she is always helpful friendly and a breath of fresh air...i cant complain about anyone there. I look forward to coming back love the care they take to make me comfortable and easy.

We scheduled all 5 of our kids for appointments on the same morning. I know, we are crazy. This has been our best experience. We were expecting to spend hours here. All five kids and checkout was done within an hour and a half. The staff were so friendly and explained everything in detail.

We had a great experience at Comfort dental care in Crestview. Our son needed extensive dental work and they scheduled us quickly. They were kind, considerate and professional. Ashley Beck was especially helpful in guiding us through what he needed, giving us a plan, and supporting us on the day of the procedures. Thanks Ashley.

The whole staff was very nice and very professional. The offices are clean and I did not have to wait. Sayin that, there is one person I'd like to mention. Angie is a dental hygienist with about 30 years total dental experience. During my deep cleaning, she was professional, meticulous, patient and funny. First time in my life, I laughed in the dentist chair. She really cared about connecting with me and she personal pride in her work. I had total confidence in what was being done.

Very friendly and funny staff. Seems to be a good mood and bond through the whole office. The anesthesiologist and the Dr who did my wisdom tooth removal were both nice and informative. They were funny as well. One side that was worked on I don't really notice. The left is real sore but that side was hard to do cause my tooth grew in sideways. But not enough to take anything more than ibuprofen I'm very happy about that. Only downside is the time of the surgery kept changing I got a text to follow a link to check in when I was in the parking lot. I looked beforehand luckily and saw that the time read even earlier on there. I called and they tried to figure it out and said it was fine they would put it back to the time they had told me before this one.

I had an dental emergancy and they always get me on the same day if so. The dentist is patient and kind and the dental assistants and staff are wonderful as well.

My schedule is the same hours as the office and the staff was so wonderful and kind and truly care about their patients physically and financially! I had an awesome experience from the moment Ashley Beck took me back with her fantastic bubbly personality that I loved to Dr Sidhom apologetic for the delay but still taking the time to go over everything, educate and plan with you, then to checking out and scheduling your next visit. The new patient paperwork and checking in was all electronic and VERY user friendly. I’ve heard great things about this office and now see why they are one of the top 5! Take the chance! You won’t regret it!

Just a year update every visit I have for adjustments is just delightful everyone is nice and the orthodontist takes his time to let me know what’s going on during my treatment. It’s worth every penny glad I chose this place
