Due to a bad dentist experience in the past I was very scared to go back to anyone new. I took a risk due to a emergency situation. Not only did they go out of the way to squeeze me in the same day, they even stayed over to complete a surgery. Of course when you are scared its nice to have some comfort right, well he allowed me to use his stomach as a pillow of comfort which was really what kept me calm. And if you think that was sweet he even went out of his way to call me and check up being he knew how rough the surgery was. I cant think of a better experience or dentist.

So went for normal cleaning. Had new insurance, was told in office that all was covered, even new X-rays. Then they tell me oops. Sorry, not covered. Now they are telling me I have to pay the $217 bill out of pocket and it ultimately my responsibility to know what my insurance will cover. Lost my business!!!

Went through my insurance allotment with x-rays and teeth cleaning. Cleaned my teeth four times within a years time and didn't do any teeth repairs.
