Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Front desk staff smiled and was pleasant to chat with when I entered. Once in the back for my appointment the doctor and staff were cheerful, talkative and, extremely knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I asked. They appeared to have my best interest at heart. Even though I had not seen a dentist in over 4 years they expressed no shame for that and made me feel at ease during the whole visit. Highly recommend.

I'm not one who loves change so much, but with a recent move to NWA, I had to find a new Dentist. I absolutely loved Dr. Hardin and her Dental Assistant. Ms. Stacey was amazing as well, and was so gentle with my cleanse! Everything about this place is beautiful from the building itself, to the expertise care and hearts of all the staff!

Had a great experience today at Premier Dental! I was very nervous to go, but everything went great. I can’t remember the woman’s name, but the blonde that was filling in for someone on maternity leave was so sweet. She did a great job of making me feel less nervous and explaining everything to me. The dentist, Dr. Beers seemed very thorough and listened to all my concerns. Before I left the assistant/nurse/tech? went over my treatment plan in detail with me- what it would mean financially and what each visit would include. I’m really glad I chose this place. Thanks ladies!

The staff is efficient, thorough, and customer service oriented, and the office is clean and comfortable. This is easily the best dental office I have been to, and I am happy to recommend them to anyone in the area!

I have been so scared of the dentist and avoided going for 4+ years. After going to Premier Dental I feel so comfortable getting my teeth worked on. Dr Hardin is so nice and easy to chat with and her team is so friendly. They make sure you’re totally comfortable and answer any questions. I’d recommended them to anyone, and especially those with dental anxiety.

I was a brand new patient and was in excruciating pain. I cold called to see if they had any possible openings for an emergency, they moved some things around and got me in that second. Within 15 minutes of being there they had numbed the area to help with my pain, and even did the procedure to fix it THAT SAME DAY! Thankful for Dr. Beers and Debbie. You guys rock!

I had a great experience getting a cavity filled with Dr. Hardin and her assistant. Isn’t that amazing?! Dr. Hardin takes her time and is very gentle-I didn’t feel the injection. Everyone at Premier Dental is professional, friendly and caring. My mom sees Dr. Beers and she is wonderful too.

My insurance and appointment was cancelled. I wasted my gas just to drive up there for them to tell me I have no insurance at all and my appointment getting cancelled. I have to try and find another dentist. Don't know how long it will take to get in due to covid-19 and finding a babysitter.

I had a broken tooth and my dentist offered me an appointment for an extraction 2 1/2 weeks later! I called Premier Dental as a new patient and they gave me an appointment for that afternoon! Dr, Sarah Beers was so kind and reassuring. Her assistant, Destiny was great at making me feel at ease. I highly recommend this dental practice!

Premier Dental does an excellent job! They are following COVID-19 guidelines to make sure every patient feels comfortable and safe during this pandemic. Beat Dentist and Staff in NWA!!

We moved to NWA from Texas a few years ago and needed to find a new dentist for our family. Premier Dental came highly recommended by a colleague. Wow! Excellent first experience, incredibly professional staff and Dr. Beers was top notch with me as was Dr Hardin with a family member. Highly recommend.

All I have to say is "Wow"! My first visit was exceptional. The staff was great, the dentist even better. They explained everything that was happening. They totally put me at ease. This is comimg from a person who usually faints when going to the dentist. I would highly recommend Premier Dental to any person who has anxiety about dentists.

Everyone was so nice and I now understand the importance of making sure your teeth are healthy. At my 1st appt I had to get two teeth removed. I'm deathly afraid of needles and during the whole process I was reassured and made to feel very comfortable. I'm still not comfortable in the dentist chair, but I know my teeth are in good hands at Premier Dental!

This place was literally a dream! I had a dental emergency that was going to cost me $1000 at one dental office but at Premier Dental, it was almost $500 cheaper. I do not enjoy going to the dentist, but I relish good dental hygiene and try to take care of my teeth. I desire a dental facility and staff that are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming since they are partners with me in sustaining healthy gums and teeth. The dental facility itself is as clean, modern and well-cared for as the faculty are friendly. This is exactly what I always encounter at Premier Dental. No matter which hygienist cleans my teeth or which doctor conducts the exam, I’ve always enjoyed the visit (as much as that is even possible at the dentist) and felt that my investment of time and money were well spent. Thank you Premier.

Dr. Beers was great along with the dental hygienist and the dental assistant I had, they were all super nice and sounded like they knew exactly what they were doing. They did the most to make sure I was comfortable and answered any and all questions I had. Highly recommend.

She coordinated with my physician to make sure my meds would not conflict with any med she would need to prescribe during the course of my treatment with her. Outstanding. She discussed my treatment in detail and answered every question I had asked. She actively listened to my concerns. I know I am in great hands with Dr. Beers and the team at Premiere Dental NWA.

Dr Kara Hardin is a kind and exceptional person and dentist. As a service connected disabled veteran, the va hospital discontinued my dental coverage, dr Hardin has made recovery and dental care easy for me again. The staff at premier dental is top notch, and the place is super comfortable, affordable and professional.

Honestly, I could not have had a better experience. I have such an irrational fear of going to the dentist so at 47, I don't go unless unless I absolutely have to. I'm new to Arkansas and I broke one of my molars and today I saw Dr Hardin to get a crown and the experience was so good that I admit I got a little teary afterwards from relief. The staff is so wonderful and Dr Hardin did everything to make it easier for me. I felt no pain plus they hover a TV screen above you so you can be distracted. I feel like I can totally do this again with no fear. It is such a relief! Thank you Premier Dental!! ❤

Very experienced and friendly staff. Felt like I was included in the discussion of my treatment, rather than being told what would happen. Even found myself saying “that wasn’t nearly as bad as I remembered” after going 6 years without a teeth cleaning.
