2nd time taking my 3 kids & we love it! All staff is Friendly & efficient. We are happy to have you in Laveen.

Highly recommended for your children! My daughter had 2 fillings today and Dr Ellis took care of her. She was not happy with the process but he took his time talking the process through with her while he was working. The dental assistant also contributed tremendously and they were so amazing with her. One thing I won't forget Dr Ellis said..." I'm going to take care of you like I would my own children" SOLD!! Enough said! I'm just going to have to drive here everytime from Chandler! He literally was so patient and trusting. He kept checking with her during the fillings and they even counted together with her using her fingers while he was working on her mouth! So much more amazingness transpired but I'm driving! Lol long story short! Bring your children here and brush and floss your child's teeth yourself because they won't get everything you will. Learning experience but we were able to take care of it! Thank you!

I took my kids here recently and the service they give is BEYOND EXCELLENT, from the front desk to the back of the office they took care of my 4 and treated me with respect at all time! I finally found my family Dentist!

Great experience and customer service. Dr Patel was amazing and Yara, his assistant as well. They were very patient and understanding. My daughter had to get an extra tooth pulled out [ shes six yrs old ] they were very helpful when she was scared and crying. They made her and me feel safe and comfortable. The front desk was also good and organized. Place was clean. If you need a peds dentist this is the place. Thank you so much definitely will continue to return here.

Ok so we have been going here since my daughter's first teeth; I know you're wondering why would I leave a 2-star review and continue to go here --- well the reason for that is the provider is excellent, it's the staff that usually contribute to a poor experience. During the check-in - I was asked if my child's medical changed - I say yes, he told me to tell the medical assistant when I go back, I did do that, then 30 seconds after I just shared this in-depth medical history of my child, the dentist asked the exact same question --- um what? Really?! - Since this was the dentist, I obliged and shared that, but seemed like a waste of time unnecessarily. (Recommendation: Dentist ask your medical assistant of any updates before meeting with the patient, that's better customer service and let the parent fill-in any inaccuracies if needed to maximize not wasting customer's time in redundancy.) At check-in, I signed to a $0 out-of-pocket with a guy at the front desk, then when I checked out another lady rep said she wanted to go over my out-of-pocket for the day... um what? So when I repeated that I was informed there was a $0 out-of-pocket, she then cleared her throat and said "oh, for the treatment I meant.." the treatment, what? --- so what she needs to verbalize is "I would like to review with you the upcoming treatment plan and the costs associated when your child comes back to complete the treatment plan." (Recommendation: soft skills training at the front desk so there is crystal clear and better communication.) Ask parents if they want their child to have balloons, don't just offer the child stuff, as you don't know where we are headed and what we are doing - ask first before offering stuff. At check-out I was standing around for 10 minutes waiting for her "system to come up" -- um, you all open at around 7-730am, why around 9am is your system still not up? what? I asked if it could just be emailed, she said sure yes, then a few hours later I got a voicemail to do an appointment in 48 hours and still had no email of upcoming treatment out-of-pocket even though we discussed that... I called and recapped all this, and she was again "oh yeah, I will send that right now..." --- (Recommendation: try to be efficient, remember what you're doing, and write and type notes on the customer's file and set reminders...) Professionalism and accuracy go a long way... Competence is so important in billing, costs, plans, etc... just something to think about when you go here, because some of this nonsense is just unnecessary and just needs to be eliminated. Have some patience, you may need it.

Amazing customer service, friendly and professional employees, and outstanding dental work. This was my first time in and I needed to get my permanent retainer glued back on. Quick, easy, and efficient work, not to mention they charged me absolutely nothing. ???

Have been coming to this office for years. All of the Doctors are great regardless of who you schedule with. The staff is always great! They are great with the kids, friendly and very informative. You can see everyone enjoys working in this office and that makes for a a much better patient experience.

My son got his bottom braces on today by Jesus. He was awesome! My son was nervous and Jesus was so comforting! He answered all our questions and in a way for my 11 year old to understand!

This office is amazing I went in with my son and daughter and I had such a great experience. Staff is friendly, Dr.Patel is awesome and Heather did great on my child’s cleaning. I will definitely be returning.

My family and I have been patient’s since they were only one office in the Safeway plaza off 51st. I am still as in love with them now as I was back then. The staff is incredibly friendly especially today’s dental technician Zia! She was so informative and made my anxious 5 year old quickly calm down and feel at ease. I wouldn’t trust our dental health with any other office!!!

Jesus and Claudia are awesome. They are both very funny and comfortable to be around.

My son had his ortho appointment today. The dental assistants were really comforting and sweet. Jesus was really friendly and answered any questions we had. The orthodontist was really clear with his communication and answered all our questions as well.

The staff and doctors here are so wonderful. They always accommodate my big family without batting an eye, including my two kids with special needs. They’re joyful and friendly and the kids love them. We’ve been seeing them for about 7 years!

I absolutely regret trusting the care of my daughter's dental care to these people, My daughter had to have a tooth extracted, I was told that she would be completely numb during the procedure...well she wasn't they went ahead with extraction while she was in full visible pain!!!! And when I got to see my child all they had to say is we have her all the medicine we could to numb her mouth....WHAT??????I will never ever take any of my kids there ever again, oh and I will be filing a complaint with the az state dental board!!

Our 18 m.o. son had his first appointment today, and they did amazing. The office staff is beyond sweet and informative. They were timely and had us wait in the car as part of their Covid-19 procedures. His dad was able to go back with him and the dentist did great! They just did a normal visual exam, brushing, and fluoride application. We weren’t sure what to expect out of a pediatric dentist since he is our first born and nervous about how he’d react but they made the whole experience a breeze.

My 1-year-old daughter saw Dr. Ellis. He had a patient and gentle manner. I was glad that he interacted with her on her level and even when asking questions only I could answer, he spoke to her as the patient. The office staff and hygienist were professional and helpful. We are pleased with our choice of a pediatric dental practice.

The staff is always very courteous, attentive, and nice. They also send me appointment reminders via email, which I appreciate. Considering it's a dental office, which tend to make my boys cringe...they always LOVE going to their appointments (I think it's because of the game room). The dentist, Dr. Patel is very nice and easy to talk to. I will continue to recommend this office to anyone in my community.

I absolutely love the Dentists here. They are wonderful with my boys and eased my youngest’s fear of going to the dentist. The assistants are hit and miss, some are amazing and some shouldn’t work with kids. I would love to give this place 5 stars but every time I go in the back of the rooms are SO dirty. It’s like they clean the front but completely miss the back of the rooms. There is hair and dust bunnies and old product covering the equipment at the base and the floor you can tell where the line is from where they sweep and mop and don’t go any further than the seat of the chair. Weird. But I’ll go back because they are great with my boys!

It was an awesome first experience for my three year old boy! It was literally 20 minutes, 0 tears, really awesome staff. My husband said “this experience is worth a review”.

I have been taking my kids to Dr. Hiren Patel DDS for approximately 10 years.I have three boys who as their provider he has managed their teeth since the last two were 2 to 3 years old. He is knowledgeable, patient, teachs you about your kids dental needs, and extremely kind. I have a lot of postive experiences with him at the office, if you are looking for a pediatric dentist he is worth a shot. The office staff has been very accommodating with appointments because of our busy schedules. Dr. Patel - May you continue to be blessed with great health to continue taking care of my boys and the Laveen Community... Go #lfc and #cfc

We LOVE Dr. Ellis. He and his staff are very professional and treat us like family. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist... we will definitely be referring our friends!!!

Our son has been going to this dentist for a couple years now. Something he dreaded every 6 months is now something he loves and looks forward to!! He also joined the orthodontics side of this office and is just as happy. The dr's always ask about his sports and school! We paid cash for several visits because at one point they were not covered under our insurance but we didnt care because it was worth it everytime!! We eventually changed ins companies just so we could continue to stay with this team!!!!

Not even in back with the dentist yet and I can tell you I hate this place. The front receptionist is terrible. She was snide and appeared antagonistic right from the beginning. Very unprofessional. The receptionist is usually your first impression of a practice and this one is NOT good.

I used to be a dental assistant years ago and I was in shock when Dr. Ellis proceeded to tell me he recommended I put my five year old under IV sedation when she didn't even have one X-ray completed. You could visibly see one cavity so he "recommended" I put her under because "in his experience," the cavity noticeable in my daughter's mouth were "most likely" between the same teeth in the other three areas of her mouth. He recommended it would be better just to knock her out so that the office could complete full X-rays on her mouth and fix what ever cavities they find (if she had additional ones). Since when does a pediatric dentist recommend a treatment before taking X-rays? You should never have a dentist ONLY suggest sedated options. I would not recommend taking smaller children to this office.

This location is great! I am getting treatment as an adult patient and the staff makes everyone feel welcome. The office itself is very cheery and inviting. Kaley and Renee at the front desk are so helpful and greet you with a smile and a friendly hello. The assistant that worked on me today, Claudia, was so quick and made sure everything was fitted and as comfortable as possible with the braces before I left the chair. Dr Christensen is great too, he answered all my questions and gave an update on the status and timeline for treatment. I am so glad I chose this location and highly recommend it.

I love this place because of the friendly environment they provide. Yara always comes out to greet my kids with a big and friendly smile when she takes my kids in. My kids are not scared of going to the dentist and feel comfortable here. The staff and providers are awesome!! Highly recommend this place!

Signed in no one acknowledged i had signed in on the clip board ,four pts came in after me no one signed in on clip board, after 30 min i got up to ask no apologizes what so ever very dry , need better front office staff .

INCOMPETENT AND LOW QUALITY - This dental practice is a like money grabbing used car lot. Front desk/billing doesn't know what they're doing, especially with orthodontics. Dr. Ellis doesn't take responsiblity for their incompetency or apologize for errors. Our child said Dr. Peterson is down right creepy. We are so glad we went to a top rated ortho and no longer see Dr. Ellis for their general cleaning. These folks roll up to the same large greedy organization as Laveen Modern Dentistry, who gets Horrible reviews. Thankfully as Laveen grows, they'll be more options.

My girls have been going here for a few years now and we have never had a problem. Staff is always nice and friendly. We never wait very long. Glad we found this place after being to two horrible dentist before them.

My 8 year old daughter has been going to Laveen Kid's Denist since she was five years old. The entire staff made her feel very comfortable since she was very nervous on her first visit. Now she looks forward to going to the dentist. I look forward to it too because I know she will be at ease and I am as well. Keep up the awesome work!

My kids love this place. They actually get excited about going to the dentist now. It's very kid friendly environment, the staff is very nice, They know how to speak to children, and they are professional. Not always on time but they make up for it in service.

They confirmed my appointment for both my kids via email and sent a second email reminder. When I showed up to the appointment after taking precious vacation time claiming they had been trying to reach out for days to reschedule. This is the second time this has happened. Beyond unprofessional!

Called to see if they accepted our insurance and got my sons first dental appointment scheduled the same week. I believe I spoke with Kayleigh which was very nice and professional on the phone. First impression was the waiting room was small but clean and smelled nice. They have a little designated area for kids, which my son loved! The office staff was nice and didn’t take long to get called back. The dentist assistant was extremely nice and explained everything to me and told me what was going to happen, which I thought was very calming since this was my sons first appointment. Doctor came in and was extremely sweet to my son and was very gentle! Cleaned and rubbed some vitamins on his teeth. We walked out with two toothbrushes, floss, a balloon (my son was very happy to get that) and a toy of his choosing. Very pleased and will definitely come back again!

Horrible I had a 7 am visit I was there at 6:45 and everyone else came in at 7am and I was still the last one seen. I was told they had other appointments aswell. Was given no straight answer. Never coming back here again.

So disappointed I called and verified if they took my insurance provider and the lady verified asked me for the ID number and said yes they except my insurance so I made my appointment the same day and I soon as I went in to check my two kids and the lady told me that they were able to except my insurance that would have to call them and verify who would, that was very inconvenient!!!!!

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!! PLEASE PARENTS DO NOT BRING YOUR BABIES HERE. THEY DONE A HORRIBLE JOB TO MY 3YR OLD DAUGHTER. BIG MISTAKE BRINGING HER HERE. ANY OTHER PLACE IS BETTER THAN HERE.

The 2 girls at the front desk are very unprofessional they talk about kids and parents right after they walk out the door, there are meny kids that are inpatient, my son was crying so i did the right thing and walked out the office while my 2 girls stayed in the office and had to over hear the 2 girls at the front desk to talk stuff and laugh at the saturation not only did my girls feel bad, it makes me uncomfortable to go back to this office, the workers need to grow up and be professional and represent the company in the right way, so the company dont lose business...
