ADD Clinic of Arizona

I used this service to treat my mental health disorder for ADHD. I have been treated for ADHD for the past couple of years. When I moved to Arizona, my primary care told me that I had to be reevaluated even though I was reassessed in the past year. I took a drug test, never had to do in the past when I was assessed in Colorado. The test came back with faulty positive for drugs. Carolyn told me the drug test is a 100% accurate. I looked up urine tests and no test is a 100% accurate. I would think a clinical professional would know this basic knowledge. When I spoke with their service desk, they said they could make no accommodations or retest. I have never taken drugs outside of prescription medication. And because they have faulty testing, I now have to go through another clinic to be assessed again and delay treatment for my mental disorder. I am highly disappointed and question the ethical practice of this clinic. Their Hippocratic oath is to do no harm and yet they turn away treatment of patients that suffer from disorders. This will be brought to the Better Business Bureau. They also refused to even give me my results for ADHD after forcing me through extensive testing. They lied about test accuracy and are highly unprofessional. Do not use this clinic.
