Did not call back about appointment when they said they would.

Staff is so kind !!

They are AWESOME!!!! The 1st time I dealt with them was ".pre COVID " It was kind of an emergency but I was a new patient. Got me in same day and have treated me like I was their only patient. This was far from the truth as there were patients in just about every chair! Have been back numerous times and they are great!!!!

Can’t really rate my experience too much but I called about a chipped molar that has been causing me SEVERE pain and the woman on the phone was rude. Told me they aren’t taking new clients, which I can understand, but than just hangs up on me? Nice to know no dentist office in Maine cares if people are in pain

Great place, and easy to reschedule if needed. I find it funny that there seems to be 3 reviews that are all 1 star all around the same time. Bet anything that the first person who complained (Sara White or w/e) is the same person as the other 2 reviews, and that you can tell the person is just mad in lol. Tbh I found it quite comical especially if you’ve ever been here or talked to the people here. Plus it’s no different than any other dr having to reschedule (if she did have to actually do it). Anyways it’s a good place like I said. My kids only go here.

Wonderful office and staff!

unprofessional and unforgiving. No grace at all unfortunately :( Brittany at front desk was always pleasant to speak with but Dawn not so much. Moved around and didn’t get to pay a bill on time but when I called to pay they had sent to collections ( totally understand that there is an amount of time for when they do that) But they dropped me as a client just over the one situation and we bring my children there. Now we have to look for a new dentist :( no grace at all and they had no issues at all with us before.

Was calling to get information and pricing about a procedure. Person answering phone was condescending and unhelpful.

Horrible experience here. They kept rescheduling my daughter's appointment and when I called and told them that I can't keep having her appointments rescheduled the woman got mad and started accusing me of swearing at her which I did not. She told me the next available appointment which I agreed to and then she said that they were dismissing my daughter from their practice so good luck with dealing with them. She also kept calling me by a different name and when I said that's not even my name, she hung up on me.

I would have given 5 stars but ut us the dentist!

The team at caring hands made every effort to make me feel comfortable and confident when I was at my most vulnerable. I had a wisdom tooth and a tenacious molar extracted in one sitting. The chair side manor was impeccable and the facility was clean and comforting. Thanks caring hands for this feeling of relief!

Great place with great people. They work great with my son too! :) I won't go anywhere else
