Front desk is professional & courteous. The hygienist who worked on me did a great job and had great bedside manner. Best dentist office around.

A visit twice a year is one I look forward to. The staff are most helpful and concerned with your comfort and experience. Dr. Jones is very concerned about your experience being pain free and comfortable. He has provided the best quality work I have had with regard to crown work and restorative services. If you are in the least bit nervous or anxious about lengthy procedures please speak to his staff regarding sedation dentistry. Recently I was due to spend 4 hours in his chair and was not looking forward to. After receiving the sedation medication and gas I was asleep and do not recall any of the time spent. Well worth the price at just under $300.00. Our dental hygienist makes sure that I am comfortable when cleaning teeth that have exposed nerves. I cannot put into words how wonderful our experience is when visiting Dr. Jones and his office.

The day I went to get a permanent crown, they were short a person that day. But you wouldn't have known it! They are always professional no matter what.

If I could give Dr. Jones 10 stars I would, he is the best Dentist I’ve ever been to in my life, he’s very caring very gentle, and a perfectionist. His work is top-notch. I live in Bentonville and anytime I need to go to the dentist I drive to Fayetteville I would not go to any other dentist.

Nov 18, 2021- My dental appointment at the office of Dr. Brad Jones and Dr. Jack Pardo was excellent once again. My Hygienist is Denisa, her skill and demeanor is excellent, administrative team is very proficient and helpful in scheduling, communicating and answering questions when I've had them. Dr. Brad Jones is friendly and highly knowledgeable and skilled.

GREAT as usual!

I developed a very sore molar/jaw while visiting NWA over the weekend. By Monday I was desperate to get some pain relief. I Googled 'Dentist Near Me," and found numerous dentists nearby, but only ONE had a perfect 5-stars on his reviews. I called Dr. Brad Jones' office. The staff was wonderful from check-in to checkout. The dental assistant was wonderful, repeatedly checking on my welfare. Nice! Dr. Jones was excellent and generous with his time, and explantations. A fabulous experience .

As usual my visit was great today. The entire staff is wonderful. I especially appreciate Tina. She has cleaned my teeth for 16 years and helps me so much get over my fear. And Dr Jones does the same. I thank them very much.

I have been impressed with his state of the art skills to engineer a perfect new lower denture. l am a very satisfied patient.

Doctor Brad Jones is the consummate professional dentist. He is absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever gone to for dental care. Those who are afraid of pain or needles have no fear, he is constantly checking to see if his patients have even the slightest pain or discomfort. Whenever he has used a needle, I really didn’t feel them. In addition, he has created a top notch professional support staff that are professional as well and so accommodating so that a patient has the upmost pleasant experience. Brad Jones General Dentistry is a real professional office, with real professional people. They're kind and compassionate in treating me as a patient. I really like my dental hygienist, Denisa. Dr. Jones and his assistant, Linda, stepped up to the palate the day before Thanksgiving. I had a cap fall out of one of my teeth. Even though they were working on a patient for the great share of the day before Thanksgiving and the rest of the staff had the day off, they were still willing to take some time to put my tooth back in place. Did I really need it done, no not really but when I called in about my problem the day before the staff did speak with Brad and got things arranged so I could get this done. That's what you call going above and beyond in providing for their patients. And it let me have a great Thanksgiving. Thanks to Dr. Jones, Linda, Linda, Tina, Kim, Denise and others.

I had been apprehensive about my visit with Dr. Jones today. He was to repair work that had been done many many years ago. I, unfortunately had unpleasant memories of the work that had been done previously. Dr. Jones' work today, thankfully, replaced all those bad memories. Today, there was no pain & no discomfort and the teeth look amazing. He is a perfectionist and a skilled technician. Kudos and more kudos! His assistant Linda was cheery, helpful and very professional.

It’s crazy that she cleaned my teeth while pregnant with her son who is now about to go to college. Dr Jones’ work (and he had plenty to do on me especially when I first started coming) has always been exceptional. I have nothing negative to say about the practice or the personnel.
