Arkansas Regenerative Medical Centers

When I started visiting this facility they were great! Later on after spending $6k on stem cell injections and coming back weekly (4hrs one way trip) for glucose injections in my knees I requested to have the doctor that did my stem cell injections call me and she never did call me. Their after care is non existent. I would not recommend them at all! They do have a wonderful chiropractor on staff and I give her 5++**. As of today 11-12-21 they don’t even answer their calls even leaving them a message on their answering machine.

The staff was nice but due to their absolutely outrageous charges, we are now finding ourselves in a lawsuit with State Farm. My husband and I went 2 times a week for 3 mos, and the charges were over $35,000.00 EACH!! We were never in there for more than 15 mins. All they did was cracked our back and neck. That was it! We were informed by our lawyer that this place is an absolute SCAM!! Very disappointed in the outcome.

The staff is so respectful and nice. I am bilingual, my dad doesn't speak English, so since the both of us receive treatment here, the front desk lady interprete for him whenever I can't. They always trying for ways to help us both. Fair payment, ieven if you don't insurances like my dad. My dad was diagnosed with cancer, and since he started to receive the combine treatment h(Ozone, vit. C andhand Glu...) he is like a totally different person. More energy and less pain. I (69 years old), my husband (81 years old) and my 40 year old son have been going to Arkansas Regenerative for 3 weeks 9 treatments). We are feeling so much better through the techniques used on us to relieve pain. We've been to other Chiropractors and have not felt so much improvement. Our ability to move around and do everyday things is improving at each visit. You should visit and see how you improve in such a short time.

I have never met a Doctor and office manager more accommodating to their patients. DR Galimore tells you what is going on and if you have questions she will do her best to answer them. Kim is so good at finding out what your insurance will or will not do so you are not charged for something you can't afford. I for one appreciate that. Thanks for all you guys do! ? Gina Gabbard

They aren’t correctly informing patients about Covid .. They’re also stating they have treatment for covid when currently there isn’t an actual vaccine for it.. They’re only trying to take peoples money and don’t care for patients health ..

This is my first time to ever be adjusted and everyone has been so kind/patient working with me. Every time I come in, they know me by name so I know they really care for their patients. They always ask how I'm doing and feeling so they consider my opinions as well when it comes to how the adjustment went last time etc. I highly recommend this place for people! Here, you can't have too many questions. They will answer them all. For me, I had an xray, consultation, and then my first adjustment. It helped a lot when they went through the process I'd be going through before I'd start so there weren't any surprises during my visits.

Very disappointed. I called and made an appointment for an adjustment with the chiropractor and the receptionist asked me what insurance I have. I told her and she said they accepted my insurance and told me the time of my appointment. When I got to office for my appointment, she had me complete my personal information on a I-Pad she handed to me. After completion, a staff person came to get me and we sat in his office as he showed me a presentation of Ozone and how it helps with health. After that, he took me in to see nurse practitioner and she asked me if I knew my Vitamin D levels. Before that they took my blood pressure & weight. I told nurse practitioner that I came in for adjustments only for my back . She had me take a seat in waiting room again. Then as the chiropractor was finally coming to get me, the receptionist told me I owed $49.00 for consultation. I told her no one said anything about $49 when I scheduled my appointment. And, no one said this was a consultation. I had to fork over $49 for nothing. The chiropractor still didn’t give me an adjustment. She only talked and said I needed to make another appointment. I was very angry and disappointed. I paid 49 and didn’t get a thing in return. I won’t go back there again!!!

I have been under chiropractic care for the past 12 years and even worked for my chiropractor for four of those years in another state, and know the importance of chiropractic care as a lifetime commitment if you want to stay on top of the aging process. I really like Dr. Martinez with his vast knowledge, expertise and bedside manners. He immediately spotted a fracture in my hip that a prior chiropractor failed to spot. As a dancer at 66 years of age, it is very important for me that my joints move without resistance and pain. Looks like I get to keep on dancing for a long long time! Thank you, Dr. Martinez!!

Dr. Martinez is very professional and knowledgeable of how the human bones work. The process has been very successful and relief from pain disappears!!! He also works with my hectic schedule!!!! The pillow he recommended has worked out great I take it with me on vacations!!!! Dr. Martinez has MAGIC HANDS!!!!!

After a lifetime of hard work with numerous injuries and broken bones, Dr. Martinez straightened me out like nobody else! He has vast knowledge of massage, physical therapy, acupuncture and dietary needs. I'm lucky to have met him!
