Have never been on time to see us. On call staff will not call back even after 2 messages. Would not recommend.

Do not recommend. My son had an appointment for consultation. They called the day of his appointment and had to reschedule due to their system being down. They explained they would call back once system was back up to reschedule my son. They never called me back. I called them a couple weeks later and rescheduled his appointment myself. Went to appointment today and it was not a great experience. Over an hour of waiting to be seen. Left without being seen by the doctor.

The front desk person could show some empathy and respect in customer service. Called two times to get an appointment. The way she talked both times was not friendly and welcoming. Didn't want to mess with her, so cancelled the appointment and moved to a friendly place.

I had an appointment with this place early june. I gave them 2 weeks to call me back to set an appt. today i am unable to celebrate the holiday because not only was i not called back, my tooth paint hasnt left since that appointment. I feel as if my culture and intelligence was disrespected not only because the dentist only offered removal of my teeth and other option. When i got another consultation it was clear they only went for the most expensive option. This place is only a money pit from my perspective.

I was extremely nervous! But The doctor's made me feel very comfortable. I have minimal pain even the day after getting 6 teeth pulled. They are all so kind. I highly recommend them!! They called me the day after as well to check in and make sure I didn't need anything and told me to call if I had any questions or concerns. They took good care of me!

Dr. Brittany Williams and her team are the best around. I would recommend her to anyone needing wisdom teeth removal surgery! She has been very nice and she also cares and listens to her patients!! Her team of nurses are also very nice! I had my wisdom teeth removed at washington regional due to heart issues and Dr. Williams kept me comfortable and also rubbed my arm and reassured me I would be okay until I fell asleep. I also wound up with a dry socket due to my root being long and exposing my nerve and she has kept me as comfortable as she physically can! If you are needing anything done teeth wise I recommend her!!! She listens and truly cares!!!

Dr. Skoch and his team are amazing! They are the most professional and comforting team I’ve ever met in my life. His nurse, Amber, is OUTSTANDING! They were there for every question at all times of day. Their education before, during and after is fantastic. Very, very detailed and easy to comprehend. I was so nervous for the consultation I passed out in the MIDDLE of the appointment. They were fast and efficient to implement emergency procedures and tended to every need I had. Surgery of any kind makes me extremely anxious (obviously) but I will come back to them if I EVER need anything again. They were soooo amazing and great at comforting my extreme anxiety. I recommend them to everyone and wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they definitely deserve 10 stars, at least! Thank you again and again for making this scary experience easy. We drove THREE hours ONE direction and I definitely do NOT regret it. You are making a great choice by choosing them with your care.

This place is TOP NOTCH! From the beginning process to being rolled out after surgery. They truly will take care of you from the start to way after your are finished. Dr.Skoch is my surgeon. He was so wonderful and so gentle!!! I thought this was pretty cool... he started my IV because his nurse was still finishing up another patient. That tells me he values his team and will jump in , in any capacity. We had discussed a surgery plan and when he began he completed an additional task... all because “was well Mary, the right thing to do by you, our patient.” There was no additional cost for the service and I am so grateful he did the extra. It reduced my recovery because, let’s face, working moms do not have a ton of time to be down and out of commission for long. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and knowledgeable about the financial aspects of procedures as well as ENSURING you have a safe environment when you leave. They checked on the driver when I began my procedure and again right before I left to make sure HE was ok. Dr. Skoch’s nurse Amber has been terrific!! Personable KNOWLEDGEABLE and so skilled at her craft. Again, things I truly value! Ok They have been flexible on times with me and generous with options for procedures. This place is fantastic. The people are the sweetest. I have terrible anxiety and broke down and the nurse wiped my tears and comforted me. When I woke up they helped calm me down after having what felt like nightmares while I was under. The only negative have is when I call I have to call like 5 times to get anyone on the phone. Also, the wait times can be brutal. But.... I feel like they are doing the best they can with Covid being around creating a whole new experience for them. Still have 5 stars because the way they treat you outweighs having to wait. The people and how they treat you matter more than any wait time. If you need work done. I recommend this place. About twenty four years ago I went to a young recently graduated dentist in Fayetteville Arkansas. She was very nice knowledgeable and caring. She did some work on my teeth and gave me some options for the other dental work I needed. One option was considering two implants. At the time implants were new and there were not that many dentist that could perform the surgical procedure. I was very fortunate that I was referred to Dr. Scotty Bolding, a young Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon freshly out of residency. I found him knowledgeable, confident and competent. He installed two implants for me. I moved out of Arkansas after a few years. However, during the past twenty four years I have had at least eight implants where few of them have failed. His two installed implants are the best I have had. Some of the work that was done on my mouth was in Northern Virginia. It has been nothing but disappointment. I have spent thousands dollars of my retirement money and yet nothing to show for it. Actually, I need a total reconstruction of the work that has been done. Recently, I went back to Fayetteville for business. It was so great to meet him again and express my appreciation of the work he had done. He proudly told me they have stablished the “Mayo Clinic of Dental” work in Arkansas referring to his practice. He also introduced me to Dr. Johnson a great personality and I am sure very capable as he is a team member of Dr. Bolding. I have indicated to them I am willing to travel to Arkansas for the reconstruction of my dental work as I am confident it will be worthy.

Dr. Bolding and his staff are so wonderful! I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled last month. I had put them off for years and Dr. Bolding and his staff were so nice and calmed my nerves. The procedure went well and recovery was easy. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Our daughter had to have several teeth extracted (wisdom teeth) and Dr. Bolding took excellent care of our daughter during her time in surgery. His staff was excellent and he kept us informed throughout the process. Even after surgery he took the time to follow up that evening to see how she was doing which meant a great deal. I have suffered chronic migraines and other symptoms from jaw pain from my TMJ problems for years. After only 3 weeks of treatment I have experienced around a 95% decrease in my symptoms and am much happier. Looking forward to an even further diminishment of pain and symptoms. The one thing that stands out and makes Dr. Bolding different from the rest is that he actually phoned me himself the day after my surgery to make sure that I was well, to ask if I needed anything and to answer any questions that I had. He was genuinely kind and made me feel that he was committed to my well being and recovery. It is such a rarity these days to have a surgeon actually contact you at home himself to follow up after a procedure. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bolding for any of your dental/oral surgery needs.

My son had several extractions. The entire process was seamless. Everyone we encountered was courteous and professional. Dr. Bolding called personally to check on my son. We strongly recommend this practice.

Dr. Skoch and his staff did a phenomenal job when they took out four of my wisdom teeth. I liked his work so much that I went back to him for a dental implant. The staff was very hospitable during both surgeries, they called beforehand to make sure that as a client I felt that I had instructions for both surgeries.

I was very nervous going in, but the staff and Dr. Skoch we're very friendly and patient. They were also fast with their scheduling...they got me in for a consultation/x-ray the same day we called and they made an appointment for extraction first thing the next morning! The extractions (3 teeth) and "recovery" took less than an hour. Very little pain after and the days following. Their office was also very clean and pleasant. :)

Was in and out in less than an hour for wisdom teeth removal. Staff was great. Didnt even realize teeth were out until I was about to be leaving. Very little pain the following day. Definitely one of the better experiences I've had with dental surgery.

I love how they tell you everything will be covered. We will call you if it will cost you anything before. We even called a day a head of time. We do not want any surprise cost, what will be covered? “If they haven’t called you and told you otherwise it’s covered.” As soon we we walk in the door the next day. “Oh they aren’t going to cover this or this. And the anesthesia will not be covered at all. We are going to need $600 for this today.” Would not recommend this place to anyone. That is very shady and not the way to operate a business at all. If you do not know then do not give the customer the perception that you know what you are talking about. Unless you want to be deceived and lied to do not go to this place. Edit** still having issues with this place. Patient was supposed to be numb for 3 days. Was never numb. Could not get a hold of nurse on call over the weekend. Currently out of pain meds because the ones given were not effective and the doctor is 2 hours away today and no one can write a script without the patient having to painfully get out of bed and go see another doctor to charge more money. This is all a scheme. Absolutely terrible place to do business with. Edit again. Went back in to get more pain medicine because in so much pain still. Doctor proceeds to scrape out blood clots starting process over telling patient needs to clean. When patient cleans every time an nothing is in there. Patient is crying because hands are in mouth and he is scraping spots and he still proceeds. Steven A. Skoch was the doctor doing this. Very unsympathetic and unconcerned with the patients comfort level.

Went in on consultation for my son's wisdom teeth removal,staff were very nice and Dr.Skoch was awesome explaing the procedure to my 17 year old son..

Dr. Bolding is very knowledgeable and skilled at doing implants. However, the wait time for each appointment is really long. I had to wait in the lobby for over an hour for my initial consult. Today, when I came in 3 months later for a follow up appointment, the waiting continued. My appointment was at 3:30 and I was not finished until 4:20. The appointment with X-rays only took 5 minutes for the doctor and his staff. The staff members and doctor are friendly but the wait time is unacceptable.

I had a tooth pulled and the bone built up for an implant. Dr. Bolding is very comforting and a very nice person. "I have a certain bump that appeared after surgery" located where the tooth is and almost to the roof of my mouth that he is going to look at for a follow-up visit. It's a sore bump, like a boil or something. I called today and the nurse scheduled me right a way for a follow up-check up. I'll do a follow up on the google site on how it went when I get time. Doctor Bolding was very nice after the extraction. He accidentally broke the tooth next to it. He then brought my half tooth in a little baggy and told me to take it to my dentist to glued it back on. I'll I can is I was stunned and upset.

I wouldn't have even given one star but had too to get to this point.... This man should have his license stripped! 2 years later and im still suffering

Dr Bolding is very professional and knowledgeable. And a very nice guy!

It was a great experience when it came to the surgery. Staff was nice, scheduling was easy and the procedure went smooth due to the experienced doctor. I would not recommend anyone to go here if you have complications or need help after the surgery they won't lend a hand or even give you a call back when you leave a detailed message. Staff sucks when they're done with you.

i am very afraid of the dentist they made me feel comtortable when i woke up i didnt even know my teeth were out i had a great experience

Had surgery less then 24 hours ago and it was an amazing experience with Dr.Bolding in Springdale. Won't go anywhere else! It took me 4 years to get these wisdom teeth gone and Dr. Bolding was the best at not judging my former bad hygiene. I had 6 teeth out and bone grafts, I think the price was fair and the office staff amazing.

I had two teeth pulled and was in excruciating pain. The staff was amazing. The surgery went well , and I have never felt better I would highly recommend this facility they do an incredible job , with the utmost care for their patients.........I am no longer in pain . In the future they will do all my dental work highly highly recommended ........thanks again to The staff, Billing agents , Dr. Bolding , and Thank you God for Doctor Sharma ................Love always Deborah Johnson

Doctors and facility are great. Not willing to due billing on procedures even if you have insurance. Don't go here unless you have the money up front
