Kramer Periodontology and Implant Surgery

Grateful for Dr. Kramer's skill, attention and conversation ... even when he leaves me in stitches. Removal of the exposed and infected root of a broken lower tooth (28) was a great relief, but the multiple injections of an anaesthetic around my mandibular nerve was unnerving. One germ-hole less in my skull. Skillfully and rapidly done!

Can’t say I “enjoy” going to the periodontist, but Dr. Kramer makes the experience as positive as it possibly can be. The staff are all genuinely nice, caring people who were able to alleviate my concerns quickly and easily. The music is great (lots of cat songs, though). And Dr. Kramer’s relaxed demeanor and sense of humor helped put me at ease. Hey - if you’re going to have periodontal work, it’s going to suck. Dr. Kramer makes it suck a little bit less. I highly recommend!

I went to Kramer Periodontics with a broken tooth, and through my tears of pain, they offered to stay late that same day and extract my tooth. Traci told me I should have come to her first before spending needless money with others, and I will never never do anything with my teeth again without consulting them. The entire experience with them has given me hope that people really care about you and will do whatever they can to ease the pain. As those that know, there is nothing worse than tooth pain, and I will be forever grateful by their professionalism and kindness. PS, everyone should go to them for gum checkups to avoid gum surgeries later, even prior to any problems. And Traci cleans teeth like no other!!!! Can't recommend them higher, if I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Have been putting off getting implants for 20 years - finally went ahead with it and I’m so glad I decided to have them done with Dr.Kramer. Staff is efficient and friendly. Everything is explained clearly and with a great sense of humor and compassion. Process was quick and as comfortable as it could have been, given the circumstances. I’m very pleased with my care so far.

Wonderful experience! Tracey at the desk is perfect! Dr. Kramer is lovely and explained everything in detail. Love the state-of-the art equipment as well as the dental assistant! However, would rather not have to go back, but teeth need to be attended to! Another great experience! Dr. Kramer, Tracey and Carol are very caring, professional - and funny! Won’t go anywhere else! Very pleased with my most recent “visit” to Kramer Periodontology, although i was unhappy with the diagnosis. But Dr. Kramer got to the root (pun intended) of the problem and fixed me up. I will go back to see him, Carol and Tracey for as long as my mouth dictates. (I will also go back just to say hello.)

Michael is truly a very good, dare I say great doctor. He has completed many complicated procedures for me with good humor and incredible skill. I have had a lot of experience with periodontists and oral surgeons, and Michael is at the top of my list. I recommend him, with hesitation or reservation.

There aren't enough stars! I detest any procedure having to do with my teeth and Dr Kramer and Tracey were SO understanding, kind, and top notch qualified to help me with an infected and fractured tooth that needed to be fixed quickly. And Dr Kramer even sang Queen while he worked. So thankful I found Kramer Periodontology, they are the best!

Dr. Kramer is a perfectionist. I'm one too so I should know! He's very thorough–looks at your periodontal situation from all angles and does his research to make sure he's considered every possible solution. He then collaborates with you to ensure the best path forward for the patient is chosen. Dr Kramer is also very tech savvy and stays up on the latest advances and technologies to make sure you are getting the best product/technique and the best care. Finally, he is reasonably priced. I know because I got estimates on my implant from three other periodontists. I HIGHLY recommend him. He'll take great care of you. Update: I just had another procedure with Dr.Kramer...a gum graft. I’ve had two of these procedures before— both with different periodontists —so I knew what I was in for and was not looking forward to it AT ALL. However this time it was much less painful both in the chair and 24 hours post surgery. I barely felt the Novocain along the receded gum line and only slightly at one point at the graft site. Dr Kramer explained he doesn’t extract the skin from the roof of the mouth, leaving it raw to heal like a terrible pizza burn, which is what the other two periodontists had done. Instead he makes an incision in the gum line near the upper teeth, making a flap so that he can remove the tissue and sew it up with sutures for faster healing. And because of it being close to the teeth and not the actual roof of your mouth the pain afterward is a fraction of what I’d experienced previously. I’m 24 hrs post op and taking just Advil for pain. He gave me an ice pack to use afterward for 15 min and there was virtually no swelling. I’m eating soft food for a few days but I can chew on one side which makes it a lot easier. If you need a gum graft go see Dr Kramer. He always uses the most advanced techniques to put patient well being first and his prices are very reasonable. Plus he hums while he works which is a nice distraction—even if he is a bit off-key.

I was seen right away for a, not so major, issue and was left with the satisfaction of knowing that all that could be done was done in one visit. Thank you guys again for your awesome service.

I was referred to Dr. Kramer by my family dentist years ago when I first developed periodontal disease. I have been seeing Dr. Kramer every six months for perio maintenance ever since. I enjoy my visits to Dr. Kramer. He is extraordinary in his professionalism, competence, skill, knowledge, caring, and fun. I have received several tooth extractions and dental implants from Dr. Kramer. I have had no problems or complications from his work. It is painless as possible. He keeps state-of-the-art equipment. His office is spotless and well organized. Scheduling is convenient for patients. Even before the virus, I rarely had to wait as he allows ample time between appointments. I recommend him highly. I rarely say that about dentists.

Dr. Kramer and his team are extremely professional and caring. I have had periodontal disease since many years and had to have many surgeries over the past years. I am a new patient at this practice and am very impressed. Dr. Kramer asks questions that no doctor before had asked, trying to find a reason why the disease is progressing the way it does for me. This helps me a great deal in understanding how this disease might correlate with another health issue I have. I know that I will never go anywhere else for treatment. And now during the pandemic- the team sent out a letter reminding us patients that periodontal disease will not stop to progress and that it is safe for us to come in for cleaning (with Tracey who is amazing!!) or even surgery. I do not want to forget to praise Carol!! Despite the future surgeries I know I will have, I am always looking forward to see everyone at the office. Thank you!!!

Dr. Kramer and his exceptional staff are caring professionals. The office is bright, clean and comfortable. The choice of background music is terrific. Wait time is minimal, if any. Appointment booking is easy as well. And best of all, I always leave with a smile on my face.

At first, I was a bit concerned about an implant and bone grafting. However, Dr. Kramer was very meticulous, explained every step and why, and what to expect. Just completed the crown portion and everything was fine. Tracy, the dental hygienist, was super as usual in cleaning and in helping to avoid periodontal disease.

Dr KRAMER is the best! I’ve had a lot of dental work through the years, 4 crowns and 2 implants, and a bunch of fillings. I’ve never had anyone more competent, professional, and caring work in my mouth. He explains everything clearly as he shows you the x-rays. It’s obvious that he loves his work. The music is great, (oldies with words to keep your mind off your mouth) and Dr. KRAMER also has a great sense of humor. I don’t have dental insurance, but the work he does is worth every penny.
