This is our 2nd round with Designer smiles. The staff and Drs have always been great!!

Wonderful staff at Designer Smiles in Pell City! Dr. Chauncey and Ms. Casey were very patient, gave us their full attention, and were very thorough explaining the full process and what we can expect as we go through the braces experience!

You will not be disappointed by coming here. The staff is very knowledgeable friendly polite and respectful. The orthodontist and his associates know what they're doing and will not lead you in the wrong . They also have financing available if you think that you cannot afford braces for your child. Then as a bonus you can hang out with Teddy.

We are doing the phase 1 and phase 2 program for my child. He was able to get his braces on at age 10 and they come off next month after only 11 months of wearing them! We noticed a huge difference in his smile within just 2 weeks. I am 100% satisfied with Designer Smiles by Benton! My child rarely complained of discomfort during this process. Highly recommend!

I truly love this office. I “shopped” around a little before officially picking an orthodontist for my treatment and this office is truly the most friendly. They will talk things over with you as much as you need and answer as many questions as you can possibly have. Bonus points for the sweet office dog Teddy! Every time I have come into the office he stays with me for most of my visit lol. Thank you guys!

Designer Smiles have been great with both my children's braces. They are always super friendly and helpful.

We use the Pell City office and it has been so convenient and easy. The staff is great - friendly and professional. They have been so easy to work with and the finished product is beautiful.

My daughter loves going here for her check ups. We haven't needed braces yet but they are keeping tabs to see if this is something she will need due to her very large teeth and early 12 year molars. The staff is amazing and always very sweet to my girl. I never have to wait, we are seen at the time of our appointment which is great! Definitely recommend and worth 2 thumbs up ??
