Dental Associates of Sylacauga

Staff was nice but this is one of those dentist that is greedy. Needed extensive dental work, had insurance, discount card, and close to 6k to spend on dental work. They wanted to max out insurance(1 set of x rays and 1 deep cleaning maxed out insurance $1500), said they couldn't use dental discount even after insurance was maxed out even though they were in the network, and couldn't get anything done after maxing out insurance even though I had cash money to pay to get teeth issues fixed! They did x rays and deep cleaning, which destroyed my enamel and made teeth even worse (pain and sensitivity). Luckily I was able to find another dentist that is helping to get my teeth fixed without charging 5k for 6 crowns!

Friendly, professional, caring

My first visit was awesome. The staff is wonderful and friendly. I’m terrified of shots or any dental work and Dr. Henry made my experience painless. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Everyone was extremely friendly! They were very thorough and polite. I had a tooth pulled and didn't feel a thing, and it only took 15 minutes!

My first visit here and everyone was so nice and friendly. I just had a teeth cleaning but the hygienist was very thorough with me and the dentist seemed eager to help make my smile perfect! I’ve already scheduled my first appointment!

I loved the fact I didn’t have to wait forever to get an appointment and my waiting time for service wasn’t long at all.. The staff were all nice and knew exactly what to do.. I will definitely continue being a patient there..

These people go above and beyond to take care of their patients. My husband had a tooth that was hurting, they were slammed but they worked him in without a long weight. I had to call back later because he was bleeding and without hesitation they said bring him back. We are very pleased. My husband said I feel like a member of the family. I want to say thank you to each and every one of them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The Staff was professional and personable. My appointment was on time and the Hygienist was very proficient at her task. The waiting are and work center were both clean and well organized. I visited Dental Associates of Sylacauga after hearing about them from a friend. After my first visit, a routine cleaning, I know that I will return.

We have been going to Dental Assoc. In Sylacauga for a number of years. We (both my Children) originally seen Dr. Currie at this office - he was great! He retired and Dr. Henry took his place. We all love Dr. Henry. He is great with the kids and truly cares about what's best for his patients both physically and moneterarily. If you are looking for a new dentist, you should certainly go see him. He has an awesome staff (especially the hygentists) and he is an excellent dentist!!!

I have used this dentist office for many years, as well as my family. I love the staff and the dental care that we have always received. When Dr. Gordon became a part of this office, it was a great fit! I know several others that use Dr. Gordon and they feel the same way. I would highly recommend anyone that doesn’t have a family dentist to try them out!!

The whole experience was GREAT from the time I checked in with the staff. They we're friendly and professional. They kept me aware how long it would be before I was to go in to see Dr. Henry. I had 3 procedures that had to be taken care of. He and the assistance we're AWSOME. I have had a FEAR OF DENTAL WORK FOR YEARS. This is my 3rd time with Dr. Henry but many years with most of the assistants. THEY ARE ALL AWSOME!! I WOULD RECOMMEND DENTAL ASSOCIATES OF SYLACAUGA TO EVERYONE.

It was a calm and relaxing environment considering the emergency. Staff was friendly and caring. The dentist was great and did a good job keeping me informed throughout the procedure. The experience overall was good.

Devin, Chasity and Sharon are great hygienist. Dr. Henry is very professional. Great environment and these ladies have been here a long time.

Dr. Gorden Henry was very thoughtful as he worked on my tooth. The dental assistant was also very thoughtful. They both asked me many times was I doing fine. They made me feel more at ease.
