Fast and very friendly.Their customer service is unmatched we are in our last stage. They have made this process very easy.

The technicians are always super nice and have a welcoming disposition and the Dr Whit is Superb! There’s never a dull moment when I go for an appt! They are so cordial and humorous!

So far I’ve had a very positive experience with Smile Doctors. Everyone is so nice and helpful and getting my braces took no time at all! My appointment was at 8:15 and I was done by 9:30. I would recommend Smile Doctors to anyone!

I love Smile Doctors! They take their time to ensure your treatment is where it needs to be, and that you are satisfied with it before moving on. Everyone is always smiling and friendly. My appointments never take too long, so i'm in and out quickly and getting on with my day.

My experience at smile doctors thus far has been AMAZING! From the time I walk in to the time I walk out. The ladies at the front are always friendly! Mariah, Paige, Julia & Dr. Whitt were awesome every time I’ve gone in! I love smile doctors so far and I highly recommended them! Very professional and thorough! They also don’t have you sitting in the waiting room for forever… that’s DEFINITELY a plus! ?

They were all very professional and amazing! They treat their patients with respect and kindness. 100% recommend them!

The two ladies at the front were super sweet and helpful along with the tech that worked on my daughter. She she went as far as to help us find a new dentist in our area. Dr. Whitt was very kind and took the time to go over the new work done on my daughter’s mouth during this visit. Overall it’s a nice, clean office. Worth the hour and 45 min tire drive there and back.

I’ve been going here for almost a year and every visit gets better! They treat you like family! The entire staff is friendly and they always greet you with a smile! I’m glad I chose smiles orthodontics! The overall atmosphere and experience is the best!

Smile doctors and associates have always been very kind and patient with me and my son. The atmosphere is always fun and uplifting. They really take the time out to get to know their clients.

My first time having braces was a great experience! The team really gets to know you and always asks how you are doing and what you’ve been up to. I had my braces removed today and it was bittersweet. If I ever need any more work done I will definitely be back, but hopefully my teeth will stay where they are haha. Thanks so much to this great team for always being great!

I wish I could give zero stars. Due to my interaction with Donna I will not be returning and I will not recommend this facility to anyone. The customer service I received from this employee left me feeling irritable and unaccepted by this practice.

Everyone is so kind, professional, & tactful!! The wait isn’t long at all.

Called this morning to see if I could come in before work to get a chain fixed that had popped off from the application done the day before. Was told to come on inside and I would be taken care of. Got to the establishment and to the door and no one would let me inside. Instead they simply looked at me while I stood at the door. After a brief staring game, a young lady came to the door to only tell me I would have go back to my car and wait and resend the message even though the young lady on the phone told me she had already notified them and told them I was coming in before work..not sure if there was miscommunication but the least they could’ve done was come to the door instead watch me stand there for the time I did. VERY INCONSIDERATE...

I loved my visit at smile doctors...the workers were very nice, they worked on my mouth carefully & the building was very nice and clean. They do check tempature, social distance, and wear sheilds and mask...overall i love my braces!!!!
