I would strongly recommend anyone needing health care to seek other avenues then this one. I don't know what has happened to them, but anymore they are just down right rude and surly. I'd rather operate on myself with a dull rusty knife, then to have to go here.

Caring, knowledgeable staff.

We needed covid results before we could enter Canada. Lizzy faxed the papers we needed so we didn't have to wait another day and miss our tour. Everyone I talked to were also pleasant and extremely helpful! ?

You can tell that some of the staff really care about helping their patients and going the extra mile... Nurse Practitioner Kara Howard is not one of them. Walking proof some people have no business in healthcare. This clinic isn't all bad, but if they stick you with NP Howard, politely ask for another provider. My 2cents

The staff is mostly wonderful!! I had a couple of young male associates who were very rude. However, the phlebotomy tech, lori was terrific! Also, all the office staff went above and beyond!!! Dental clinic is also top notch!!!

The entire staff was amazing!!! Kara was very professional called me and set up an appointment within the next business day and my visit went very well it was much-needed. Kara also scheduled me with a counselor and a primary care physician. My lab work was done quickly and I didn't even feel any pain she is a wonderful lady great personality too. The intake nurse was awesome as well very kind and sweet. I just relocated here and finding everything I need in one place is such a blessing and the my-chart app is very helpful. Thank you everyone looking forward to my future visits ?

I have had several family members go in and see the NURSE Harold bruce.....he is not a Dr so I dont know why he is diagnosing people at all..I should say miss diagnosing people. He is a rude and unprofessional and un qualified.

Well, the people are very nice and have pretty good bed-side manner. I had a cyst removed. If you are someone who passes out then enter with caution because I felt like an animal being wrangled for a branding.

This place is amazing. Back in June, my family and I were on a road trip when the youngest started not feeling well and running a fever. We stopped in here on our way through to the lake (we were coming from Arizona!) to get him checked out. It turned out he had strep! Even though it was closing time, they immediately brought in our family of five and tested everyone. They gave those of us that needed it steroid shots, found a pharmacy that would be open, and made sure we would be set for our vacation. When two of my kids insurance was not accepted out of state, they also worked with us to make it affordable. The doctor was amazing, and kept my youngest from being freaked out, even giving him a hug on his way out. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, especially since we were out of towners and treated so well!

The receptionist was extremely rude on the phone and hung up on me! Wouldn’t want to take my son here period!

So my mom has had asma her whole life and has seen many doctors in her time well today she called to have her inhaler filled and CH said she would have to wait to she a doctor before they refill her inhaler. She gets the same inhaler everytime and when i gets low she gets worried, and i get worried that if she has an asma attack there is not enough medicine in the old one to get here though the night she could end up in the hospital or worst. What a bunch of quack doctors at community health that they wont give her a new inhaler. It seems that the crack heads and meth addicted get better health care then the working class shame on you Butte MT. Well if she has an asma attack in the next week or so and her inhaler runs out cause CH did not fill it because their still trying to learn how to be doctors i will sue the pant off of community health. Also i will look into about taking DR. Cara Howards medical license away. Thank for nothing. GOOD DAY

The Staff and Nurses and Doctors are wonderful! They take interest in your problems!!! Good people!

The staff were very friendly, professional and attentive to your needs. I had a great experience and definitely will be back.

Dentistry definitely worth 5 stars!!!

Went to the medical side, they told me I just had a cold and there is nothing they can do. Ended up going to the ER and they told me I had a double ear infection, a sinus infection, and had to be put on oxygen because my chest hurt when I breathed. They were very rude and unprofessional.

The pharmacy has Wonderful people and Great service . Always a positive experience . Thanks Guy's =) **Update** Had to see my doctor this last Friday and again everyone was super nice and my visit with my doctor was terrific and that is including the nurse who started the visit and who ended up drawing blood which was ouch less. Now if their patients would quit smoke on their smoke free property , that would be great . Please show some respect to CHC and the rest of our community . Thanks CHC See You Soon =D

Great people fast care excellent

Took an Oath to provide care to patients, they shuffle patients and do not give a care about your health care..do yourself a favor and be seen by a professional establishment as this was very unprofessional, asked a Medically Assistant her title today she stated “I am a registered MA..do you have a problem with that??” Very unprofessional..if I could leave a no star I would

The office cancelled my appointment but never told me and did not cancel it in the system. I showed up for my appointment and THEY were rude to ME.

I called there today March 20,,2018 to make my husband an appointment to see the dentist and they told me that they would not see my husband because of an incident that happened in 2008. The doctor was a quack because my husband kept trying to tell him that he was having a hard timing breathing, the quack doctor blamed my husband's breathing on the COPD but actually after I took him to the ER, my husband had a blood clot that was causing him so much breathing problems not his COPD. Do not go to this place. The doctor was a physician's assistant not a actual doctor. This place is very unprofessional and will not listen to their patients or the family members that see them in pain everyday especially when they are veterans that need dental care because the VA does not see veterans for dental issues unless it is service connected.

This place is a joke literally a joke, if you have a emergency dental problem they are "booked"... really there was only two people in your waiting room, and you say you were a hour behind? Right the receptionists were totally unprofessional saying "deal with the pain our emergency hours ended at 10" really i have a tooth that is showing nerves bc i put my tongue ring through it... and only needed a 15 minute tooth removal. what a joke the two receptionist were totally out of line not polite nor understanding.... they just didnt want to do THEIR JOBS

The ladies and gentlemen at the clinic are always so gracious and helpful. Each and every person at the clinic is always willing to help and if they cant they will find someone who can.

Great staff all around.

Everyone is exceptionally helpful and considerate. They have doctors, counseling and dental all in one building. And they use a patient portal so you can access your records from anywhere

Butte (and Southwest Montana) really benefits from SWMTCHC. I have been treated with kindness by most doctors and mental health therapists. They actually make health care affordable for the cross and broken. Imagine the impact on Butte if they weren't here...
