They have always been great. On my last visit they were able to bump up my appointment which meant they were able to also get my son in last minute. Everyone is very friendly and great to talk to. Lauren at the front desk was especially helpful.

In my 28 years on this planet I have Hated going to the dentist every time.But there’s a first for everything. I actually don’t mind being at the dentist when I am in the hands of these fine people.they are very professional and upfront about costs every time I visit. Also, they’re very understanding of people like me who have dentophobia.(google says that’s the word for ‘fear of dentist’) they’re an awesome little family of dental professionals and I highly recommend to anyone:) (And I just keep going back!) I’ve been back a couple times since this post. Just finishing up all my backlogged dental work from avoiding the dentist for 10 years. I’m happy to report each time becomes easier;as the staff know about my anxiety and work really hard to ensure I’m comfortable. And nobody gives me a hard time for acting like a little baby.lol 10/10 highly recommend!

The staff were friendly and professional. Dr Gunderson was very thorough in examining my teeth and explaining procedures. He listened to my concerns and discussed options. Was very kind and professional. Would recommend highly!!

New in town, I called several dentist offices looking for a dentist that could help me with a freshly broken crown. From the first phone call, Christy made me feel important. She was friendly, knowledgeable and energetic. I had a special Insurance related concern and she was able to put me at ease and with a limited schedule, was able to get me right in. After examining the x-ray and the tooth, Dr. Gunderson assured me that my case was not an emergency and he gave me options for care and enough information that I felt confident to choose my best course of action. From this very first visit I feel comfortable and confident to say that this is my new dentist office of choice. And look forward to becoming established.

My dental hygienist was the most friendly and made me feel so at ease. Clean my teeth very clean...She is a people person. I was out of the chair in no time.

I haven’t seen a dentist in a handful of years and am struggling with a lot of decay. I was happy to be treated by an amazing hygienist, who had great conversation and was extremely nonjudgmental towards the state of my mouth. And the dentist was just as kind. Very professional and they both were understanding of my anxiety. Glad to have chose Silver Creek to come to after all these years of not having a dentist. Highly recommend.

I like how doctor Gunderson is so thorough with his explanations of what is going on and what needs to be done. The staff is so friendly. They also went out of their way to help me at a time where I couldn't. I can't thank them enough.

Very nice comfy place. The staff are very inviting and friendly.

I am not a big fan of visiting the dentist unfortunately, but this office makes it so much easier. Dr Gunderson is very gentle and understanding about the fear of visiting and is calm and professional. He tells you what he is doing and offers options to make procedures easier fur you. I also can’t say enough about his staff. The hygienists are exceptional. I now go every 6 months for cleanings which I hated doing before. . All of the staff are top notch including all of the receptionists and dental assistants. I love this office and have recommended them to everyone I know, including those who fear going to the dentist. They all love the office too.

Don’t bother with these people. I have anxiety, I got sick, I had bronchitis and strep and had to cancel two appointments so I didn’t get anyone sick, I had to cancel a 3rd appointment because of a Covid scare and had to stay home for at least 7 days. Now my partner misses ONE appointment, because he can’t cancel his appointment Friday-Sunday because you are closed, and you not only tell him to find somewhere else to go, you arbitrarily cut me off because he missed one appointment. Don’t ever go to these people. They don’t care about what you are going through, they only care about your job and if you miss appointments or not. They don’t give a rip about you being sick of not wanting to get other people sick.

Had a root canal done and he drilled deeper than necessary causing the drill bit to break off. It is still in there today. Dentist told me i could go to a specialist but my insurance wouldnt cover it. Felt like he didnt care.

Recommend people that will work with you better. I wish I would have scheduled with another place initially right now so I want to save someone the hassle in the future.

I haven't been to the dentist in a couple of years. I made an appointment with these guys and I honestly had the best experience ever! I have been to dentist across the country and Janelle did the most thorugh cleaning I've ever had! She didn't hurry through the process and ensured that it was cleaned properly. They have state-of-the-art x-ray machines that are digital and the patients can see instant results of the x-rays. The doctor was very elaborate in his explanations of everything. If you want a dentist that truly cares about their patients, then I would recommend Silver Creek Family Dentistry, hands down! I will be going back!

Silver Creek Family Dentistry is a great place for anyone to take there child too. They are really good with my 2yr old.

The team at Silver Creek is phenomenal. The office has an inviting atmosphere. The nurses are very professional and understanding to each patients needs. The Dr is the best I've ever been to. I had a wisdom tooth removed and he was gentle yet effective. I had no irritation anywhere but the extraction point. It was very fast also. I would recommend them to anyone.
