My son is been treated by Dr. Hurley and his team. He and his staff have been amazing. They are able to put the patient at ease before they work on their braces. Very professional and caring. When my son had an emergency while the office was closed, they sent staff in to resolve his emergency. I would highly recommend Dr. Hurley Orthodontist. Give them the highest rating.

Fantastic place! Wonderful people

I went to the Schaumburg location and they were always so friendly. I felt welcomed since the first time I went until I got my braces off. Their staff is amazing and I am grateful for the pleasant experience I had with my braces. I got them off sooner than expected as well.

Every single staff member here is outstanding! This place truly goes above and beyond with anything you need!

They offer Weekly scans to track your process which is really good. I appreciate them taking time to go over any concerns/ questions about treatment, the process or anything else.

We came in not wanting braces at all, and we left amazed by the technology and totally comfortable with the process

Very bad service! I went to this place today for appointment, front desk told me she needs my daughter’s previous record otherwise doctor couldn’t touch my daughter’s teeth, I was so shocked , nobody told me that first consultant needed record , this place even never noticed me that I should prepare or bring a record for first appointment ! In the end , I left this bad place and never come back again. Don’t go there, this place cost a lot, much more expensive than others. Scammers!!

I love this place and would recommend to anyone looking to get braces. Everyone is very professional, but fun. The place is always clean and I’ve never had to wait longer than a minute when in the waiting room.

Nothing but pleasant experiences. Incredibly kind staff who are more than willing to go over all the details. They are quite high tech but still able establish rapport with you. There's a warmth in their service. Went in for consultation for Invisalign and they made sure I understood everything. Made me feel better about the whole thing.

Smile Doctors Braces in Schaumburg was a wonderful experience. Every one of the team members was well-trained, enjoyable, patient, and GREAT with my 10-year-old. I was easily able to set up an emergency appointment once, when my son lost a tooth which was attached to a bracket. Dr Hurley is a class act & personally did a checkup on my son every visit after the expert techs finished their work. Dr Hurley is also the perfect calming personality for a child/young adult.

The HV Team rocks! Everyone always says hi, super friends and asks how I’m doing since the last time I seen them. They always go above and beyond to make sure I’m being well taken care of on my appointment dates. Honestly love their offices!!!

I’m so impressed how this office works. I had several friends refer me to Dr Hurley and now I know why! My daughters teeth are looking amazing and we are only half way thru treatment.

My overall experience with my metal braces treatment was great.. The staff is awesome and i couldnt have been recommended a better place. My ending result when my braces were taking off was from day to night. My teeth look good and i am a happy patient!!!

Smile Doctors by Hurley and Volk were excellent guiding me through the process of getting my braces. Visits were very quick and easy and most importantly pain free. The results after I got my braces off were perfect and I was very pleased with how my teeth looked, along with my jaw alignment. The permanent retainers also help keep the teeth straight and you don’t even notice they are there. Anytime I needed something fixed the staff was very nice and helpful and always had a smile on their face. I would highly recommend Smile Doctors by Hurley and Volk when getting your braces put on.

Friendly and caring, very sanitary

So far so good. Can't wait to see final results. Its gone along pretty smoothly. The Doc is really nice, professional, & accommodating. The staff is friendly. The place is clean. Never more than 5 min in the waiting room. I have no complaints at this point. I don't suspect I'll have any later. My dentist recommended this place. Sure glad he did. To date its been one year. A few more months and I'm done. Its amazing to see the movement of teeth. I didn't think aligners would work so well. Now when I see the old metal braces it seems almost barbaric LOL.

The staff is warm and welcoming! The doctor talks directly to the kids and makes them comfortable. Very happy with the experience so far with Dr Hurley and Dr Volt!

I am so glad that I took my daughter to this orthodontist office! My daughters teeth look wonderful, the office is so clean, the staff is so friendly, and when my daughter’s permanent retainer broke many years after she got her braces off, they not only gave her some in-house Invisalign to realign her teeth, they replaced her retainers! They have THE BEST customer service! ??

These guys are incredible! They make you feel you are in the best hands with all the tech and professionalism starting from the assistants, the admin team, the technicians (Stephanie is amazing!) and Dr. Hurley himself. They explain and show you all the options, what you can expect at the end of the treatment, costs, everything. They all greet you with a Smile (they got their brand name seriously) and make you feel like you are in Disney rather than at the dentist. Technically also top-notch, started my Invisalign treatment and everything works as they said. For people with little time like me, they manage all your progress via the app through pictures and sms so you don’t need to go except once every 2/3 months. Never seen anything like it!

Great service, kind, and friendly. The Schaumburg location is very modern and clean. I would recommend them to anyone that's considering getting braces.
