This office is great! The entire staff is friendly, they make sure you are in no pain at all and take care of the pain if you are!!

I hope to share my experience with everyone. I have been loyal here since they opened. I have paid thousands of dollars for myself and my family to have work done here. I had some work done and immediately it was hurting. I was told not to worry it should go away within a few weeks. Went in for a cleaning after. Brought it up again. Same thing. Same answer. I was told I needed to schedule an appointment to have it looked at. So I did. Meanwhile I have been sensitive to temperatures and pain. And this lasted for April 2 months. At my appointment the Doctor let’s me know I have a bad canal. And it was not anything he did. I would have to be referred to his Son. What is frustrating to me is that I had not had any sensitivity prior and had not experienced any pain. I have no problem ever paying for what I need. But this was over the top. To tell me you’re not responsible for creating a problem because of your work is not OK! I only take the time to share my experience so if anyone else may have a problem to speak up.

As much as I appreciate the care they provide 3 memebers of my family, this office is not in contract with Delta Dental PPO. Delta is only providing me about 90% coverage at Delta's contract rate, which is less than half of the rate of this office. This is unfortunate as it was described to my wife as covered expenses. The office was not clear with my wife. I am seeking affordable dental care elsewhere.

This has to be the best dental office in Maricopa.

My wife had an issue that causing her discomfort. We are retired without dental insurance. The office accepted her as a walk-in patient and took care of her issue. We intend to use this office for our dental needs. The office staff is outstanding and Doctor is the best.

I love the customer service at this place. Also the office is very clean and neat. I work at a hospital and I don’t like going to an unclean offices(which I’ve seen a lot) but this place is really decent. The dentist is also nice. He listen to my concerns and didn’t just do whatever he wants. I’m going back for an extraction so we’ll see. Will update soon!!! But so far I will definitely be coming back. From California to Arizona I may have found my dentist here.

Dr. Assadi is the reason I drive an hour away for dental work. She’s professional, precise, and careful. I’d highly recommend this office!

If I had known a root canal and crown were that easy to go through, I would have done the procedure alot sooner. Dr. Assadi is wonderful and love how she take pride in her work. I will definitely recommend her to family and friends.

I went there to have dental work done they told me how much my insurance would cover so I paid the difference. Months later I was billed approx 600.00!!! So I called them and was told that I should have known about how all the dental ins contracts work, the office manager said it was just an estimate! Only the word estimate was never used when I was there. I totally trusted them.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Woods for a checkup & cleaning. Prior to going this morning, they called to say, they were running late & if I could come 1/2 hour later. I was so appreciative of that courtesy. It was a short wait to be called in the exam room, with the hygienist. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I got lucky, at the time of the appointment, they had a special for a cleaning & checkup. They use state of the art equipment and the office was sparkling clean. I was there 2 hours, after having full set of X-rays. Also individual pictures of my teeth. Dr. Woods came in, very personable and professional and proceeded to explain in detail any problems I may have and the treatment plan. I left there feeling that this was a very positive experience! I will be returning soon, for one small filling to be replaced. I would definitely give Edison Dental in Maricopa a try. You will be happy you did!

I love this Dental practice. They are all pleasent,helpful and understanding.

I like the dentist. However, when you have a cleaning done there is an extra charge of $30 if the dentist comes in to check your teeth. I feel this should be included with your cleaning.

This Dental office never fails to amaze me, they all are so nice and professional. They take the time to explain everything in ways you can understand. One thing they are outstanding with is the way they go above and beyond to make sure you feel completely comfortable in a somewhat stressful situation, who really likes going to the Dentist, this office deserves 10 stars! I highly recommend them!!!

I came to Edison with a strong fear of dentist. I explained that to them via phone and the moment I walked in they made sure I was comfortable and kept making sure. Super friendly staff. They generally feel like they are happy to work there. Dr.Woods is awesome and extremely knowledgeable. Savannah my hygienist I think is what he title is was and is wonderful. I have had to get several crowns and other things done. They have made sure I understood my cost and what was priority to making sure I had a healthy mouth. The biggest and the reason I am happy to go back there is they never made me feel Judge or horrible for my mouth.

For the first time at a Dentist office I felt like all of the staff and Dr Woods really cared. What a fantastic feeling! I believe this office and staff want to see people with a beautiful smile. I asked them to make me cute again. I will definitely give them this opportunity.

I definitely recommend this Dental office. I've had unpleasant experiences in the past so I had some anxiety going in as a first time patient. The staff not only are very nice but definitely understood how I felt. They are amazing. Look forward to going back to continue care.

If I could give Dr Woods and his AMAZING Staff 20 stars ⭐️ I would do just that! I have extremely bad dental anxiety. Due to my bad experiences in the past as a child & adult. I let his staff know ahead of time of my worries. They made my dental visit the ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I highly recommend the Edison Family Dentistry!! Trust me when I say that I left the office calm, happy and satisfied with my visit. I’m forever a patient of Dr Woods!!

I love my dental hygienist. I never remember her name but she has long blonde hair and green/blue eyes. She is so nice and understanding and not judgemental at all.

I have updated my review to say when there was an issue with billing, they worked with me on it and I really appreciate their great customer service. My husband hates all dentists but he likes this one so that says a lot!
