Dr.Ponce and her staff is so kind and treated me very well. The cleanings and work I get done I am always very satisfied.

We stopped coming to this dentist. Every time we went in for a cleaning it was always a different doctor. On top of this, after going here for 2 years, I started getting calls from a shady agency claiming I owed money for 2 of my kids cleanings, yet my kids always had insurance and the front desk lady at the time said they would be covered. Which I’m sure they were because I took 5 kids in for cleanings and I only received bills for 2 of them! So forget it!! When I called the insurance company they said they never even received bills for the 2. So I took my family to another dentist where I don’t have to worry about getting ripped off! So keep an eye on your charges!!

Great place to have dental work done. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Cost of is reasonable.

Both Melissa & Nancy r awesome, very professional, & I’m so glad I have them as my dentist & hygienist. The young lady in the front is also very nice & helpful. Definitely a great team. Today I met the temp hygienist & she was great too, a very caring group of ladies.

Multiple cavities, cared for at once and was treated great! I was very nervous but was reassured they would make sure of my comfort & concerns throughout my procedure which they did. No need for my fears. Highly recommend.

Very clean and everyone was so kind except one lady. She was incredibly rude, the dental assistant. I already feel much better and the extraction was yesterday. All around good experience except that one assistant.

The staff was not up front about services being performed for a follow-up. Ended up getting a surprise bill. I would not recommend at all.

Very unhelpful receptionist. Won’t commit on wether or not they have time to fill a cavity. Condescending tone when I have a question about how my dental coverage will cover a potential visit. Very cramped waiting room. New cavity developed a month after a checkup. Shouldn’t that have been seen at the checkup? Unpleasant receptionist.

From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave every single staff was amazing! I would definitely recommend it especially for little ones.

The hygienist there is the best! I believe her name is Casey. She is so good with kids and makes it fun for them. She’s very nice, respectful and patient. She explained everything very well and made my cleaning a wonderfully experience! I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you are looking for a caring trustworthy hygienist.

My kids have been going to this dental office 5 years now. Not one issue until today. I have a 2 year old and two older children. The logical thing to do is see the child who’s appt was first being the toddler. Instead they take the two older ones first. Makes no sense to have a toddler wait an hour past his appt time and see him last. Especially if it’s his first dental visit. I am highly disappointed. Then the hygienist said not to wait so long between cleanings. Not that it’s there business but I had no insurance the last year for dental. In the mist of things there trying to reschedule me while my toddler was not happy from waiting so long in a small space. I did not reschedule and we will never go back! If you have kids under 5 I do not recommend this office. They are not very accommodating or apologetic by the fact they didn’t see my toddler first. I even made it clear when I called to make the appt., before the appt. and at the office. I’m very disappointed he has not seen the dentist and it was vital he did do today. He was not seen today and I’m very upset with the office. Which he did not and they acted like they could careless. NEVER GOING BACK!

They are the best dental office I have ever been to! They are very detailed with their explanations as to the work needing to be completed and no question is a stupid question! Everyone is very friendly - you will be amazed how much fun you have at a "dentist" office!

Dr. Daniels is very professional and extremely nice as is her assistant and all of her staff. They put you at ease and do great work.

I had a molar that needed to be removed (due to my neglect). I've had horrible experiences in the past so I was skeptical of ever trusting a dentist ever again. In this case it was not so.....they are very thorough in explaining procedures, gave me options of medical treatment without any pressure and when I felt the slightest discomfort, they did not hesitate to give me more novocain so I will feel at ease. My tooth cracked and didn't want to give. My roots were left in the cavity and were stubborn to come out. Dr. Daniels and the assistant never gave up. The effortless time they put into a simple extraction which wasn't so simple, made it very clear that they take pride in completing their work no matter what it takes. Thank you for all your hard work and having my pain go away.

Just had my first experience and it was great! The hygienist was very gental with cleaning my teeth, and took her time. She also took the time to explain to me what I was doing right and the little things I could do to improve my oral health with simple and easy to understand terms. Dr. Daniels is also great! Prior to my first visit, I was attending another dentist in Phoenix that I absolutely loved. However, after seeing how she and the staff treated my wife (severe dental anxiety), I knew I had to make Delicate Dental my new home. Thanks Delicate Dental! My teeth feel great!

Delicate Dental's staff is amazing. Very patient with anxiety issues and actually listens to the patient. Highly recommend. I already made my next appointment knowing they care about my concerns. Second review - Deep Cleaning and Root Canal. It went great! One time I threw up my arm during the deep cleaning and she immediately stopped and administered more novacaine . I never had a root canal before so I was very nervous. They kept me comfortable and answered every question I threw at them. Honestly, the worst part is the mouth piece to keep your mouth open, which isn't their fault .

My four-year-old son started complaining of a toothache yesterday (on Christmas, poor thing!) Everything was closed of course, so we called Delicate Dental first thing this morning and they were able to see him right away. And thank goodness for them!! The two ladies at the front greeted us with smiles and were very kind and helpful. We were first time visitors and found them with a Google search of nearby dentists. We didn't have a long wait before the doctor was ready for him. It was breaking my heart to see him in pain, but they were so good with getting him to laugh (even before the gas lol) and you can tell he was comfortable with the care he was receiving. I suffered a bad dentist experience at his age, so I was extremely impressed by how seriously they emphasized not wanting him have any fear at all. They are called "Delicate Dental" and fittingly so! The doctor explained to me exactly what needed to be done, and I thought for certain it would have to be one of those "come back another day" things, but nope! Within minutes he was getting his "baby root canal" and is now 100% pain-free! He's been showing off his "Spider-Man tooth" since we got home and when I asked him if he would be okay with going back, he happily said yes. I know that he will not be afraid to return because of the excellent treatment he received, and that means so much to me. This time yesterday my baby was crying in pain and now thanks to the wonderful doctor he is back to his regular happy self. I give 5 stars and highly recommend Dr. Daniels and her team. Thank you!

My daughter needed an emergency root canal. They saw her same day..received insurance authorization thr next and had her taken care of thr next day. She hates the dentist but they made her very comfortable and she felt harsly anything. Great experience and will use them again.

This dentist was recommended to me by a family member. They are great with kids. My kids love going to them.they always go above and beyond what you would expect. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I was very apprehensive going in for this treatment on my teeth. It has been a very long time since I've been to a dentist. The team at Delicate Dental put me at ease. I received excellent service and highly recommend them to anyone. I am sending my daughter Jlynn Geniac to them soon because I know she will receive superior care there. I also want to make sure I get my granddaughter there as well.

Delicate Dental fixed my issue, but... Thats about it. I had to have a tooth extracted I was kept in an incredibly old dental chair for over an hour while the dentist worked on someone else. I had an infection in my mouth she sent me home with no antibiotics I had to call back for them to do what they should have done in the first place.To make matters worse I have a $50 copay this office made me pay $113 and told me that I needed to come back the next day to pay them an additional $20. They NEVER submitted my claim until I called and asked why. Come to find out out I financially was only responsible for $78 of the entire bill. I feel this dental office is untrustworthy and unethical.

I had a wonderful first experience here. I was welcomed by a receptionist who was more than willing to help me through the paperwork process. Dr. Daniels was very thorough and professional and gave me my options for tackling my dental needs. My children are also seen by this doctor. My daughter loves Dr. Daniels demeanor and I will recommend all my friends to go to this office.

Took care of my fiance very well no complaints and very informinitive

I went in here for an emergency one day and they fit me right in. They took their time and explained to me what was going on and the treatment plan. I took both my daughters here and have had nothing but good experiences. They are a great team!

My first visit to this office. I had my teeth cleaned, x-rays taken and Dr. Daniels did my examination. I can not say enough how pleased I am by the total experience. From calling in making my appointment, the front office ladies were great, my hygienist did a great job with the x-rays and the cleaning. Dr. Daniels took her time with me discussing my dental needs and my questions. In the past I have not been able to find a dentist office that really cared for the patient. This is a great office. I highly recommend Delicate Dental.

They held true to their name....Delicate Dental was great and delicate on my sensitive teeth! I appreciated how each staff member was professional & polite. A big shout out to Anthony for how he handled a very nervous boy! I was waiting for my daughter's braces adjustment and I could overhear how he delicately spoke to the boy and calmed his nerves.

I recently had a dental emergency. Dr Gardner not only was able to fit me in but was very gentle in fixing my problem. Front office and support staff were all very friendly too. I will use this office as my dental office going forward.

Care was OK, but they keep billing for something NOT done. I'm told its taken care of then 2 years later they bill me again!

It's a little small but the staff make up for it with their enthusiasm & friendliness. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a staff that actually cares about what you have to say.
