Have absolutely no complaints & was an amazing experience during & after treatment. Highly recommend Dr Holmes & all office staff!! My second experience & won’t go to anyone else in this medical field!!!

The staff and doctor was great. I was not put to sleep because I did not have anyone to stay with me so they just gave me shots to deaden it and cut the rest of the tooth out. It took maybe 5 minutes at the most and did not feel no more than a little pressure but no pain and it was over. I would recommend them to everyone and if I need a oral doctor again I will call them first.

The front desk staff was very nice and courteous so was the Doctor and consultation Nurse but the Nurses who helped out with the procedure weren't very friendly and my bridge was placed back incorrectly so I had to go to my regular Dentist two days later to have another bridge made and reinserted which was very painful after having an extraction.

I have never been better taken care of in my life, Clark Holmes is the greatest, I want to personally thank Dr.Smith for giving me such great treatment, you were the Best, I was in misery and you took great care of me and I can't Thank you enough. Thank You VERY Much, Walter D.Adams

Dr Holmes is probably one of the best oral surgeons in Alabama. Extremely professional and great at what he does. I have had a couple of bad experiences by different surgeons and Dr Holmes has taken away the huge fear of having dental surgery. I recommend him highly. I had to have another tooth pulled this month that was crackled in the middle to the muscle and for the second time Dr Holmes was superior in making it a very easy experience during and after the surgery. The very nest oral surgeon. I think in the southeast.

Great experience and professional work and I am the person who 'hates being at the dentist' because of a bad dentist when I was a kid. Knocking on wood if I ever for some reason need dental surgery again I know who I am going to talk to.

It’s around 4:30pm and I had a sideways, painful stuck wisdom tooth removed here earlier today. My appointment was at 11:05am. I did most of my paperwork online. Filled out a few more consent forms and waited in the lobby for not even like 20 minutes before they had everything ready and it was my turn. From the receptionists, nurses and support staff here this was one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. And THE best dental/orth experience I’ve had. I have pretty significant dentist/orthodontist anxiety and the nurses and support staff never once made me feel like I was being annoying, extra or silly. I never felt embarrassed or anything like I have before at other clinics. After checking in I promptly got X-rays, a plan of action made by Dr. Holmes, I paid first (which was really nice because as soon as I was done and safe I was able to be quickly taken home by my boyfriend and we didn’t have to wait until I was done to pay.) Dr. Holmes was so kind, his confidence as well as his trust and confidence he had in his staff did a lot for my anxiety! Everyone there exuded competency. Now several hours after I am sitting comfortably in bed with my cats, watching tv, and eating some jello. I don’t think I could have had a better experience! Would recommend to anyone needing any services they offer! ? ? ❤️

Office staff, medical staff and doctor at Gardendale location have always treated me respectfully, been informative, kind and understanding. Great atmosphere. The facility is convenient, clean and up to date. I've had 4 visits there in the last 2 years with not one complaint. AAA+++ in my book.

They have very friendly staff and doctors. The waiting room and surgery rooms are very clean. My surgery went great and was quicker than I expected it to be. I will definitely go back if needed.

Excellent care by the staff on my recent oral surgery. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. I was impressed how they worked together so smoothly...right before I went under! They called to check on me the next day which I appreciated. Overall, I was pleased and thankful that this experience was much better than I was anticipating.

I did not wait long. The receptionists were pleasant. I had a #3 extraction with no pain afterwards. Postop day 2- still no pain. I highly recommend.

I was very please with the care that my son received. The doctors and nurses listened to me and any concerns that my son or I had. They are very good at what they do. They told me what to expect, and it happened exactly like they said it would. They called later on in the day to make sure everything was good. I would recommend them to anyone!

Everything went great. I was seen exactly at my appointment time and everybody was friendly and professional. I've had enough teeth removed in the past to know it's an awful experience, but my experience at Clark Holmes and Smith was the exact opposite. I experienced no discomfort during or at any time after the procedure. I know for certain how any future teeth of mine are going to be pulled. If you have any sort of apprehension having serious work done on your teeth, go to this clinic. You won't regret it

Dr. Smith and most of the staff was great! I had an issue with Teresa in billing (insurance) over the phone the morning of my procedure. She made a comment that put me in a bad mood, but the rest of the staff was so nice that I was able to look over the way she talked to me.

Dr. Holmes did an amazing job on my procedure. Had all four wisdom teeth removed 6 days ago and have not been in much pain at all. Everyone I’ve talked to about their experience with having their wisdom teeth removed has been shocked that I haven’t had much swelling or pain. All I can tell them is I must have had a great surgeon!

We love Dr Holmes! He has performed 2 different procedures and 1 surgery on my daughter and we have been pleased from start to finish every time. His entire practice was helpful, friendly and professional.

Dr. Holmes and his amazing staff took the best care of my child. My son had minimal swelling and pain after 4 wisdom teeth extractions. We were blessed to have the care of this team. There was no hassle scheduling the procedure. They gave simple & detailed instructions, called to follow-up with us after we were home, and made sure we had everything needed for postoperative care.

Holmes was awesome. I shopped around for the right surgeon, drove 3 extra hours and paid a bit more than normal. The results were worth every ounce of effort. The guy has a true professional competence like no one else in the south east. If you need oral surgery this dude is the one. I landed within millimeters of where he predicted. I finally have a bite I'm not ashamed of and desperately hiding. Thanks Dr Holmes, you changed my life!

Highly recommend for teeth extractions, they took good care of me. Very sweet and professional staff at this location, also clean place as well. Extraction - emergency.

They are very rude. They treat people on Medicaid like trash. They treat the people paying cash like gold. I hope my kids are never sent back.

I took my 15 year old son to have his wisdom teeth pulled. We had to fill out paperwork and wait outside because of COVID. When it was time to go in, our temperatures were taken and we met with the doctor to sign off on the procedure. I had to go back outside and wait. After they were done, they called me and told me he was ready. They rolled him out in a wheelchair and helped him into the car. They were nice and they followed CDC guidelines. I was very nervous for my son, but they made me feel at ease. I definitely recommend. We went to the Southside location.

We have been to the Gardendale location 4 times and fixing to schedule the 5th appointment. We’ve seen two different doctors. All of the staff has always provided top notch service! Procedures and process explained very well. Excellent with comforting small children.
