I can't believe that I am saying this, but the 2 Root Canals I had done last week were probably the easiest and least awful dental experiences I've had over the last few decades. It sounds strange saying it, because they were Root Canals, but these Dr. Kurtz and Jackie were amazing. They were incredibly attentive to me and made sure I was comfortable. They explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions. They checked in with me regularly throughout the process to see how I was doing. Both Dr. Kurtz and her dental assistant Jackie went above and beyond to make someone who really hates dental work feel comfortable. Going to the dentist is one of the few things that freaks me out. I don't like the sound of the drill, the smell of the smoke generated when getting a tooth drilled out, or the feeling of being effectively waterboarded while they flush the area. Jackie had amazing placement and control of the hoses and I didn't once feel or smell any of the above. I will certainly be asking for them when I need to return for my next procedure. You are in good hands at Dental Specialty in Marlton.

I have been coming here for a few years now & never am I disappointed! Dr. Saint Cyr & Jennifer are amazing at what they do! Never do I leave feeling pain or discomfort & they always make sure you’re feeling comfortable. The best!!

Everyone please go here the staff is the sweetest staff I’ve ever came into contact with!! I got all my wisdom teeth removed and it was my first time being sedated so I was SUPER nervous, Jennifer was calming me down the whole time until Dr. Cyndi Nguyen came in to sedate me they were so kind from start to finish.. Super professional, clean, they get you in and out on time I absolutely love them! Great experience seriously thank you guys so much!????

I cannot rave about the Dental Specialty Center enough! I originally was seen by Dr. Cyndi Nguyen for a wisdom teeth removal consult. I had been experiencing tooth pain for >1 week. She immediately knew that my wisdom teeth weren't the issue; it was one of my lower teeth that she suspected required a root canal. She had her root canal specialist, Dr. Elena Kurtz evaluate me that day and soon after, I had an amazing tech, Kymia, prep me for a root canal with Dr. Kurtz. The procedure was quick and pain-free. They took the time to make me feel calm throughout the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Kurtz for your dental needs--and if you get to work with Kymia, you'll have a smooth and easy experience!

Dr. Saint-Cyr and Jennifer are both a blessing. I entered their office in pain and left feeling much better and actually laughing because of their sense of humor and treatment they provided. Great professionals and people. They are understanding and efficient at what they do and do it with great care. I couldn’t recommend them any higher. Make The Dental Specialty Center your first choice, you will not regret it.

JACKIEEE!!! She is the bestttt! Even tho she was just the person to bring me to the back room, she made me feel soooo comfortable. Basically held my hand as I was shaking! Kept checking on me, she’s perfect! Canceled plenty of dentist appointments because I’m scared of the pain . Finally came in to get the root canal done , after the needle I didn’t feel anything. I definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else for a root canal!

Dr. Cyndi Nguyen is such an amazing oral surgeon!! I was blessed to have had her as my doctor. She easily calmed my nerves and followed up with me after my surgeries. She genuinely cares and I will always recommend her!! Thank you Dr. Nguyen.

Awesome music, oldies is where it’s at! The staff particularly Jennifer & Dr saint made me feel so safe! Which is amazing considering I’m terrified of needles and teeth drilling! Made an effort to make me as comfortable as possible including giving me sunglasses for my migraine and to prevent anything getting my eyes! Very professional funny and felt like family thank you ?

Came in on a Monday about my Wisdom Teeth had my surgery scheduled on a Friday. Told them that my pharmacy (Walgreens) was very slow at fulfilling prescriptions, they handed me my scripts so I can have them immediately after the surgery. Came in nervous about the surgery, told them im more worried about the anesthesia more than the actual surgery. They talked to me. Reaffirmed me then the next I know, I was out like a light. Since they game me my script adhead of time and explained to me how to take the medication. I have zero pain. Highly recommend.

Did not have a good experience! I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time. I had provided my insurance information in advance, and presented a referral per request and per insurance requirement. The receptionist refused to accept the referral because it did not have the Cigna logo on it, just my referring dentist. The receptionist said I needed to call Cigna. I did, and Cigna said the referral was fine. That apparently was not good enough for the receptionist. She would not let Cigna fax the approval she wanted the referring dentist to fill out a Cigna form. Cigna tried to accommodate. The referring dentist tried their best to fax. I waited 40 minutes for the receptionist to say they would not wait any longer and I would have to reschedule. Dental specialty center is not patient first! Not patient friendly! It’s ok for you to sit in pain and then tell you too late reschedule!!

Omg. This office is Awesome. Above & beyond. Totally recommending them. Ty for ALL you've done. Dr.Nguyen is THE BEST.

Everyone was extremely amazing. From the staff to walking in. To my nurse. And my amazing surgeon. They was very informative about everything they was Going to do to me even my post op instructions. I had an amazing experience. I truly love how my surgeon called me to check on me. She was amazing. Need work done make sure to see dental specialty center in maltron.

I like to say I had two root canals within a 2 week span. Dr. Saint-Cyr is a genius at what he does. I had no discomfort during or after the procedures. He has a very nice personality and and good sense of humor. His assistant Jackie was awesome she is wonderful at her job and makes you feel so comfortable ,it's like she felt my nervousness and helped me to calm down. Her and Dr. Cyr are a great team they really work well together. I'm hoping not to need anymore root canals any time soon but if I do I will not go anywhere else.

The last time I had a tooth pulled was 43 years ago. Its two days after surgery and the only thing that hurt so far was the blood pressure cup before anesthesia. Lol Wow! Thank you so much for teaching me how to stay pain free. You are amazing. I also appreciated the gentle atmosphere.

Recently had 2 root canals by Dr. Kurtz and her team. Great work and very nice people. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

I want to thank Dr. Nguyen & her staff, especially Jen, who was sooo AWESOME!!! Both Dr. Nguyen & Jen BOTH were very professional but also down-to-earth and went out of their way to set my mind at ease when it came to my oral surgery. I went into the office thinking I was going to get put to sleep for the procedure but due to my medical history I wasn't able to go under sedation. When I found that out, I immediately thought, there is no way I am getting this procedure done (7 teeth extracted) without sedation. Jen supported me the whole way!! She had such a positive outlook about everything, was very supportive & reassured me that Dr. Nguyen was the best & that I had nothing to worry about. When Dr. Nguyen came in the room, her awesome personality & comforting skills, locked me in. She even told the staff to let me pick the kind of music I like to listen to so that I would be more calm during the procedure :) So, I decided to trust them & let them pull one tooth under local anesthetic. Dr. Nguyen was AMAZING!! I didn't feel the injection at all (which stunned me because I have been to other dentists that hurt me when they injected the local) and she pulled my one tooth & I didn't feel anything, only a little bit of pressure, but NO PAIN!! The whole time she was working on me, she was talking to me and asking me questions to sidetrack me from the procedure & she even started to play her own music from her phone right in my ear so I wouldn't hear anything that was going on. Th experience I had, made me decide to get 3 more of my teeth pulled that day, only with the local & I felt NO PAIN at ALL!! Dr. Nguyen's tactics, funny personality & high experience level made me sooo pleased. I made another appointment without hesitation to come back & get the other 4 teeth done. Dr. Nguyen & her staff, were GREAT, 5 stars, hands-down! They made me feel like a person, not a patient & for that, I am forever grateful, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Dr. Saint-Cyr has handled a root canal procedure for me with great results. Over the years I have tried several different dentists and consider Dr. Saint-Cyr to be the best. He is professional, thorough and efficient. His assistant Jennifer was also a real cut above - professional and efficient. Thorough and pleasant. Easy check in and friendly front desk staff too! I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. SC and his team to family and friends.

Dr. Kurtz is my endodontist. I would not have it any other way. She is skilled, professional, and just the best at what she does. The office and staff are friendly and professional. The office is clean, clean, clean! Everyone is still wearing masks for your protection (and theirs.) Please respect Dr. Kurtz's time. She does need you to be on time. She respects your every need and suggests the best course of treatment. She even gives you her work cell to reach out if you have any issues and will see you promptly if you are experiencing anything abnormal after service. With that being said, please shoot to be early - or at least on time. I have had much dental work in my life. I have had many many root canals (and re-treatments on them.) She is the best I have ever had at administration of novacaine shots - that is for ease of pain with insertion, direct with targeting and getting you numb, and without damage to tissue causing any long-term ill effects. She is in and out on her procedures - she is so experienced that she really has it down. Very very precise in delivering effective treatment of high quality. Speedy recovery - I am giving her #1 in all areas - especially recovery time from treatment. I would like to add this last thing, because I want you to understand the relevance of my praise for her highest level of skill and professionalism: I very much usually prefer and trust highly in male professionals. I always prefer men to do my work, and even teach me. This is one female professional that exceeds in all areas. I give her the credit where it is due for one reason! Because it IS due. I went to My normal dentist for an extraction on an infected tooth. They messed with it and couldn't get it out so they sent me home and told me to find an oral surgeon. I was in severe pain and the infected tooth was bleeding. My wife called the dental specialty center as she has been there before and had a great experience. She explained the situation and they told me to come in immediately. I had no referral or anything but they understood the amount of pain I was in. Dr. Cyndi Nguyen was amazing. They got me back rather quickly to perform the oral surgery. They found a wisdom tooth pushing on the infected tooth and abcess that my Nirmal dentist never mentioned. They took both out and gave me the appropriate prescriptions. If it was not for them, I would be in extreme pain right now. She was caring and understood the tooth needed to come out ASAP and did not just send me home in pain to suffer for a few more days. My wife was right, the beat experience with with oral surgeon ever. We also take 2 of our children for orthodontics here and it's been great. Thank you Dr. Cyndi, you really helped me today and I appreciate it!

Brought my little sister here for her appointment at 9:20. Came to check in at 9am. It is now 10:26am and she’s just sitting in a cold room, no numbing, no updates, all delays. As a healthcare provider, I understand being short staff, however I believe it’s important to be aware and improve the flaws of patient care. A simple pop-in saying theres a delay, running behind, perhaps ask if they’re okay. Staff is rude, have side convos among each other. I’m giving 2 stars for the fact the young lady at the reception desk is cleaning frequently used items. Will update review as this appointment continues as it is now 10:33 and only a rubber dam has been applied and the she has disappeared right after, no word on what’s going on. Update at 10:46, procedure has finally started (1 hour and 20 minutes later of scheduled appointment time)? Update at 11:23, root canal is complete. Can’t believe the wait is this ridiculously long for a 30 minute procedure. Glad it’s the last appointment!!

People were nice ,; doctor insisted on an 3-d X-ray which I ended up not needing , so cost me near 300 , never looked in mouth at my tooth , which I was there for root canal ,,, feel like I got take advantage of a little

I lie to you not I had 4 wisdom teeth removed at once and a little root removed where I had lost another yet I was fully recovered and back to normal not even 2 weeks later. These people are the best at what they do God bless.

The owner here is amazing, and so is his helper, they worked right through their lunch break to do an emergency root canal on my tooth which has been bothering me for a while, dr. saint cyr and jennifer were there names, I'll never forget them helping me, and I just got my wisdom teeth pulled by the oral surgery side of this places department and they did a fantastic job, I forget her name and I don't want to get it wrong but they did fantastic, also I have another root canal coming up with dr. Saint cyr and that should go great, so happy I went here

No exaggeration, this is the best Dental office I have been too. I was in an unfortunate accident causing me to need multiple visits to try and save my teeth and pretty smile! They explain EVERY step they are doing thoroughly, answering all my questions with patience, making sure I am feeling okay before, during, and after the procedure. I feel as though they go the extra mile to do everything they can for the patient. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist and they have helped me be at ease. They are helping me get through this time and I am extremely grateful for them. I recommend 10/10 !!

Had a tooth extraction and a bone graft. Dr. Cyndi Nguyen was excellent. The whole team took excellent care of me and every step was explained in advance. A excellent 5 star experience.

Let me just say, wow! I recently went through a traumatic experience at a different dentist and was referred here to get fixed up and Dr. Kurtz was AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable and really cared about what I previously went through. She made sure every touch and every movement that I was okay. Her assistant (I don't remember her name) was amazing, too! I was very very happy with my overall experience. Highly recommended!

I have gone there 3 times for root canal and used Dr. Kurtz each time. She always does an AMAZING job on my teeth and she is a doctor who truly cares and is very nice. I went there today and her assistant was excellent too! She always made sure I was comfortable and just went the extra mile for me. Jennifer and Debbie was extremely nice and helpful towards me. I have extremely bad anxiety and they made me feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Saint-CYR was very calm and straight to the point he came in did what he needed to do and before you know it was all done. I have thee absolute worst fear of the dentist and they made my experience wonderful. They were kind, patient, and very courteous ❤️

Probably the best and most up to date dentist center ive ever been to that accepts my insurance. Like this place so much I wish they had more locations. But as for this one Endodontist Dr. Saint-Cyr does an amazing job, extremely friendly and what's even better is that he's extremely effecient. Him and his crew make you feel comfortable, explain what's happening and why it's happening, and guide you through the whole experience. Getting a root canal has never been so easy than going here! It's a beautiful office. The front desk workers are amazing too. The person who assisted me the most was a woman named Jennifer that works there. A true professional, takes the time out to be their for the patient and I appreciate her so much. No one likes getting their teeth worked on but she made it super easy to handle. The phrase"it's hard finding good help" doesn't apply here. From the front door, to the back rooms the entire place is full of great help. If you have a choice please go here. If you have Medicaid and your options are limited please go here, you will not find a better place! Don't even think about it, book your appointment as soon as you're done reading this sentence.

Very beautiful building inside and out, staff there were very warm and friendly. Dr. Saint Cyr saw me and gave me the clearest and most accurate explanation as far as what my diagnosis is, and what’s the next best steps to take moving forward. He’s very knowledgeable and informative and led me in the right direction. Definitely a place I would strongly recommend.

I had a root canal done by Dr. Saint-Cyr and I felt no pain at all! The procedure took about 25 minutes and I left feeling great. Days later and still no pain. Thank you so much!

I’ve had a lot of work done on my teeth over the years and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Dr Nguyen-yen was caring, gentle and competent. Her assistant, Linda, made me feel at ease immediately and was very reassuring. My comfort was a priority to them. I would highly recommend!

I had 3 teeth extracted yesterday and I remember walking in and being so scared. Oh how that changed quickly. EVERYBODY was so nice and welcoming...Holding good conversation to distract me from whats about to happen...I remembered them putting sunglasses on me and that was it... I woke up, I'm guessing about an hour later feeling no pain. Slept the whole ride home. Later that day Dr.Cynn (I believe was her name)gave me a personal call just checking on me if I had any questions and how I was feeling. I hope I won't need another tooth pulled but if I do I will be back here. I GIVE U GUYS 6 STARS BECAUSE ENOUGH 5 STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH!!!

I barley leave reviews but I felt so comfortable at this office that I had too leave a review. I get really bad anxiety about procedures especially since this was my first time doing anything like this. The girls at the front desk were so welcoming and so sweet. The dental assistants made me feel so comfortable and so welcomed and it eased my anxiety so much. Dr. Nguyen was amazing and she did a really good job, I felt so pain and it was an in and out process. I recommend anyone who is nervous about procedures to go here or just to go here in general because it really was the best experience i had. Thank you to the team for giving me such a good experience!

The endodontist was fabulous.The assistants were very professional. I do not take pain well.I had to have root canal.I felt NO PAIN .I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone

Excellent experience. Great customer services, cultural sensitivity. Very clean and using appropriate asepsia while working with the customer. Dr Nguyen is so wonderful (I have history of PTSD with dentist, and she made the experience so great that I don’t even felt pain from my local anestesia while having an extraction) Her treatment , compasión and skills to release my anxiety were outstanding. .!! She is down to earth, humble and very professional. Her assistant Kristy also was very helpful , compassionate and supportive. The office staff were welcoming and pleasant. I recommend the practice highly!!!!!?

Hello, I recently got 4 wisdom teeth pulled out this past Friday and it’s only been four days and I feel great!! The staff was very professional and they made me feel safe and comfortable during my procedure, I didn’t feel a thing and it went by very fast!! I totally recommend everyone to come here for teeth removal or any other procedures that need to be done!! This is a very clean, professional environment and I really enjoyed my experience!!

I am so glad that I chose this practice even though it was over an hour drive for me! I had, unfortunately, a lot of dental work done over the years and this was the best experience. The practice is clean and well run, it is equipped with new technology and has trained staff. Dr Kurtz and her assistant Kymia were professional and pleasant, explaining every step of the process. I had no pain whatsoever during or after getting a root canal (unheard of for me!), also discomfort was minimal during the procedure and after. If only all offices and doctors were like this!

I came to see him today doctor Saint CYR On the date of January 26 2021 after going to other places where they terrified me with physical pain while performing the procedures and worry mentally completely bad experiences at these places but with Dr Saint CYR he assured me I would feel no pain and I would be ok and surely enough it was like that he also decided to do a tooth not scheduled to be done but he did it cus he said it was a emergency and needed to be done so relieved to have all my tooth headaches gone thanks to him I’m and his assistant Debbie she very kind superiorly satisfied with his work thank you doctor Qiero dar las gracias a doctor spencer por su profesionalismo terapia de nervio or root canal en 2 de mis dientes por fin encontré el doctor correcto en root canal gracias a su assistant Debbie Ella calmo mis miedos y nervios muy agradecida con el doctor y su assistant los recomiendo a cualquier que necesite Endodontics.

I usually don't write reviews but in this case, I felt in my heart to do so to shine upon excellence when necessary. I went in last Wednesday for 2 teeth removal which as my first surgery ever. My nerves were up and I was just all over the place with my emotions. I met a lady who took my x-ray and she just calmed my spirit. Then, a Hispanic lady (LOVED her personality) was speaking to me along with another young lady who allowed me to watch a video and walked me through the process of EVERYTHING! I couldn't believe how professional and caring the staff was and you could tell everyone with whom you come in contact with genuinely wants to be there and care for you. The Dr.? Ah pure magic and lite hands, she took my nerves away and I can remember was her saying Nite nite to me. She even went out of her day to call me in the evening to check up on me? Seriously....who does that? Someone that CARES and LOVES their job. It has been four days since I have had 5 teeth taken out and even though the pain is tolerable, I have not had any swelling, don't really feel that much pain, and am grateful to have this problem taken care of. To the staff and doctor, thank you so much for the care, compassion, and expectational work ethic you portray when it comes to the patients and putting their safety first.

Had a really good experience here. Dr. Kurtz did a great job with my root canal and I experienced zero pain during procedure and very little soreness after. I didn't even need any Ibuprofen which was surprising.

I came here to get all of my wisdom teeth removed in 2018. They used anesthesia and did not dose it properly causing me to still be able to feel them pull them out which was just a horrible experience. Then they proceeded to rush me out of the building when I tried to say something. Get home, in major pain, they prescribed me ibuprofen 800 which I was already taking regularly for a previous injury. When I asked for something stronger because I literally just had my wisdom teeth ripped out of my mouth and was in agony, the woman on the phone acted like I was fishing for drugs. I would have liked to have never stepped foot back into this building in my entire life. 0/5 stars if I could.

Dr. Cyndi Nguyen and her staff are excellent, extremely professional, empathetic and caring. My daughter had 3 surgeries with Infinite the staff as soon as you walk in make you feel very welcome and caring. During Covid this staff still goes out of their way to insure every patient is safe including the fact each pen that is touched gets wiped down before being used again. Dr. Nguyen fit our daughter in next morning after reviewing her situation, can you be here 6 a.m. tomorrow? We can’t thank Doctor, her staff and the front desk enough for their professionalism, and care. Thank You!!!

Got my wisdom teeth out at Precision Oral Surgery today, Dr. Nguyen was absolutely fantastic. I was under anesthesia and did not remember the procedure. I woke up with little - no pain and have been feeling great! I sincerely thank the staff, nurses and of course Dr. Nguyen !

I have nothing but great things to say about Precision and appreciate the hard work used to keep there patients as well as thereselves safe through this pandemic. I got 4 wisdow teeth removed and the whole process from checking in to finish was perfect and a complete success. The customer service for the whole staff team was 100% excellent and the wait time was not long (about 30 minutes). I would highly recommend Precision to others and will definitely be willing to return if needed. Thank you for everything you guys did for me

I have nothing but great things to say about this center. If I could I would give it 10 out of 5 stars. I was suffering from severe tooth pain and was told to come in, as a new patient, immediately. I received immediate care and relief during my partial root canal by Dr. Kurtz and her assistant Alli. Instantly I was pain free, and my recovery was crazy easy. I did not even need to take the pain medicine after! I came back still in zero pain two weeks later and the root canal was finished by Dr. Kurtz and her assistant Jackie. I felt zero pain during this whole process. It was by far the best experience one could ever hope for. I was scared prior hearing how root canals are, but sitting through this appointment was a piece of cake. Also, Dr. Kurtz gives out her personal cell # in the event you feel pain afterwards or have questions/concerns. I love that she does that because it gives you that assurance after the appt. It shows she really cares about her patience. I am so thankful for how amazing everyone in this office was !

This may be long- but worth the read. So, I had 3 wisdom teeth, one impacted. I am a complete chicken when it comes to the dentist (I’m talking I need laughing gas during a basic cleaning because I get so scared), so when it comes to pulling teeth? Oh he** no. BUT, over the past 72 hours, the one wisdom teeth began to heavily press against the nerve causing severe pain in my jaw. I needed to get them out, and needed to do it FAST. I called today (Monday morning at 9am) explained the severity of the situation, and I had them out by 10am the same day. THE NEGATIVES: The front office workers are completely and utterly rude. The ladies that wheel you back out to your vehicle told me I shouldn’t be talking or crying because I would scare everyone else. Like excuse me?? Did you just have 3 teeth pulled??? I’m not screaming, I’m talking and trying to make sense of what happened. I’ll cry if I want to. Extremely rude, demeaning, and made the whole experience a bad taste. THE POSITIVES: Absolutely outweigh the nasty front office ladies. The surgeon was AMAZING (Dr. N). She held my hand while she injected the anesthesia and spoke so softly and gently. The surgical nurses were hilarious, kept me calm, and acted like real humans, not robots. Let’s be honest, the only reason this place is getting a 5 star review is because they ROCKED the surgery, awesome surgical staff, and healing without a problem. If only the front office could take notes from the surgical team. Lesson to be learned, all in all this place is great. You’re really coming in for the surgeon/surgical staff, not the front office ladies. Please get past them and you’ll be so thankful because the surgical team is AWESOME!

I had to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out I was super nervous, the day of surgery Dr. Cyndi Nguyen and the nurses made me feel very comfortable and did a great job I totally recommend!

Where do I even start !!!! I was in excruciating pain due to a bad infection and of course super nervous to be having oral surgery !! Kristy was amazing so sweet kind caring and compassionate. She told me everything I needed to know she gave me so many details and made sure I didn’t have any questions unanswered ! She made me feel a lot better about having the oral surgery ! D.R. Nguyen (❤️❤️❤️) omg I have never ever been seen by a dentist like her. She is just simply amazing. Not only at what she does but how she is as a person. You can tell she cares about her patients ! She didn’t rush she spoke to me the entire surgery and helped me understand everything she was doing ! She was extremely warm hearted and kind and gentle! The procedure was completely painless.. I can’t thank them enough for making this so easy and calming for me. I would definitely recommend the dental specialty center.. they are amazing people overall !! The office is super clean and nice ! And all the staff was pretty amazing from The moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave !! ❤️❤️❤️ Thankyou !!!

Horrible! I got my root canal done by Dr. Spencer Saint-Cyr. He did the root canal and I was ok that day. However, that Saturday, I experienced INTENSE pain to the point where I was in tears and didn’t sleep all night. I called the office hoping to be provided with an emergency answering service. They do not have that which I thought was weird because I called other endodontists in the area and they did. I had to go through the entire weekend in pain and was miserable. They called me Monday after receiving my voicemails and scheduled me in for a couple days later. When I got there, I was so happy to be in and get it taken care of. However, Dr. Saint-Cyr just told me he had to go in and redo it but it wouldn’t be that day. He prescribed me Percocet for two weeks (because that’s when they could get me in). I am a mother and can’t just be taking that strong of a pain killer, especially for that long because I can’t drive with it. I called them back a few days later and said I really honestly can’t wait two weeks and can’t take the Percocet so I’m still in pain. They told me that Dr. Saint-Cyr was out sick but called me the next day and said he would actually be in so they told me to come in 9:30 the next day. I, once again, was ecstatic to feel normal again. I showed up at 9:30 and they had me fill out paperwork and I waited. After 10 minutes, the girl called me up to the desk and said “sorry, but he actually called out sick”. WHAT THE HELL??? I was in disbelief. Why didn’t they call me and tell me that before I got there? Then they have the audacity to tell me he won’t have availability for another week and a half because he was going on vacation soon. Good doctors DON’T let their patient go that long in pain. Good doctors squeeze you in because they care about you. I had to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket because of him. I really hope people read this before thinking of going here. I was fooled by the 4.4 star reviews which I’m sure are a result of the size of this practice and the many specialists they have working there. Beware.

During this Covid situation I go nowhere and I trust no place. I'm a senior and I don't even go to the food store to get my essentials. When my tooth flared up and I needed my old wisdom infected tooth out I was a mess. Just the thought of going somewhere not to mention a DENTAL office where my nose and mouth would be totally open. I am a total scarecrow regarding this pandemic and I believe in being smart and safe. Well, I was totally impressed with this entire office. Trust me, I know about the temperature checks everywhere, masks, etc but this place was immaculately clean and I loved how they had two waiting areas. I felt safe the entire time not to mention that I was dealing with the most professional staff and team. I'm a senior so this isn't my first rodeo regarding medical offices and centers. From start to finish I was totally impressed with everything and everyone. The team couldn't be any more professional and Dr. Nguyen is a 'Tooth Whisperer" - I had a totally infected wisdom tooth and she took it out and three days later my jaw is not sore or swollen or bruised. She was quick, thorough, painless and her staff was incredible. If I could give this office ten stars I would in a heartbeat. I'm a fussy old lady with lots of years of complaints and extremely high expectations and this office just shines! State of the art in every aspect and a compassionate group that works so well together! Awesome and will recommend with the highest exultation!

I'd been putting off having my wisdom teeth removed for a very long time. The thought of being put to sleep freaks me out, and I have a VERY low tolerance for pain. I'm so glad I chose Dr. Cindi T. Nguyen to perform my procedure. I can honestly say that I did not have any pain, and did not have to take any pain meds after the procedure or the days following. Dr. Nguyen is AMAZING, and her staff was wonderful. Everyone was so nice, made me feel completely safe, and calm. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen as she is excellent at her job and cares for her patients.

I was nervous about taking my adult son who has special needs to a new place but Dr. Ngyuen was fenominal. The entire staff were very professional and pleasant. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone. One of the best experiences I have had and my son said he will go back and that's a plus?

Dr. Cyndi Nguyen was sensational and so was the staff. I saw a couple of reviews that were bad before I went there; but it certainly wasn't the case with me. They whisk you from one room to another (8 rooms in all) and you think you are in a spacecraft with all the crazy machinery talking to you etc. OK, you've heard enough. Don't ever threat the words "Oral Surgeon" again. I needed one the end of last year and just because I didn't get a call back I went to a "butcher". Live and learn.

Dr. Cyndi Nguyen and her oral surgery team ARE fantastic, during this time of social distancing etc they are very informative, caring and compassionate toward your surgical need. They treat you as a person , not like a number on their schedule. Five stars for service and human relations.

I had some personal issues going on and missed an appointment or two and the last one my late boyfriend had made for me but died before remembering to tell me about it. I had made it to one on time might i add and ended up having to reschedule after sitting in the waiting room for literally 5 hours! I got there at 930 it was 3 when i decided i couldnt wait any longer. I triedd making another appointment since i missed the one i rescheduled only now its an emergency im having alot of pain and a chipped tooth and was told i missed a total of 3 appointments and they will no longer see me. I didnt even know about the 3rd appointment! I tried explaining and they just got rude and hung the phone up. I can sit and wait in your waiting room for 5 hours and not be seen when i showed up on time but you can't make an exception given the tragic untimely passing of the person who made my appointment and now emergent situation i have with my teeth? Horrible!

I was able to receive an appointment with little lead time. The team was professional and kind from the front test to the doctor. I’m already feeling better after having a root canal yesterday.

My first impression of The Dental Specialty Center was very nice and everyone was very professional from my time I came in to schedule my surgery to the day I actually had my surgery. On the day of my surgery everyone made very comfortable through the hole procedure even when I went home.

If you have nothing better to do and want to waste 3 or 4 hours of your day just to be told they cant proceed and fix the issue you came in for than this is the perfect place for you. 1 star is even too kind for this place. Completely unprofessional staff all around. Also not to mention i was sent home with nothing done AFTER they finally called me in the room, stuck needles in my mouth and held my mouth open with some device for almost half an hour.

I would like to thank and highly recommend Dr. Cyndi Nguyen and her surgical team for their excellence in oral surgery and diagnostic skills. I had an infected wisdom tooth removed that I had to be put under general anesthesia as it would have been to painful to remove otherwise.She also discovered with a 360 degree X-ray that I had an implant that someone else did ,that had dislocated into my sinus cavity that had been causing me sinusitis for some time that no one else had discovered .She recommended an ENT surgeon to resolve the problem and printed out his bio . I arrived early in morning was greeted by her surgical team , taken to a state of the art surgical room where they explained everything they were doing and what to expect. They carefully set me up to be monitored while under anesthesia and made me very comfortable. Dr. Nguyen arrived and before I knew it everything was done. No pain during or after. She did a beautiful job and in just a couple of days it has healed wonderfully. She also called me later that day to see how I was feeling. Can’t say enough !

Dr. Cindy Nguyen and her team were so informative about the whole procedure. She was very gentle, and took care of me almost as good as my mom. As a matter of fact, I did my wisdom removal this morning, and Dr. Nguyen just called me now around 9pm to check on me. Very different experience than my first removal done at another clinic. I highly recommend.

The front desk staff along with the dentists assistants were really great. I would have given 5 stars but the doctor I had working on me was so ruff. I am so afraid of needles and the way she punched the needle into my mouth extremely aggressive. It Defintely has made me not even want to go finish getting the work done on my mouth. I’m looking for another endodontist to continue the work.
