Dr Sandberg and Dr. Vidya and all the staff are excellent and professional. I required a quick appointment for a dental issue and was seen promptly the next day. Dr Vidya addressed my issue and explained her plan to repair the affected teeth. She made me feel at ease and I look forward to ongoing appointments. I recommend this practice highly.

I love going to Dr. Sandberg's office. He is very caring with a knowledgable staff who are always up to date about you and your family. I was saddened when he said that he was dialing it back and bringing in a partner, but I have been to see Dr. Vidya twice now, and one can see why Dr. Sandberg chose her. She is just as caring, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. Best of all, same excellent service!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sandberg’s for nearly 28 years. The office is efficient. The entire staff is friendly, and most importantly, skilled. I have been a patient here since I was in high school. I’m now in my 50’s and all I can say is Thank God for Dr. S. I have PTSD from dental work as a young child, and Dr. S goes to any lengths to calm me and get me through whatever work I need done. I recently broke a molar and needed a crown. Went there today and was done in 90 minutes, and had a follow up appt for my permanent crown before I walked out the door. Very professional. Very caring. Will be a client for many more years to come. Highly recommend.

I'm a former dental hygienist. Hub & I have been coming to Dr. Sandberg for nearly 2 decades. I'm even more impressed with this practice since Covid-19 started. I've since been in for a cleaning, to complete my dental implant, & other procedures. There have been many changes including: -Requiring patients to fill out a Covid checklist online within 24 hours of your appointment. -You must be wearing a mask to enter. -The staff helps to keep patients distanced. -Those who are treating you wear 2 proper masks along with a face shield &/or goggles. -The treatment rooms are properly maintained. They're ventilated with window fans yet the temperature of the room remains comfortable. There's an addition to the ventilation system that continuously disinfects & circulates the air. Extra time is allotted between appointments to properly clean the rooms & allow for the disinfectant to remain wet on surfaces for enough time to be effective, a step many average people don't pay attention to let alone adhere to. How many times have you cleaned an item with soap & water, dried it, sprayed it wet with Lysol, let it sit soaked for 10 minutes, & then wiped it down? -The reception area is behind plexiglass. There is information on these things & so much more, such as all the extra steps that the staff are doing, on the website. Once there at the top of the page click onto "Covid-19 Health And Safety Notice-Please Read". Here are just a few of the things I've appreciated before Covid that continue: -Personable staff. They take time to talk with you when needed. I was able to pick Dr. Sandberg's brain regarding different implant materials & concerns not just in the office but via phone & email as well. I was super nervous & becoming overwhelmed by online information yet he never made me feel like I was being a pain or ridiculous. He also mentioned seeing an oral surgeon for my implant as an option as there one can get "put under". Mentioning this option to me enabled me to not feel guilty if I'd done so. I didn't & am glad because it was nothing compared to the extraction which was a slight step above nothing. A true nothing burger, so to speak, both physically & emotionally. -Knowledgeable staff that works to be up to date. Dr. Sandberg has furthered his education & experience as a dentist & instructor. As a result you can get more than the basics done here. He handles cosmetic & surgical procedures as well, such as dental implants as previously mentioned. Being up to date applies to his equipment & technique also. For example, he gently wiggles your cheek just before & during your anesthesia injection which very much decreases your chances of discomfort (each time I barely felt any let alone pain). In addition, while he inserts the needle in you as usual he uses a device that injects the anesthesia. Using it instead of doing it manually enables a consistent metered, slow, & steady injection which also lessens your chances of discomfort. -You can be reminded of your appointment then confirm it via text instead of phone if you choose. -There are tvs with Netflix in the treatment rooms. -Music plays that isn't bad. -The hygienist schedules your next cleaning at the end of your appointment.

Definitely satisfied on two visits now. Hadn't been to a dentist in a decade because of a few bad experiences. This is the first time I have felt comfortable with a dentist ever, and I have no negative feedback.

I have been going to Dr. Sandberg for years and I have always had very positive experiences. He and his staff are so nice and definitely care about their patients. I trust them completely with my oral health. If you need dental work done or just are looking for a new dentist, Dr. Sandberg is the one to go to! He is extremely good at what he does and his staff are excellent as well. If you have anxiety with going to the dentist, Dr. Sandberg and his staff are very sensitive to this and will go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience possible.

He took the time to speak with me over the phone during peak COVID and made sure I knew all of my options while having an issue. I am more than happy with them.

Coming to the office, I never feel anxious or uncomfortable. Dr.Sandberg does excellent job, very attentive to every single detail, gives you clear instructions for post procedure care, checks on you with a follow up phone call at the end of the day after the tooth extraction. Best dentist ever, soon I will be 66 years old, I’ve been to so many dentists in my lifetime started at the age of 25 in New York and New Jersey it was nothing but disappointments, until two years ago upon surfing the internet, I stumbled into Dr Sandberg page I made an appointment within a year, Dr Sandberg restore my smile with confidence, beside the birth of my 2 kids and 1 granddaughter, I can surely say that’s was an other blessing from the sky. Although, my insurance didn’t cover the fees, I have no regrets, the result is “priceless.”

i NEVER write reviews. but the public needs to be warned. STAY AWAY. NOT worth it. after reading excellent reviews about this office, i decided to give this a try. My first visit, i left feeling SO good about my choice. Dentist was knowledgeable and made me feel extremely comfortable. Thats about where that ended. The new receptionist girl who took over for the previous one (who was great) is an absolute DISASTER. the communications between them, the insurance and the clients are horrendous. The system they run over there is pretty much trash. Instead of coming up with pre-estimates for my treatments, they went ahead and did procedures before contacting my insurance, and gave me a random 'average' amount to pay for my services. I called over 5 times to ask that they please contact my insurance for pre-estimates as the amounts i was paying were getting ridiculous. First $200, then $400, then i was told i owed $500 next time and still had an ongoing bill of over 2k. I called my insurance right away and the EOBs and charges showed did not match the amount i had paid. not even close. after TWO MONTHS of back and forth, it was FINALLY confirmed that they owed me HALF of what i paid them BACK. How exactly is the payments an estimate when i overpaid by 50% for my services?! and what office IGNORES requests for pre-estimates, performs procedures without consent, and does not come up with a dental PLAN to work WITH you and your insurance?! never in my life will i return to this place. Its a free for all and you pay whatever amount they think they want you to pay. I was told that i would get a 'credit' on my account for any overcharges. Who wants a credit on their dentist account? LOL i didnt realize dentists were a 'OVERpay us now and we will CREDIT you later on' operations. The switch got flipped REALLY quick when i started questioning the payments. Emails and phone calls were being ignored, and when I did get Cindy on the phone, she would dismiss me quickly saying she was with another client. Don't let the high pitched, annoying, fake bubbly voice fool you. They are running a con operation and a complete disaster of an office there. If you go there, you will overpay and be screwed because THEY cant get their act together. The dentist and staff quickly refused to service me once i started asking questions and presenting them with physical statements from my insurance. They still choose to insist they were correct. and when they realized they had messed up, i had to fight for the check that was eventually mailed out to me of the money i overpaid. Services were held against me because in TWO months, they couldn't get their act together and come up with the correct amounts that i was suppose to pay. Completely horrendous experience. Yeah, the dentist is 'good'. But there are plenty of other places to go where you won't be paying random amounts of money for services and being dismissed and ignored when money is owed to you. The front desk receptionist and the disorganization that led to me being charged DOUBLE for my services is NOT worth the 'good' work this dentist does. STAY AWAY from this place if you are looking for an honest, professional and moral office. You WILL overpay. and they won't do a single thing about it until you ask questions. and then MAYBE they will write you a check 2.5 months later.

I am so thrilled that I found Dr. Sandberg. That was a little over a year ago. I have had nothing but excellent experiences: lots of work on my teeth but absolutely no pain whatsoever at any point in time. He’s calm and puts up with my questions and strange sense of humor. I’ve told him already but I will say it here, I consider him a Godsend!!

Other dentists have recommended procedures simply to earn extra money. Not only will he never do that, but he has told us when these procedures are unnecessary, and has saved us a fortune!
