I had such a great experience (who says that about the dentist?!). The staff were personable and took thoughtful COVID precautions. I have never had a dentist so enthusiastic about getting my teeth cleaned- and after almost two years since my last dental visit (working in healthcare during the pandemic sidelined my self care for too long) I was braced for a lecture. Instead I got personalized, thoughtful care. I have found my permanent dentist, for sure.

Exceptional service, very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. I’m not a fan of the dentist in general but there’s none other I would rather go to.

Had my first appointment (cleaning) with them and they were absolutely fantastic. Staff was very communicative throughout the whole process and appeared to have good COVID19 procedures in place. Will happily go back.

Love this practice! Dr Burgess has such a calm demeanor. The hygienist Kristi is the absolute best, gentle yet thorough, especially with our special needs daughter. Also, Justin & the front office staff are super friendly & professional.

First of all, I cannot say enough about Justin who does his job with the utmost professionalism, while being hospitable. I had a cracked filling and he worked for days to fit me in and he did. I love Dr. Fongsam. Working during a pandemic is difficult enough. But she squeezed me in and worked tirelessly by herself to save my tooth. (Her assistant had already scheduled a family trip and the Dr. did everything on her own. And my procedure was not an easy one.) This is my second time at the office and each and every time I have been greeted graciously by the entire staff. sandy Spring Dental goes above and beyond, but it is just what they do.

The dentist, Carole and the hygienists are so nice and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend this office!

I am very happy with the service and have been a satisfied patient for (I think) about five years. The recent experience was fulfilling. Obviously, I was concerned about potential corona virus risk. I cannot think of anything they could have done to pay more attention to that risk.

It was great to see that the Office has taken all of the necessary steps to keep everyone safe during the Covid Pandemic. The staff provided yet another superior dental visit. keep up the great work.

I had been with another dentist for 12 years. I was a little nervous about changing, but CHRISTI THE DENTAL HYGIENISTS IS WORTH HER WEIGHT IN GOLD!! She did a great job and she is very gentle!!
