Fron the front desk staff to the techs and nurses I can't say enough. Everyone is kind, calming and helpful. They were able to get me in someday and do the extractions. Dr Garin is an exceptional surgeon. Takes the time needed to explain everything. I wouldn't go to any other oral surgeon.

Needed emergency surgery and they kindly figured out a way to get me in same day. Dr Litman and his assistant Michelle were totally professional , but also extremely kind and personable. Even the admin staff was helpful, understanding and kind. It really makes a difference when providers care to put you at ease. Really grateful I found them for my implant work!

Honestly not sure why all the bad reviews when it comes to payment etc. I have no insurance and I paid for 200 less than what I was quoted. I called for a painful decaying impacted wisdom tooth and due to a cancelation they got me in same day. Dr Garin was super nice in explaining what was going to be done on my wisdom tooth extraction and comforted me. I blinked and it was over with. Very smooth procedure and recovery is still early, but so far no issues.

Dr.Garin did a fantastic job, I had two of my wisdom tooth removed. He was very friendly and explained the process very well and that made me very comfortable. It took 35 to 40 mins to complete the procedure. Even he was kind enough to do some post surgery procedures to make surgical site heal better. Overall good experience ???

Getting my wisdom teeth out really stunk but Dr. Litman and Dr. Garin made my experience very comfortable and pleasant. Would highly recommend my friends and family to come to Haddon Oral Surgeons for any future extractions!

I had double jaw surgery done by Dr. Garin. He was caring from day one and took the time to clearly explain all of the risk that was associated with the surgery as well as the benefits. He and his team worked very well with my orthodontist. Angela, the surgical coordinator, is an absolute lifesaver! She made the scheduling process with Temple Hospital so smooth. Dr. Garin was always very attentive and patient, especially at postsurgical appointments. The residents at Temple that he worked with (I forget their names!) were also very professional and helpful. They really made me feel at ease whil I was recovering in the hospital. I definitely recommend Dr. Garin to anybody who needs jaw surgery.

This was my first time here. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Dr. Garin came in and explained everything for the procedure. He was kind and caring. I had to go to sleep and when I awoke they made sure I was ok. I do say if you need oral surgery this is the place to be comforted. Thank you to haddon oral for fearless dentistry. I say I have a great place to go now. Ruthann Beaumont

Had an infected wisdom tooth and Dr Garin's office fit me in almost immediately to have the tooth removed (within 3 days). Once I arrived, I went through the typical paperwork ritual you go through at the doctor's office but the staff was very courteous and helpful. I was taken back to the OR area within 10 minutes, had everything explained to me very clearly by Dr. Garin and his assistants. No problems during the wisdom tooth removal and I was in the recovery area waiting for my wife within 30 minutes. My wife works for 3 different hospitals and was very impressed with this practice as well. Now, there seem to be a lot of complaints here about payment issues but we presented our insurance which was accepted with no issues and had to pay a small amount on departure (which we expected as our insurance is 80/20). That said, this was an overall pleasant experience (as much as a trip to the dentist can be). Will update this review if hit with additional bills but so far, this was a good experience.

No Star!! I only clicked that star to post this review. This facility is running a scam. Either that or the admin employees are incompetent as hell! I made sure to pay my due. I paid $646, the maximum amount I'd have to pay for 4 wisdom teeth to be removed, and that I wouldn't have to worry about anything else so I was told. Well, after my insurance, Tricare Dental, paid their portion, This fraud clinic sent me a bill for $243! Right away I called the insurance. Insurance told me that they had charged me full price of two items which they were not suppose to per their contract agreement with my insurance. Therefore, I concluded that this dental clinic may have been doing it to many customers that would just pay up instead of questioning the bill. My insurance called them up to dispute the matter. They wanted a letter from the insurance to confirm the agreement. Insurance told me that they should have a copy of the contract but they did not want to research themselves. While this fight continues between my insurance and this fraud clinic, my bill is gaining 1.5% interest each month! I strongly discourage anyone from using this clinic. I feel sorry for the Dentist. He should fire his billing employees.

This is a terrible place & a poor excuse for a good business. I was charged for something that I didn’t receive. Then after paying hundreds of dollars & simply asking for details as to why I was being charged more & repeatedly telling them that I was trying to find out why insurance didn’t pay more, I was sent to small claims. I will never return to this facility.

Avoid at all cost. We paid 370 dollars the day of to have one tooth removed. They tacked on a bunch of charges, told us tricare would cover this and that etc... Then we got a bill saying we owed another 170 and we called for an explanation but they said we needed to call tricare, so we did a few times going back and forth. Not even two months later they filed a suit in small claims. No tricare does not cover a large portion of the things they tell you, and some charges were for services we did not receive!!!

Very untrustworthy. Was overcharged for services as confirmed by my insurance company. They owe me over $200 and refuse to call me back. This is tantamount to theft.

Dr. Garin is the BEST! He is am amazing oral surgeon. Both my husband and I have been to him several times. He makes you feel comfortable and his work is quick and effective. My recovery time has always been short, and I have never had any complications or pain after he has worked on me.

My wife had cracked a tooth and was an extreme pain from the resulting infection. The office staff expedited her appointment. This was much sooner than any other practice offered. They told me what to expect payment wise before the appointment.. Dr. Garin went out of his way to make sure my wife was comfortable. Recovery went as planned. To top it off, the procedure actually cost us less than we expected. We just received a small refund check. I highly recommend this practice. Everyone we dealt with gave us great service.

Dr. Garin twisted my neck so severely when I was under anesthesia, it cause a bulge in one of the dics of my cervical spine. I have literally spent thousands of dollars trying to heal from it. PLEASE do yourself a favor and find a different oral surgeon!! If I could give zero stars I would!

My wife had a great experience getting her wisdom teeth out. The staff was helpful and accommodating to her anxiety. However, had to deal with an extremely rude individual when it came to paying our second bill after insurance had paid their portion. The women on the phone did not want to answer my questions as to why we owed $100 over the estimate. She only cared about getting her money and getting off the phone. It’s frustrating to have to lower my rating from 5 to 2 stars, but that’s what 1 bad employee can do.

This place is Fantastic!!! I wish I can give this place more stars!! I took my mother today to get a tooth pulled, and she was in good hands with Dr. Garin! I actually called earlier this week and spoke to a nice lady name Kathy. I explained to her that my mom was in alot of pain, and she was able to get my mom in today. Wow, the same week, that was great!. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Mallorey. She let me know how much my mom would have to pay out of pocket the day before the appointment. So at least we knew where we stood financially. I am sooo happy my mom isn' t in any pain anymore. My mother really liked Dr.Garin. She told me his personality was really nice!!. The staff is fantastic as well! The ladies there are so sweet. I definitly recommend this place to anybody who may need a tooth pulled. Thanks AgaIn for taking care of my mother!!!!

The staff is awful. I have been at the hospital with my son for a week and I have never had. The attitude or mistreatment tht I received from this facility. I will be going to a different oral surgeon. They are not professional. All I wanted was a reminder call. Simple. At the end of the day. I am the patient.

The only reason that I'm giving a one star is due to the simple fact that I have to in order to write a review, otherwise it would be a huge 0. Anyways, as most of you can see there overall rating is a lovely low of 2.6 with more than half giving only one star and complaining on how poor well the staffing is and experience. Let's just start off by saying I called made an appointment they only asked for my name and phone number which I thought was odd and that made me think but didn't give it much thought and went ahead and scheduled the appointment. So I am fast forwarding to the date in which they had given me I show up and they act as if they have no clue I'm sopose to be there saying I'm not scheduled etc etc. I just was in such shock of how rude that the staffing was in the front., I went back to get an x ray n they had told me prior to me going in the back I had no payment due for the day well when I left to come back out into the waiting area to schedule my surgury they then told me that I had a 25$ payment due after looking at the recent it doesn't claim anywhere on it that payment was due anyhow.. I am now fast forwarding to day prior to surgery mind u I hadn't ate or drank anything for about 8 hours. So I get there n they decide to tell me that my appointment wasn't correctly set up and again didn't see me on the schedule well I was called about 5 different times after making that appointment about coming on different days which made no sense anyways they did nothing except tell me what needed to be done when they had told me I'd be receding surgury that day. Now fast forwarding to today which is now what is sopose to be days prior to my scheduled surgery. Well I have been in so much pain but decline to take pain medicine due to how it makes me feel. I get nauseous and all, so I ask them if they can refill my prescription in which they ordered for me that day of my first appointment. WELL THEY DECIDE TO TELL ME THAT IVE MISSED FOUR DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS AND DR. GARIN ISNT EXCEPTING ME AT HIS OFFICE ANYMORE... yup crazy I had told Karen the lady on the phone that was impossible I had the initial app n then the one prior to surgury which is now not happening. Well she just didn't tell me that she had also told me that I really need to get my wisdom teeth pulled due to a couple infections and that I could die it's not something to take lightly! Now remind you this is right after the DENTIST tells me I WASNT any longer allowed to be seen in his office due to falsified information which is absolutely insane no wonder why they have such a low over score and horrible reveiws. So now I am sitting here in diar pain and my face is swollen up pretty bad.. idk what type of practice try are trying to run but I sure wish I checked the reveiws and other sources prior to coming here. So now I am not only left with declining patient treatment when he specifically told me if in needed anything to call him right away or have any problems. Well now I have a really big problem. And it's not just my teeth its them I'm not about to let someone talk to me like they did n treat me with such ignorance and selfishness. I have just spoken to my lawyer and he will be following up with them and handling this I will not ever go to this dentist ever again not will ANY OF MY FAMILY! They are quick to judge people I also noticed while waiting in the office and they have discussions about others in the waiting room so loud that the patients can hear them!! This practice in my opinion isn't a practice of no sort and should not even be open due to the fact of how they treat people and falsifying information is not cool. My best advice to anyone is do NOT choose this dentist I hope to reach as many people as possible prior to them having to go threw such a horrible situation! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS DENIST. I hope this helps someone out there from going through what a lot of us already have. Best of luck

Had an infection in one of my wisdom teeth and called this place because I wanted to get in as soon as possible. Made an appointment for two weeks later. Got a letter in the mail saying that my appointment was for a month later. Called them to see if they made a mistake and said they didn't and that my appointment was in a month, so I did research on other places. Made an appointment for a few days later at a different place and called haddon oral surgeon back to cancel. When I called them back to cancel they told me that my appointment was the original date I set. This staff is incompetent.

Awful staff! Certainly do not recommend anyone coming to this office. First off, the staff or less than welcoming. No one provided any education on what procedures were being performed. The women sat around talking so loudly about their personal lives, that we could hear them despite the window being closed. Their is an old and seemingly miserable woman up front that took my husband's insurance information gave it back, then asked for it again flour times. She appeared to not know what she was verifying. They are very unwelcoming to "ethnic" people and prejudice. The receptionist seemed shocked that we had great insurance and attempted to change her derogatory tone. Yes! There are black people that are accomplished with EXCELLENT careers; CRNA's to be exact! My advice: FIND ANOTHER OFFICE! There are plenty in the surrounding area that are more welcoming, less prejudice, and appreciative of all their customers!

Dr Garin is a great oral surgeon. All of our patients have been very happy with the care they have received at Haddon Oral Surgeons.
